Organizers at the Bureau of Indigenous Muslim Affairs anticipated crowds at yesterday’s “Jumah at the DNC” event in Charlotte, North Carolina would reach 20,000. Instead, only 300 Muslims showed up for the open air prayer ceremony. 

The event had been listed on the schedule of events that were part of the officially sanctioned DNC/Charlotte in 2012 Host Committee’s website. But less than 24 hours before “Jumah at the DNC” was held, nervous officials at the Host Committee quietly removed it from the list of officially sanctioned DNC pre-convention events….

…This event, like many others on the page, was user generated,” a senior Host Committee official told NBC News on Friday. “Upon further review, and because speakers for the event and statements and positions from event organizers were not appropriate and relevant to the Host Committee, Charlotte in 2012 has decided to remove the event from our events calendar.”

CORRECTION:  I reported further down this post last week that the monstrosity, Sand Barack Obama was taken down.  Apparently, it was not.

Moving on.  While Obama has been MIA from 2009 to date, Sand Barack Obama arrived on the scene and apparently not a moment too soon.

So what do I think of Sand Barack Obama?  Besides it looking more like Al Jolson?

Obama and his Marxist band of thugs hate the empty chair metaphor but the truth is that Clint Eastwood was more successful in getting his message across than many are willing to admit.  Hence, the empty chair metaphor is here to stay and Obama owns it and will carry it all the way back to Chicago.

Joe Biden, Gaffe Master, Race Baiter and Bigot at it Again

“…Look at what they value and look at their budget and what they’re proposing. Romney wants to let the—he said in the first 100 days, he’s going to let the big banks once again write their own rules–unchain Wall Street. They’re going to put y’all back in chains…. “

Those were the words uttered Tuesday afternoon while adopting a southern accent for emphasis by Joe “the gaffe master and bigot” Biden to a group of 900 at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research in Danville, Virginia.  Adding further insult to injury, Biden mistook Virginia for the state of North Carolina.

In typical Biden fashion, there is no shortage of poison arrows directed at those non-supportive of the Progressive agenda as we witness the unfolding of a cover up by White House propagandists/media outlets intended to downplay yet justify Biden’s smear campaign of Mitt Romney and Wall Street as Progressives maneuver to keep racism at the forefront of this year’s presidential campaign.

Incensed with the above CNN report, I left the following comment under their YouTube video.

“CNN, you are out of touch.  I am an unhyphenated American and Black.  Joe Biden is a bigot and RACIST. 

Just because Blacks are not calliing Biden out, does not make Biden’s racist attack acceptable.  In fact, giving Biden a pass is their problem, my problem, America’s problem. 

Since Obama has been elected, many Black Americans are giving racist Progressives a pass.  Racism should not be tolerated no matter who is doing it and BIDEN IS A BIGOT and CNN, propagandist for the White House.”

Of course, it took several attempts before my response was successfully posted.  Moreover, I would not be surprised if it were taken down by mid-day or set upon by trolls.

Even Hollywood’s celebrity gossip sites got in on the cover up, “…While Biden likely meant that Americans would be shackled, metaphorically, by corporate greed, his words conjured up more provocative imagery….”

The purpose of Biden’s dog and pony show is to divert the attention of Americans away from issues of paramount importance that should dominate this election season such as the repeal of Obamacare, Obamanomics, pending tax increases, high unemployment, government spending, the deficit, massive entitlements, crony capitalism, ineptitude, treason, backroom deals, government corruption, the overwhelming threat of Communism, illegal immigration, open U.S. borders,  and the gutting of Medicare by Obama, to name a few.

As expected, discredited Obama for America Deputy Campaign Manager and liar Stephanie Cutter, an Obama mouthpiece has no problem with the words of a bigot telling Blacks in a Southern accent “They’re going to put y’all back in chains…”

“…I think he probably agrees with Joe Biden’s sentiments,’ Cutter said on behalf of President Obama. ‘He’s using a metaphor to talk about what’s going to happen.’

