Several ladies of the Leftist persuasion posted on their Facebook pages an article entitled “7 Badass Defenses Of Reproductive Rights To Explain Why A Woman Should Have The Right To Choose.” I looked at them and had my doubts about their badassery, so I thought I’d fisk the article just for a little Sunday afternoon fun.

As is often the case with fisking the Left, a short Leftist statement takes a lot of work to break down, because everything is flawed, from the facts through the underlying premise through the argument based on the erroneous facts and premise. Judge Sides With NAACP’s Attempt to Silence Black Pro-Lifer

A judge has issued a ruling in the NAACP lawsuit against a black pro-life leader who exposed its pro-abortion views in an article appearing at LifeNews.com.

In February, the NAACP threatened to sue LifeNews.com and Ryan Bomberger, a LifeNews blogger , for a column that took the civil rights organization to task over its abortion position. The NAACP is upset about a column Bomberger wrote at LifeNews titled, “NAACP: National Association for the Abortion of Colored People,” which notes the organization’s 44th Annual Image Awards….

U.S. District Court Judge Raymond Jackson ruled against Bomberger’s “right to comment upon, satirize, or criticize the NAACP’s documented pro-abortion actions by (in part) parodying their name.”

Translation: Exposing the NAACP’s pro-abortion stance is not allowed. The blogger in an assault on his first amendment right must now to pretend that no such stance exists within the NAACP in spite of the overwhelming evidence that proves otherwise. For the record, the NAACP’s “official stance” on abortion is “neutral.”

Clearly, when one looks at the facts, Mr. Bomberger received a raw deal. Exercising my first amendment right herein, the judge who ruled in this case is unworthy and has done a huge disservice to this country.
