In the meantime, while New York City is on its way to becoming a bigger shithole than Detroit, Chicago and parts of California, corrupt bureaucrats and the State’s judiciary are plotting to indict President Donald J. Trump.

A former federal prosecutor and Fox News contributor Andy McCarthy said Sunday that “it’s clear” President Trump is the target of a Southern District of New York investigation and prosecutors will indict him.

“The Southern District of New York case on Cohen, They are clearly going after the president on campaign finance violations, and I think if you read the sentencing memo the Southern District filed in Cohen’s case, it’s clear that Trump is the target and he’ll be indicted eventually,” McCarthy said on ‘Fox & Friends Weekend’.

McCarthy wrote in an op-ed that the DOJ guidelines say they can’t indict a sitting U.S. president. The statute of limitations will run out if he serves two terms, McCarthy said.

The Democrats made certain Republican Dinesh D’Souza was put in prison but when Barack Obama had a violation of $2 million, all his campaign had to do was pay a fine. The violations were arguably minor, however.

Desperate soon to be former attorney, Michael Cohen, retained Hillary Clinton’s fixer, Lanny Davis, to represent him.  Davis, part of the Clinton mob machine is not serving his client’s best interest but instead that of a higher master, the Clintons.

In order to protect his wife, Cohen, has made a decision(s) that may very well blow up in both of their faces. By retaining Davis to represent him, the Cohens are tools in the Clintons’ vicious vendetta against President Donald J. Trump and Barack Obama’s plot to destroy a sitting president, not chosen by Obama and the D. C. swamp.

First Davis gave out a link to the wrong GoFundMe page set up to help pay Cohen’s legal fees — because above all else, the Clintons, correction Davis wants to get paid — and now this.

The endgame to walk back the results of the 2016 presidential election is going so well that Davis was caught regurgitating a CNN fake news story, as fact.  Oops.

CNN’s anonymous sources reported that Trump pre-approved the Trump Tower meeting, which took place on June 9, 2016.

On July 27 of this year, CNN reported that Michael Cohen is willing to tell investigators that Donald Trump authorized the infamous Trump Tower meeting with a group of Russians

Democrats immediately launched an assault claiming that there was collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian Federation. It also implied the President and his son lied about the President knowing of the meeting beforehand.

As it turns out, it wasn’t true and, as usual, CNN’s anonymous sources were blowing smoke. It was Hillary’s and Cohen’s lawyer himself who blew the story up.

Lanny Davis himself corrected the fake news story.

“Well, I think the reporting of the story got mixed up in the course of a criminal investigation. We were not the source of the story. And the question of a criminal investigation, the advice we were given, those of us dealing with the media is that we could not do anything other than stay silent,” Davis told Cooper[…]

In yet another anti-Trump dog and pony show, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo laid waste to questions and allegations levied against President Donald J. Trump from NeverTrumpers, Progressives, deep state clowns aka profiteers of war during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing Wednesday afternoon.

Although officially entitled, “Full Committee Hearing An Update on American Diplomacy to Advance our National Security Strategy,” advancing our national security strategy had nothing to do with it.

The sole objective of Wednesday’s hearing was political as members of the committed sought to attack the President’s agenda, i.e., last week’s Trump/Putin Summit, levy false allegations of appeasement and collusion by the President with Vladimir Putin while securing audio and video clips to be spliced, re-branded, re-run and spun by the Communist media complex and global elites in both parties, all of whom are colluding to discredit and take down the President.

Deep state goons employed by the Communist media complex will huff, puff and blow hot air in response to pre-scripted questions.

War mongers/swamp critters (Senate Foreign Relations Committee) will do the talk show scene, espouse meaningless propaganda and fund-raise off selectively edited video footage and audio throughout the 2018 mid-term elections and 2020 presidential election season.

Of course, none will include Pompeo’s fiery responses calling out and politely discrediting the rhetoric and grandstanding.  The Secretary of State laid waste to those very same politicians who have the nerve to place themselves on a higher ground than not just the President but the rest of the country.

Progressives made fools of themselves and Republicans made no effort to call out the tomfoolery of Progressive hooligans.

