Since it is an extremely busy day for me, I will keep it short. This ruling is bullshit. For those Black Americans who feel that Black Americans are always at the end of the list, well damn it. You chose to stand with Democrats against your own country, therefore, that line just got a hell of a lot longer and you have only yourselves to blame.
For everyone else, this is not over. We are going to fight this to the very end.
Finally, we are going to flip the house so fast and so hard in November that your head will hurt.
“A federal judge on Wednesday blocked some of the toughest provisions in the Arizona illegal immigration law, putting on hold the state’s attempt to have local police enforce federal immigration policy.
Though the rest of the law is still set to go into effect Thursday, the partial injunction on SB 1070 means Arizona, for the time being, will not be able to require police officers to determine the immigration status of anyone they stop or arrest.
U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton also struck down the section of law that makes it a crime not to carry immigration registration papers and the provision that makes it a crime for an illegal immigrant to seek or perform work.
Click here to read the ruling.
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, reacting to the ruling, said the ‘fight is far from over’ and vowed to take the case ‘all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.’
‘The bottom line is we’ve known all along that it is the responsibility of the feds,’ Brewer told The Associated Press. ‘They haven’t done their job so we were going to help them do that.’
In all, Bolton struck down four sections of the law, the ones that opponents called the most controversial. Bolton said she was putting those sections on hold until the courts resolve the issues.
The ruling said the Obama administration, which sought the injunction, is likely to ‘succeed on the merits’ in showing the above provisions are preempted by federal law.
‘The court by no means disregards Arizona’s interests in controlling illegal immigration and addressing the concurrent problems with crime including the trafficking of humans, drugs, guns, and money,’ the ruling said. ‘Even though Arizona’s interests may be consistent with those of the federal government, it is not in the public interest for Arizona to enforce preempted laws.”
What little respect the world still had for this country was lost this day. No doubt, they are laughing their asses off as they look upon us with disdain. There is no other country on the planet whose borders are so lax and whose government cares so little for its citizens. Our ancestors and the founders must be twirling in their graves this very moment.

inThe logic and nerve of illegal immigrants is appalling. In their mindset, it does not matter that they are among the biggest drug dealers on the planet and that they are ruining this country. They want what they want and the rest of us be damned.

Seven Latin American Nations Plan to Join Mexico In Arizona Immigration Lawsuit
This is a continuation of the soap opera entitled, “You Just Can’t Make This Stuff Up.” These countries, all socialist nations, have a lot of damned nerve. All live in a glass house where their countries have their own horrible human rights and civil rights violations but they want to join Mexico in attacking the United States.
This sordid turn of events is the fault of Democrats who permitted Mexico’s president entry into our most respected halls of justice and gave the sob a standing ovation in the process that was televised for the world to see.
Thanks to Progressives, starting with the *(&$* in the White House, the world is now of the opinion that they can freely crap on the United States, its people, its laws and there will be no repercussions.
“PHOENIX — Seven other Latin American countries want to join Mexico in supporting a lawsuit challenging Arizona’s immigration enforcement law.
Bolivia, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Paraguay and Peru filed separate, nearly identical motions to join Mexico’s legal brief supporting the lawsuit filed by U.S. civil rights and other advocacy groups.
A federal judge formally accepted Mexico’s filing July 1 but did not immediately rule on the latest motions filed late last week.
Mexico says the law would lead to racial profiling and hinder trade, tourism and the fight against drug trafficking.
The law is to take effect July 29. It requires that police conducting traffic stops or questioning people about possible legal violations ask them about their immigration status if there is ‘reasonable suspicion’ that they’re in the country illegally. (This version CORRECTS date in last paragraph)”
As far as these assholes socialist nations are concerned, the message was received loud and clear and so they have freely declared war on the United States in our own court system, courtesy of the American dollar.
Every one of these nations is guilty of shoving their people across the border pointing them in the direction of the United States.
Wtf??????????????????????????????????????
TAKE A STAND AMERICA — STOP THESE COUNTRIES IN THEIR TRACKS — SUPPORT ARIZONA!!! STAND WITH ARIZONA!!!! GET INVOLVED!!!!

