~ “I hope we once again have reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There’s a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as government expands, liberty contracts.” Ronald Reagan.
The blew it up into a Twitter storm and we reported it here. It can’t be from the FISA court. FISA Courts are in charge of national security warrants and indictments come from grand juries.
Obviously a sitting president can’t be indicted either until the president is impeached first, and maybe they can never be indicted – some think that is the case.
The tale has been shared thousands and thousands of times on social media[…]
Wikileaks Founder and Editor-in-Chief Julian Assange joins the Liberty Report to discuss the latest push by the Trump Administration to bring charges against him and his organization for publishing US Government documents. How will they get around the First Amendment and the Espionage Act? The US government and the mainstream media — some of which gladly publish Wikileaks documents — are pushing to demonize Assange in the court of public opinion. Wikileaks is registered as a 501(c)3 organization in the US. Find out more about the organization and how you can help: https://wikileaks.org/
The CIA, Barack Obama and administration have displayed TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. They have spent so much time going after Americans opposed to Marxist ideology and of late, President Donald Trump, before and after the election that they dropped the ball. The business of spying on Americans must FINALLY be dealt with.
Julian Assange holds press conference in London on 3/9/17. The WikiLeaks founder addresses a range of issues including the CIA hacking and President Trump’s wiretapping claims.
Today, Tuesday 7 March 2017, WikiLeaks begins its new series of leaks on the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. Code-named “Vault 7” by WikiLeaks, it is the largest ever publication of confidential documents on the agency.
Recently, the CIA lost control of the majority of its hacking arsenal including malware, viruses, trojans, weaponized “zero day” exploits, malware remote control systems and associated documentation. This extraordinary collection, which amounts to more than several hundred million lines of code, gives its possessor the entire hacking capacity of the CIA. The archive appears to have been circulated among former U.S. government hackers and contractors in an unauthorized manner, one of whom has provided WikiLeaks with portions of the archive.
“Year Zero” introduces the scope and direction of the CIA’s global covert hacking program, its malware arsenal and dozens of “zero day” weaponized exploits against a wide range of U.S. and European company products, include Apple’s iPhone, Google’s Android and Microsoft’s Windows and even Samsung TVs, which are turned into covert microphones.
Since 2001 the CIA has gained political and budgetary preeminence over the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA). The CIA found itself building not just its now infamous drone fleet, but a very different type of covert, globe-spanning force — its own substantial fleet of hackers. The agency’s hacking division freed it from having to disclose its often controversial operations to the NSA (its primary bureaucratic rival) in order to draw on the NSA’s hacking capacities.
By the end of 2016, the CIA’s hacking division, which formally falls under the agency’s Center for Cyber Intelligence (CCI), had over 5000 registered users and had produced more than a thousand hacking systems, trojans, viruses, and other “weaponized” malware. Such is the scale of the CIA’s undertaking that by 2016, its hackers had utilized more code than that used to run Facebook. The CIA had created, in effect, its “own NSA” with even less accountability and without publicly answering the question as to whether such a massive budgetary spend on duplicating the capacities of a rival agency could be justified.
In a statement to WikiLeaks the source details policy questions that they say urgently need to be debated in public, including whether the CIA’s hacking capabilities exceed its mandated powers and the problem of public oversight of the agency. The source wishes to initiate a public debate about the security, creation, use, proliferation and democratic control of cyberweapons.
Once a single cyber ‘weapon’ is ‘loose’ it can spread around the world in seconds, to be used by rival states, cyber mafia and teenage hackers alike[…]
Q&A – Closing Plenary at CGI U 2013 – Bill Clinton and Stephen Colbert (screenshot)
There is nothing like calling out disgusting media elites when caught in the act of being willing propagandists for their Marxist puppet masters.
The latest revelation, revealed by Wikileaks, is an email from Craig Minassian of the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative to John Podesta dated April 10, 2013 referencing the Colbert Report who in 2013 pitched two “special” episodes on behalf of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI).
I hope you got a chance to see the The Colbert Report’s two special episodes i had them do about CGI U that we taped in St. Louis this weekend. This is the link to last nights with a sketch about commitments and the monologue and WJC interview aired Monday. Hope you enjoy and looking forward to your feedback. Next will be your Colbert appearance!
Bill Clinton and Stephen Colbert took part in a Q&A session at the Closing Plenary at CGI U at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri which aired on The Colbert Report, April 8, 2013.
Nothing is sacred in the world of Progressives, not even late night television.
With just 4 days left until the end of the most bizarre election cycle in American history, Julian Assange continues to drop new bombshell emails from Hillary’s campaign manager, John Podesta. While the latest ABC / Washington Post poll would suggest that Hillary is starting to open up a slight lead nationally, IBD/TIPP, historically the most accurate polling source, still sees the race a dead heat.
And so, in the final stretch of the presidential race which has just a few days left, Wikileaks continues its ongoing broadside attack against the Clinton campaign with the relentless Podesta dump, by unveiling another 1,749 emails in the latest, Part 29 of its Podesta release, bringing the total emails released so far to exactly 47,275.
Did Barack Obama interfere somehow in the primaries by vetoing legislation last spring that could have boosted Bernie Sanders’ standing during the primaries? Sanders, who was not Obama’s candidate of choice.
A look at email id 45989, subject: RE: Urgent need to talk and for you to act with the WH, suggests that Obama did just that.
