What I am about to say may sound rather harsh but as we all know by now, it’s how Progressives roll so why not give a little back.
For starters, maybe the title of this article should be, “Mainstream Media carrying Rachel Dolezal’s jar of kool-aid.” You think?
Former president of the NAACP-Spokane Division, Rachel Dolezal must be somewhat relieved over the church shootings that occurred in Charleston, South Carolina last week. I do not mean in terms of the loss of life but the fact that such a horrific act of violence has diverted attention away from Dolezal’s intentional and premeditated acts of fraud and deception. Oh yes and let us not forget the spin by the mainstream media and continuous painting of Dolezal as a victim…..and Black in spite of Dolezal being anything but.
As stated in an earlier post,
Progressive talking points as espoused by Read full article, fellow race baiters including the Communist loons at MSNBC who came out in support of Doležal with Sharpton going so far as to lay blame at the feet of hers parents backfired as the outrage across social media continues unabated with no signs of letting up sending a clear message that no one is buying the spin.
Just like Progressives to propagandize and ignore Black on White crime, Black on Black violence (for example: NYPD’s Crime and Enforcement Activity Report – 2014 of which no one will discuss), the war on women from beheadings and honor killings by Muslims to abortion, the mainstream media and cohorts continue to jump through hoops to exonerate Dolezal.
‘To be indoctrinated and brainwashed at such a young age would be a difficult hardship for any child, and perhaps for Rachel Dolezal, it proved too much,’ blogger Michael Stone wrote on Patheos this week.
Dolezal’s parents, Larry and Ruthanne, are followers of young earth creationism, a Christian sect that believes the world and all its species were created in six days just 6,000 years ago….
Oh poor, little Rachel, who as a child was raised in a teepee, hunted for food with a bow and arrow and beat by both of her “Christians” parents with a baboon whip. Lies. Not the part about her parents being Christians, but the claims of being born and raised in a teepee and being beaten as a child with a baboon whip.
Not permitted to watch television and homeschooled. What kind of life is that for a child? Balderdash. Enter agnostics and Arne Duncan.
An article written by Steve Rose at the Guardian entitled, “From Ali G to Rachel Dolezal: the colourful history of blacking up” attempts to vindicate the deception by bringing Hollywood and the entertainment industry into it to give a fellow Progressive cover. No, not Barack Obama, this time around.
Rose begins and ends his article with analogies referencing the mid-1980’s comedy movie “Soul Man” starring C. Thomas Howell and Rae Dawn Chong (view movie trailer here) before moving on to the 1915 movie,”Birth of a Nation“, its connection to blackface a role Dolezal denies being party to blaming Republicans before sauntering back to blackface, “getting ‘yo shine on” and Hollywood actors who performed as recently as the 70’s in blackface. Translation: Dolezal is right on track with Hollywood so it is all much to do so what’s the fuss?
Speaking of Republicans, let’s not lose track that if Dolezal were a Republican, statements such as being born and raised in a teepee in Montana, hunting for food with a bow and arrow, being beaten with a baboon whip and her fake blackness would be fodder for the mainstream media and Progressives cohorts in particular their race baiting counterparts who would cannibalize Dolezal for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The following is intended to be a confirmation that Black people are on the Dolezal gravy train, Rasmussen today (Monday) published a poll (h/t Weasel Zippers) alleging that while most people agree that one’s ethnicity is based on birth, Blacks are “less critical” of Dolezal pretending to be Black.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 63% of Likely U.S. Voters believe Dolezal was being deceitful by claiming she was black. Just 13% disagree, while 23% are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
However, while most white (65%) and other minority voters (68%) believe Dozelal was being deceitful, just 46% of black voters agree.
In fact, 52% of black voters think Dolezal should have stayed in her position as President of a Washington chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, a view shared by just 20% of whites and 32% of other minority voters….
I guess that makes Dolezal’s actions just fine. Black Americans (on the left anyway) who sat quietly by as homosexuals, illegal immigrants and advocates of both groups co-opted the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Civil Rights movement are down with Rachel.
Don’t choke yet, America. The only thing that the article proves is that even Rasmussen is on the Progressive kool-aid drinking bandwagon.
The talking points, whether it’s from the mainstream media, Al Sharpton, Melissa Harris-Perry or Rasmussen, it all narrows down to nothing more than a mountain of horse manure.
Many who take these polls and push the Progressive talking points do so repeatedly. Smoke and mirrors aside: most Blacks are not pulling the Rachel Dolezal circus wagon. To say otherwise is merely a tactic put into play to silence non-approving voices of all ethncities and the opportunity to play the race, victim, anti-woman cards.
If only those silent “Black” voices would stand up and debunk the lies being espoused in their names. If only. However, like everyone else, for whatever reason many are not interested in speaking with the likes of Rasmussen or accepting calls from such entities . Just keeping it real.
I was asked this weekend to submit some of my favorite jokes (of which I have none) to the Watcher of Weasles forum. Although, I did not think of it at the time, I should have submitted what came to mind Sunday as I overheard a conversation between two children reacting to a photograph of Rachel Dolezal they came across while perusing the Sunday newspaper.
Question [my thoughts]: “How do you know when Black America is not buying Rachel Dolezal or the mainstream media’s propaganda about Rachel Dolezal?”
Answer: “When two Black children come upon a picture of Dolezal in the Sunday newspaper and says:
[little girl, age 11] “Is that that FAKE BLACK LADY? FAKE BLACK LADY!”
[little boy, age 9] “YEAH! That’s her. FAKE BLACK LADY! She’s a fake. Why would she lie like that? What’s wrong with her anyway?”
To the mainstream media: Drop the bucket, nobody is buying what the fake Black lady is selling.
P.S.: Just suppose Progressives attempting to force Americans to accept Rachel Dolezal’s deceptive practices are a prelude to something more nefarious, i.e., Elizabeth Warren or whoever else might come stumbling out of the closet. After all, Communist petards can’t have the truth getting in the way.
