Deception and Betrayal is in the Air

How incongruous is it that Obama suddenly deems himself an ally of Israel?

How incongruous is it that Obama recalls that he is supposed to be playing the role of a Christian?

How absurd is it that twenty-four hours later Progressives hemming, hawing, making excuses, feigning ignorance and even blaming Republicans for the call that they alone made suddenly

backtrack from their original 2012 platform?

For a while, Progressives have been nudging the country down this long, dark road but an Obama presidency was supposed to hurl the United States spiraling into a Godless and anti-Semitic state.

Underestimating the intelligence and faith of Americans, removing “God” and the Pro-Israel language was a major play for Progressives.  The national response caught them off guard and scared the heck out of an already desperate Barack Obama.

Be assured patriots, Progressives are not backing down.  They are merely delaying what they consider the inevitable should Obama win in November, which is why we, must ensure that he is a one-term president.

Window Dressing

Obama wants to be his re-elected and Monday evening he made the call to deceive people of faith, Israel and its supporters in order to succeed.  If re-elected, Obama will judas kiss America and Israel by personally revisiting this setback.

For Progressives, having exposed themselves as Godless and anti-Semitic, backtracking is purely window dressing.

The Pot Calling the Kettle Black

How duplicitous is it that Progressives (a) just one week ago, accused Republicans of being angry when it is they who are angry as they espouse propaganda and expel vitriol throughout the nation; and (b) reported that the Republican Party split when it is the Democratic Socialists of America who are clearly split over Wednesday’s vote.

“…In a time of deep economic struggles for many Americans, a time when their inclination is as President Obama once said, ‘to cling to their guns and religion,‘ the primary question tied to morning-after responses to Michelle Obama’s Democratic National Convention speech was not about anything Michelle said. Let that be a lesson to Progressives, your arms are too short to box with God.

Remember, nothing with the left is ever as it seems America.

TYRANNY ALERT: Via Another Executive Order, Obama Seizes Control of all Communication Sytems Including Internet

Introducing executive order 13618 entitled, “Executive Order — Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions.”

Besides being the most far-reaching of the executive orders signed by the self-anointed monarch to date, Executive Order 13618  is yet another volley lobbed at the liberties of Americans and the U. S. Constitution.

Furthermore, this latest act of tyranny is straight from of the Communist Manifesto:

Sixth Plank: Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.  (Federal Radio Commission, 1927; Federal Communications Commission, 1934; Air Commerce Act of 1926; Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938; Federal Aviation Agency, 1958; becoming part of the Department of Transportation in 1966; Federal Highway Act of 1916 (federal funds made available to States for highway construction); Interstate Highway System, 1944 (funding began 1956); Interstate Commerce Commission given authority by Congress to regulate trucking and carriers on inland waterways, 1935-40; Department of Transportation, 1966.)

The following excerpts from Executive Order 13618 are particularly disturbing:

Sec. 5.2. The Secretary of Homeland Security shall: (a) oversee the development, testing, implementation, and sustainment of NS/EP communications, including: communications that support Continuity of Government; Federal, State, local, territorial, and tribal emergency preparedness and response communications; non-military executive branch communications systems; critical infrastructure protection networks; and non-military communications networks, particularly with respect to prioritization and restoration;

(b) incorporate, integrate, and ensure interoperability and the necessary combination of hardness, redundancy, mobility, connectivity, interoperability, restorability, and security to obtain, to the maximum extent practicable, the survivability of NS/EP communications defined in section 5.2(a) of this order under all circumstances, including conditions of crisis or emergency…

…Security’s organization and management structure for its NS/EP communications functions, including the Government Emergency Telecommunications Service, Wireless Priority Service, Telecommunications Service Priority program, Next Generation Network Priority program, the Executive Committee JPO, and relevant supporting entities.

Sec. 5.3. The Secretary of Commerce shall: (a) provide advice and guidance to the Executive Committee on the use of technical standards and metrics to support execution of NS/EP communications;

(b) identify for the Executive Committee requirements for additional technical standards and metrics to enhance NS/EP communications;

(c) engage with relevant standards development organizations to develop appropriate technical standards and metrics to enhance NS/EP communications;

(d) develop plans and procedures concerning radio spectrum allocations, assignments, and priorities for use by agencies and executive offices;

(e) develop, maintain, and publish policies, plans, and procedures for the management and use of radio frequency assignments, including the authority to amend, modify, or revoke such assignments, in those parts of the electromagnetic spectrum assigned to the Federal Government; and

(f) administer a system of radio spectrum priorities for those spectrum-dependent telecommunications resources belonging to and operated by the Federal Government and certify or approve such radio spectrum priorities, including the resolution of conflicts in or among such radio spectrum priorities during a crisis or emergency….

Most of you have probably never heard of Brett Kimberlin. That’s quite understandable because most of our team had never heard of him either… until this week. You see, Brett Kimberlin, also known as the ‘speedway bomber,’ recently began organizing coordinated attacks on conservative writers. Kimberlin is using the legal system to shut down free speech and he’s doing so effectively.

