How scary is this? Having lived my whole life in an urban setting, I am not familiar with M-44 cyanide injectors, rat poisoning and recently dry ice (yes, dry ice) in NYC parks but not cyanide injectors*.
The family of a teenage boy sprayed by a cyanide explosive that killed their dog is outraged they weren’t told the device was planted near their home, the East Idaho News reports.
Canyon Mansfield, 14, went on a walk Thursday afternoon with his family’s 3-year-old yellow Labrador, Casey, on a hill behind their Pocatello home on Buck Skin Road.
“I see this little pipe that looked like a sprinkler sticking out of the ground,” Canyon told EastIdahoNews.com. “I go over and touch it. Then it makes a pop sound and it spews orange gas everywhere.”
The orange gas was cyanide, and it sprayed into Canyon’s left eye and on his clothing[…]
Canyon’s dog Casey who also ingested the cyanide was not so lucky. The yellow Labrador who instantly went into seizures died a horrible death.
*New Yorkers will know how well the dry ice works out once the weather starts to get warm. Just putting a note on my calendar to do a follow up post in June. 😉
LONDONDERRY, N.H. – Federal bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. are threatening a New Hampshire school district after it withdrew its local high school from the National School Lunch Program. School officials last year decided to remove Londonderry High School from the National School Lunch Program after nutrition regulations championed by first lady Michelle Obama resulted in a significant drop in cafeteria sales, and a significant increase in food waste, the New Hampshire Union Leader reports.
The move meant the high school forfeited federal subsidies that come with the program, but officials increased lunch prices and introduced new offerings students love to make up the difference, and then some[…]
As punishment for opting out of Michelle Obama’s National School Lunch Program, the USDA is threatening to treat the school as a processing facility, the categorization of which would “impose substantial regulatory and financial burdens.
GOVERNMENT TYRANNY is at play here. The federal government is punishing the school for opting out of the federal school lunch program even though opting out has provided the school “more leeway to design its own dining offerings,” increased student satisfaction and healthier for students.
The school board plans to contact legislators in the efforts of securing a waiver for the school. (The USDA is really going to hate the school’s salad bar.)
CINCINNATI – Ohio residents who use food stamps will see a reduction in their benefit starting January.
The $50 monthly reduction comes as a result of the way the federal government calculates utility expenses.
In the wake of last year’s warm winter and lower natural gas prices those who receive the standard utility allowance have theoretically saved money and will, therefore, receive less money for food.
However, not everyone uses natural gas to heat their home or apartment says Ben Johnson with Ohio’s Department of Job and Family Services and so some families will simply have their food allowance cut without the benefit of a lower utility bill.
‘Some people use home heating oil, some people use propane, some people use electric and we’re aware of that so those people might not see an actual decrease in their utility cost but they will see the same decrease in their benefits because of the decrease in the standard utility allowance,’ said Johnson….
NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED so what better way to repay Ohioans who are primarily responsible for sticking Americans with another four years of Obamao than to cut their food stamp benefits.

Lunches from home are not acceptable but school lunch consisting of Soylent pink, which is by the way, doused in ammonia meets USDA and Michelle Obama’s requirements.

It is only fair to note that even though the feds are at war with McDonald’s, Taco Bell, etc. over their use of “pink slime” that the federal government has been feeding this to crap children in the school lunch programs since 2009.
The only difference is that McDonald’s will no longer add pink slime to its burgers while the government increases its usage from 5.5 million pounds7 million pounds per year.
Do not be surprise if in time it is revealed that the U. S. government is using at least twice as much “pink slime” as it now claims. After all, we are talking about the Obama administration where nothing is ever as it seems and everything is a lie.