Case in point, Senator Bob Corker who cannot leave the U. S. Senate soon enough for my tastes but something tells me that when he does, it will not be the last that we see or hear of this schmuck.  Corker’s strategy is to ignore the fact that he is a Republican (on paper anyway) and blame Trump. “It’s the President…It’s the President…It’s the President…”

Corey Booker, corrupt as hell and one who speaks only to hear himself speak.  Booker is gearing up for a 2020 presidential run. (SIDEBAR: Midway through the video in the mids of the lecture, notice one of Booker’s adoring fans, a young female wearing black. While I am suggesting nothing, the metoo movement, for some reason, comes to mind.)

Then there is another hooligan, that Robert Menendez, who wants the transcriber’s notes subpoenaed.  Menendez was sanctioned two months ago for violating congressional rules by the Senate Select Committee on Ethics.  The swamp rat is alleged to have “knowingly and repeatedly” accepting impermissible gifts over a six-year period and must repay their fair market value.” [See: U. I have a theory here.  Please entertain me.

From the moment the witch hunt began, I have often thought to myself, that as with the history of Communism, Progressives will, if all else fails, look for a way to take Trump businesses, assets, etc. from the Trump family.

Revisiting Barack Obama’s “you didn’t build that, the government built that,” we know full damned well that the government did not build Trump enterprises but it won’t stop Communists from doing what they do best.

Stalin as well as Mao took control of the farms. Hugo Chavez and Nicolás Maduro, no better.  Imagine Communist bureaucrats (in both parties) coming together to do just that.

Then there are the farms, agricultural entities, businesses and assets confiscated by the Venezuela government.

Still think that it could never happen here in the United States?  How many businesses have Barack Obama destroyed in the past eight years from putting the Amish dairy farmer and Organic farmers out of business? It is by the grace of God that Gibson Guitar survived Barack Obama.

Confiscating the Trumps’ businesses, assets and actions that would likely send at least one of the Trumps to prison would besides sending a message, set a precedent placing this nation on a dangerous path that I believe the Progressive establishment of both parties are willing to pursue.

Collective farming aka communal farming then throw in collective ownership of property is a Progressive’s wet dream.

Okay, you probably believe that I am overthinking this…but am I?

In the end there will be no substantial indictments or convictions related to the investigation with which he was tasked.

What Mueller is doing, with the help of the complicit media is indicting people on ‘process crimes.’ As we saw from the way Scooter Libby was railroaded, that can be as little as mistaking a date previously given during a prior interrogation by the&nbsp;<b>F</b>amous <b>B</b>ut <b>I</b>ncompetent. That’s not really enough to go anywhere with&nbsp; after millions of dollars and almost two years. Let’s also remember that Mueller is concentration on supposed Republican collusion with Russia and the Trump campaign rather than his original mandate to explore any Russian interference in our elections. If this swine was really doing that, Hillary, Loretta Lynch, James Comey and a number of others would be under indictment since it’s become all too obvious that thereal collusion with the Russians came from Hillary, the DNC and the Democrats.

But of course, that would be getting a little too close to home for Mr. Mueller,<i> nicht wahr</i>? I still wonder why a second special prosecutor isn’t investigating the Uranium One affair, which involved bribery and collusion at the highest levels of government, greatly involved national security…<b><u>and happened on Mueller’s watch while he was head of the FBI and went through without a single caution or objection from him.</u></b>

Much depends on how the midterms turn out. If the Dems make significant gains, the faux investigation/witch hunt will get some new oxygen, although no real results will occur, which is generally what happens when you deliberately look in the wrong places. If, as is more likely, the Dem’s gains are slight and both houses remain in Republican hands, Mueller’s ‘investigation will take a few heads for process crimes and nothing else. J. Edgar would weep to see what the once fine organization he built from the ground up has degenerated into.

The GOP just moments ago released the long-awaited memo and as expected, the Communist media complex, Progressives, NeverTrumpers and the FBI are in meltdown mode.

Devin Nunes released a press statement posted to the House Select Committee on Intelligence website:

Nunes Statement on Release of HPSCI Memo Washington, February 2, 2018 The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence today made public a committee memo with information on abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Chairman Nunes issued the following statement: “The Committee has discovered serious violations of the public trust, and the American people have a right to know when officials in crucial institutions are abusing their authority for political purposes. Our intelligence and law enforcement agencies exist to defend the American people, not to be exploited to target one group on behalf of another. It is my hope that the Committee’s actions will shine a light on this alarming series of events so we can make reforms that allow the American people to have full faith and confidence in their governing institutions.” The memo is available here and here.
