…Sens. Rob Portman of Ohio and Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire — both mentioned as possible running mates for likely Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney — said they had serious concerns about the breadth and ambiguity of the Law of the Sea treaty and would oppose it if called up for a vote.

The Constitution requires two-thirds of the Senate — 67 votes — to ratify a treaty; Portman and Ayotte bring the number of opponents to 34 along with Sens. Mike Johanns, R-Neb., and Johnny Isakson, R-Ga.

The development was a blow to the Obama administration, military leaders and the business community led by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, who had argued that the treaty would improve national security and enhance U.S. standing in the world. They had pressed for ratification of the treaty, which was concluded in 1982 and has been in force since 1994. The United States is the only major nation that has refused to sign the pact….

It is unconstitutional for the United States to seek permission from other nations to go to war but as we have seen in the past that has not stopped Barack Hussein Obama.

Congress has taken long enough to get this ball really rolling on the impeachment against Barack Obama.  

To date there has been far too little reported about said action as the White House controlled media and the media cowards on the right engage in a media blackout of the  proceedings.

Well, to be honest, a few media outlets on the right have mentioned the proceedings but for the most part, many more are tiptoeing around the issue.  Said acts of cowardice prove just how unnecessary they are and leaves it up to the people to get the word out and demand accountability.

“1.  Obama and unrepentant terrorist William Ayers misappropriated over 300 million dollars in donations meant for the education of Chicago’s minority students. They routed the money to Obama’s community activist buddies who then tried to turn the students in radicals. The program was a total failure.

2.  Obama, as an Illinois State Senator, redirected tens of millions in Illinois tax dollars to Valerie Jarrett and Tony Rezko, to provide housing for low income families. They returned the favor with political donations. The housing units were built with cheap materials and labor and are uninhabitable after a mere 10 years of use.

3.  Obama accepted millions in illegal campaign contributions from foreign credit cards after the credit card filters used to screen out foreign money, was switched off. This also allowed domestic donors, who were over the legal limit, to contribute more.

4.  Obama and SecState Clinton’s efforts to bring the US under the UN’s Small Arms Treaty are direct violations of the Second Amendment of the US Constitution.

5.  Obama attempted to move control of the Census Bureau from the Commerce Department to the White House, to be managed by then Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel.

6.  Obama had provided under the radar amnesty to illegal immigrants by allowing ICE Director John Morton to prohibit ICE officers from enforcing US immigration laws.

7.  Obama allowed USAG Holder to ignore the violation of US immigration laws in the sanctuary cities, i.e.,San Francisco, etc.

8.  Obama has failed to defend US soil in Arizona as Mexican troops bring illegals and drugs into the USA, crossing the border doing so. This is a direct violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution.

9.  Obama illegally fired the IG Walpin for investigating Obama’s buddy, Mayor Kevin Johnson (Sacramento), for fraud (850K) with AmeriCorps.

10.  Obama is in contempt of Federal court for his illegal oil drilling moratorium in the Gulf….”

By now the list, as we are all aware, is much longer and we must not allow these impeachment proceedings to go unreported nor can we allow Congress to drop the ball, make backroom deals and sweep Obama’s acts of treason under the rug.

As Obama forces our military to engage in wars that are unconstitutional, beneficial to the Marxist elites who strive for global governance, detrimental and costly to the USA as a whole, American troops are murdered, maimed and their lives and families shattered.

In the name of the UN flag under which Obama willingly commits countless acts of treason against the United States and its people,  those calling the shots have no comprehension nor do they care to of the altruistic sacrifices made by our troops, their families and the American people yet the media complicit in the deception and cover up is silent.

Instead, the dictatorship of Barack Obama is trying to hang the threat of indefinite detention and assassination over the heads of anyone exposing the lies by using such labels as “extremists,” “terrorists,” etc.  

Obama’s actions are a betrayal and nothing short of TREASON.  Yet, the media complicit in the deception and cover up is silent.

For the sake of clarity let’s be clear.  It can easily be said that Barack Obama has a hell of a lot more in common with Mahmoud  Ahmadinejad than Rush Limbaugh ever will.  So how is that for hypocrisy and double standard?

In addition, while unleashing baseless assaults against Romney and Limbaugh, Axelrod, adviser to Barack Obama, is in the midst of scheduling an appearance on Bill Maher, a slug whom I view as the biggest misogynistic sob in the history of the United States.  Again I ask, so how is that for hypocrisy and double standard?

So now besides igniting class warfare, religious warfare, economic warfare, Progressives are igniting gender warfare.

The message to all Americans from Obama, Axelrod and their elitist Progressive establishment is “fluke you America!”

“If Obama wants to have credibility on the Limbaugh attacks, says Siobhan ‘Sam’ Bennett, president of the Women’s Campaign Fund and a former Democratic House candidate, he’s going to have to show he’ll step up to all sexism when he sees it, even the sexism that comes from huge donors.

‘They’re absolutely identical,’ Bennett said. ‘It’s completely unacceptable when Maher said sexist things about Bachmann and Palin. It’s completely unacceptable when Rush called Sandra Fluke a ‘slut.’’

‘If you attack one woman, you attack all women, period,’ she added. ‘If it goes uncalled against, we’re saying it’s OK. It’s not….”

I say let’s make it Obama’s problem and even still, I would expect Obama to do nothing.  He is an ideologist and Maher’s money speaks volumes.  Besides, I do not believe that Obama has the stones to return Maher’s donation.
