As our constitutional rights are being smothered and trampled upon, Americans are feeling more like outsiders in our own country.

While illegal immigrants receive protections under the U.S. Constitution, they are not held accountable and called to task for their crimes.  For example, it is illegal to use someone else’s social security card or to forge said documents but the U.S. government is now making exceptions for illegal immigrants going so far as to secure tax refunds under fake social security cards.

In case the government, can do the math, these people are illegal, they are not entitled to tax refunds.

Our fucking Marxist president has turned the country upside down. (sorry about the language)

NYDN

“A Manhattan group is helping illegal immigrants recoup unclaimed state tax refunds – even if they used fake Social Security numbers to work.

The Neighborhood Economic Development Advocacy Project got back thousands for a dozen undocumented New Yorkers who overpaid.

One bodega worker from Jackson Heights had been paying taxes since 2002 but never got a refund – until the group helped him get back $670 from his 2008 return.

‘It really helped – we have two young kids’  said his wife, who says they pay taxes because “it’s the right thing to do.’

Thousands more could be due a windfall from the Department of Taxation and Finance.

“We’ve been getting calls from people who say they’ve been filing taxes for more than 10 years, and they’ve never gotten a refund,” said Deyanira Del Rio, the advocacy group’s associate director.”

Don’t you love the way the New York Daily News words the article?  The use the word “recoup” to imply that illegal immigrants are entitled.  I think not.

WHO IS NEDAP

The organization behind this illegal scam is NEDAP ( Neighborhood Economic Development Advocacy Project).  The minute I heard the name, the words “community organizers” and “ACORN” popped into my head along with the name George Soros.

The mission statement of these community organizers is the typical progressive rhetoric immersed in plantation politics.

“…Our mission is to promote community economic justice and to eliminate discriminatory economic practices that harm communities and perpetuate inequality and poverty….”

Among NEDAP’s supporters is the infamous Open Society Institute aka the Soros connection.