‘I appreciate the faux outrage from the Romney campaign,’ Cutter said in reaction to a statement from the campaign. ‘If you want to talk about the use of words then take a look at Mitt Romney’s stump speech where he basically calls the president un-American…”

It should be noted that less than a week ago, Cutter lied about the major role she played in the now discredited Priorities USA smear campaign against Mitt Romney falsely blaming the former governor for the death of Joe Soptic’s wife, a cancer victim.  (See also, Obama camp has history with star of new Super PAC ad.)

Of course, a suggestion for Obama’s new campaign slogan should be “Hope and Chains.”

The following video produced by sixteen-year-old Madeleine McAulay has been banned by YouTube because it did not meet their “community guidelines.”

McAulay is a resident of North Carolina, the state just voted down a gay marriage amendment, joining the 31 other states… the gays came out in force and utube removed her video… I’m not sure why. There is nothing in it that violates anyone’s Term’s Of Service– except possibly the TOS rules of a handful of sites the cater to homosexuals.. I suppose with Obama in Office and Eric Holder running the Justice Department– politically incorrect speech. as defined as defined by the far left is considered hate speech..

WILMINGTON, N.C. — As a Muslim woman waits in jail for word on a possible indictment in her alleged involvement in a murder-for-hire beheading plot, her friends and family are using social media to rally support for her cause.

Shortly after the arrests in late January of Nevine Aly Elshiekh and alleged accomplice Shkumbin Sherifi, their family and friends organized the website “Our Ummah, One Body” to fight for their release.

The two residents of Raleigh, N.C., are being held as suspects in an alleged behind-bars plot to kill a witness in a terrorism trial that landed Sherifi’s older brother in jail.

The Facebook page “Support Nevine Elshiekh and Shkumbin (Beme) Sherifi” includes quotes from the Quran about the responsibility of Muslims to care for prisoners….”

So what happens when  the allegations against Elshiekh and Sherifi are proven to true and the suspects are convicted?  Will Muslims allow justice to take its course or will they demand the release of these Islamic fanatics?

Prayer for those affected by natural disasters – Wallbuilders

I received the following email today from Wallbuilders.  Let us pray for the State of Texas and others affected by natural disasters.

Prayer for those affected by natural disasters

“Across the nation these past several weeks, we have seen a number of natural disasters (tornadoes in North Carolina, Indiana, Florida, etc.; fires in Texas, California, Oklahoma, etc.; intense storms and floods in Tennessee, New York, New Jersey, etc.). We want to ask everyone to continue to pray for all of those impacted by these disasters and also wanted to share a proclamation issued today by the Governor of Texas, Rick Perry. Because of the overwhelming fires in Texas, he’s calling for a weekend of prayer for rain beginning tomorrow, Friday, April 22, through Sunday, April 24.

We are including a copy of the proclamation below, as well as the text under that. If you are in Texas, please consider taking this proclamation to your house of worship this weekend and asking your pastor and congregation to join in prayer. If you’re not in Texas, please join your fellow citizens across the country in praying for these disasters.

Whereas, the state of Texas is in the midst of an exceptional drought, with some parts of the state receiving no significant rainfall for almost three months, matching rainfall deficit records dating back to the 1930s; and

Whereas, a combination of higher than normal temperatures, low precipitation and low relative humidity has cause an extreme fire danger over most of the State, sparking more than 8,000 wildfires which have cost several lives, engulfed more than 1.8 million acres of land and destroyed almost 400 homes, causing me to issue an ongoing disaster declaration since December of last year; and

Whereas, these dire conditions have caused agricultural crops to fail, lake and reservoir levels to fall and cattle and livestock to struggle under intense stress, imposing a tremendous financial and emotional toll on our land and our people; and

Whereas, throughout our history, both as a state and as individuals, Texans have been strengthened, assured and lifted up through prayer; it seems right and fitting that the people of Texas should join together in prayer to humbly seek an end to this devastating drought and these dangerous wildfires;

Now, therefore, I, Rick Perry, Governor of Texas, under the authority vested in me by the Constitution of Statutes of the State of Texas, do hereby proclaim the three-day period from Friday, April 22, 2011, to Sunday, April 24, 2011, as Days of Prayer for Rain in the State of Texas. I urge Texans of all faiths and traditions to offer prayers on those days for the healing of our land, the rebuilding of our communities and the restoration of our normal way of life in Texas.
