Florida has a charge called resiting arrest without violence… give a cop a hard time and he has grounds to use it..
The woman, didn’t obey the cop, he told her she was under arrest. After he said it, she gave him a hard time. She’s in for a surprise… it will stand
If you go through the newspaper arrest reports you will see cases where the only charge is “Resisting w/o violence. This will be one of those.

Grumpy, Thank you for sharing. I admit that I was curious about the law and her arrest. I know that this witch was verbally abusive to the officer. She started screaming “Get your hands off of me” before he touched her which he did not do until she put her hands in his face.