There is another sinister angle to what Kimberlin and his eThugs are doing. They’re now organizing SWATtings against bloggers. In essence, someone calls the police to report a shooting in a conservative blogger’s home, then a SWAT team shows up and arrests the blogger at gun point.

This harassment is illegal and is aimed at completely shutting down opposing opinions. And unfortunately, there are judges willing to go along with it.

Brett Kimberlin is a convicted domestic terrorist. Here’s a detailed account of his terrorist activities.

The Sixth Circuit Court wrote:

Kimberlin was convicted as the so-called ‘Speedway Bomber,’ who terrorized the city of Speedway, Indiana, by detonating a series of explosives in early September 1978. In the worst incident, Kimberlin placed one of his bombs in a gym bag, and left it in a parking lot outside Speedway High School. Carl DeLong was leaving the high school football game with his wife when he attempted to pick up the bag and it exploded. The blast tore off his lower right leg and two fingers, and embedded bomb fragments in his wife’s leg. He was hospitalized for six weeks, during which he was forced to undergo nine operations to complete the amputation of his leg, reattach two fingers, repair damage to his inner ear, and remove bomb fragments from his stomach, chest, and arm. In February 1983, he committed suicide.

He’s also a ‘perjurer, attempted murderer, and all-around vicious jackass.’

Recently he went after blogger Aaron Worthing, who dared to blog about him. Kimberlin ‘attempted to make authorities in Maryland believe that on January 9, 2012, as we were both exiting a courtroom, [Walker] essentially beat him up.‘

Walker published a monster 28,000 word post on the entire affair here.

Patterico noted, ‘This is not an isolated instance, by the way. Kimberlin and his supporters have used frivolous accusations of criminal activity, frivolous lawsuits, and harassment and intimidation to attack every blogger who dared reveal anything about his past — including me. That story is coming.’

After Walker’s post went viral, Kimberlin filed another peace order against him. But it was too late. Bloggers had taken notice, including Stacy McCain. He’s the reason I know about it.

Stacy posted ‘Convicted Terrorist Brett Kimberlin Received $70,000 From Tides Foundation, $10,000 From Streisand, $20,000 from John Kerry’s Wife‘ on May 17th, linking to an article on Capital Research showing how leftists with money had no reservations in giving thousands to a convicted terrorist.

Next he reminded us all who first warned us about Brett Kimberlin…”

Cass Sunstein, Obama’s regulatory czar gave a lecture the other day at NYU Law School in NYC wherein Luke Rudkowski of WeAreChange, a Progressive entity, approached Sunstein and while I have no stomach for Progressives or their ideology, credit must be given where credit is due.  Rudkowski called Sunstein to task on a paper co-authored by Sunstein back in 2008 entitled “Conspiracy Theories” in which Sunstein called for cognitive infiltration of conspiracy groups by the government.

As you will see in the following video, a clearly uncomfortable Sunstein slithers about refusing to give Rudkowski a straight answer just long enough to duck into a NYC taxi.

Rudkowski to his benefit is not grasping at straws here.

Some call it the “anti-protest Trespass Bill” while others refer to it as the “anti-Occupy” bill.

The betrayal having gone full circle, only three House members voted in opposition to  The Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 in the House, i.e., Ron Paul and two other Republicans.  However, the legislation was met with not one single vote of opposition in the Senate.

In short, H. R. 347 bans the right to free speech, protest and assemblage in protest

• against government officials,

• on or near government property and

• during government functions regardless of location.

This latest assault on the first amendment was signed into law three days ago by Barack Hussein Obama and the short of it America is the dictator, Obama in yet another assault on the U. S. Constitution, our nation and its people has banned free speech.

Of course, there is one tiny caveat, which makes this all the more disturbing, i.e., the unofficial waiver, which means that one gets a free pass on all of the above provided one is protesting and speaking on behalf of Progressives, namely, Barack Obama.

Case in point, three and a half weeks ago Catholics and pro-life activists held a prayer vigil in front of the White House protesting Obama’s birth control mandate.  Several were arrested.  They were cited for “Failure to obey a lawful order” as they knelt in prayer in front of the White House.

In the meantime, Occupy D.C. protesters remain on government property skirting the law.

The White House has called upon its flunkies to hold a prayer vigil in front of the Supreme Court on each day of oral arguments on the unconstitutionality of Obamacare beginning March 26^th.

Of course, since Obama has left God out of numerous discussions, most famously the Declaration of Independence, it is clear that the designated assemblage has nothing to do with prayer at all.

In fact, it has even less to do with healthcare for Americans and the uninsured but everything to do with Obama, his assault on our liberties, forcing American people into tyranny, down the road to serfdom while pilfering our pockets dry.

This designated assemblage in front of the Supreme Court is waiver allowing Obama’s civilian force to protest, speak and raise all kinds of hell.

Thus, I should have included the word “SELECTIVELY” in the title of this post.