SB 1070 is both constitutional and legal. Furthermore, It would not have been necessary to pass this legislation if the federal government were doing its job.
“PHOENIX – In the first of what will be many court hearings, attorneys for Gov. Jan Brewer told a federal judge Thursday that the state and its taxpayers will suffer if she delays enforcement of Arizona’s new immigration law.
A Phoenix police officer wants U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton to block the law, contending he could be subject to termination or hit with a civil lawsuit if he refuses to enforce the law, which he considers unconstitutional, or sued for civil rights violations if he enforces it improperly.
The judge made no rulings on Thursday, saying she wanted to review arguments that sections of the state law conflict with and are pre-empted by federal immigration statues.
But Bolton is looking at the complaint closely, even telling the attorney for the officer in court that, at least in one case, there appears to be no basis for his pre-emption claim.
On July 22, Bolton will hear arguments in two related cases that challenge other aspects of SB 1070 – one by the U.S. Department of Justice and one by a coalition of the American Civil Liberties Union, the National Immigration Law Center and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund.
hn Bouma, Brewer’s lawyer, said legislators passed SB 1070 to deal with the effects of illegal immigration, from human smuggling and crimes committed by gangs of illegal immigrants to the financial burdens placed on the state, while the claims of those challenging the law that they will be injured are ‘speculative.’
But Stephen Montoya, who represents Phoenix police Officer David Salgado, said the law puts his client in an untenable position. ‘He has a claim to his job,’ Montoya said.
Bolton, however, said it may just be Salgado’s opinion that SB 1070 is unconstitutional, and questioned whether that’s enough for him to allege possible harm by enforcing it.
Montoya contended the Department of Justice suit alleging SB 1070 pre-empts federal statutes should resolve any doubt on that point.
Bouma, however, told the judge that just because federal authorities made that assertion doesn’t make it correct.
The question of who is harmed if the law takes effect is crucial to Bolton’s decision on the injunction requests. Another key issue will be who is likely to prevail when there is a full-blown trial on the legality of the law.
Montoya argued that the state has gotten along without the law for years, so there should be no real harm in a short delay.
But Bouma said after the hearing that people are being irreparably harmed every day, and the economy ‘is being hurt by the amount of money we have to spend on education and crime and hospitalization, things like that.’
Any ruling by Bolton on the injunction requests won’t invalidate or uphold the law itself. That will come through trials yet to be scheduled.
Bolton acknowledged there could be a question of whether federal law pre-empts a mandate that police who have stopped someone must, when practicable, make a reasonable effort to determine that person’s immigration status if there is ‘reasonable suspicion’ the individual is an illegal immigrant.
But the judge said she sees nothing wrong with the other part of the same section of law that makes it illegal for any city or county to ‘limit or restrict the enforcement of federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law.’
Bolton said that language applies only in those limited circumstances when federal law already allows local police to enforce immigration statutes. That, she said, undermines any claim of conflict with or pre-emption by federal law.
Bouma denied that SB 1070 conflicts with federal law. And he said there is no requirement for state officials to sit idle when the border is not secure.
‘There’s no reason Arizona should have to suffer the consequences of a broken system … when Arizona has 15,000 well-trained and capable (police) officers to fix it,’ he said.
Montoya said, however, the law could infringe on the rights of U.S. citizens.
One section says police must determine the immigration status of anyone arrested for any crime, no matter how minor, before that person can be released.
‘What if that person is my grandmother?’ he asked the judge. ‘She can be held in jail until she can produce a birth certificate she never had,’ Montoya continued, saying his grandmother was born on a rural ranch and doesn’t have an Arizona driver’s license.
‘There’s no reason Arizona should have to suffer the consequences of a broken system … when Arizona has 15,000 well-trained and capable (police) officers to fix it.’

It is unfathomable that a sitting U.S. President would fail to do his duty. In that Barack Obama is negligent and his actions against the state of Arizona is treasonous. Barack Obama has betrayed the office of commander in chief along with the American people and for that he is undeserving of the presidency.
“CHESAPEAKE, Va., July 7 /Christian Newswire/ — Bishop E.W. Jackson Sr., President of STAND (Staying True to America’s National Destiny), issued the following statement today in response to the Justice Department’s lawsuit against the Arizona immigration law:
‘This is one more example of an administration that is so ideologically driven that its policies are bizarre. Obama and Attorney General Holder have decided to actually sue the people of Arizona even though over 70% of the citizens support Arizona’s anti-illegal immigration law. Most legal experts expect the law to pass Constitutional muster, but Obama and Holder charge ahead anyway. I predict that they will lose the case because the state law does not violate the pre-emption principle. Arizona’s law is less restrictive than federal law, and the local and state police there will merely transfer illegals to federal authorities.’
The Justice Department has filed suit to overturn Arizona’s immigration law, and has asked a federal court to grant an injunction to stop enforcement of the measure. The law, signed by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer in April, takes effect later this month.
Jackson says the administration is violating its responsibility to the citizens of the country. ‘They refuse to protect voters who were intimidated in the exercise of their right to vote by the New Black Panther Party. They refuse to protect the citizens of Arizona from being victimized by criminals crossing our borders illegally, but instead sue the citizens for taking lawful action to protect themselves. It seems the Obama administration is an advocate for everything except the rights of the American people.’
Bishop Jackson, through STAND, is organizing ministers and others to speak out on both cases, and is writing an open letter to Christians to urge them to vote against Obama supporters in Congress in the November elections. Says the Bishop, ‘It should be clear to every American that President Obama’s values are way outside the mainstream of American thought. He continually pursues domestic policies and actions which satisfy the far left while insulting and angering the American people. He will pay for it at the polls in November.”
