When Logic is the Only Evidence, it is Outcome Determinative

1) As we know, even prostitutes can be sexually assaulted. This occurs when they did not invite being touched, or the other person did not proffer payment as promised.

The only exemption from that rule is their pimp, who, by the rules established by the club which she joined, can beat hell out of her or rape her at his pleasure. Or even sell her to the Albanians.

But these are all according to rules of the underworld, not established law.

In every other case, if a mere “john” (prospective client) assaults them, they will kick and scream “Rape!” until they are beaten to a pulp or police come. And once the police arrive, regardless of the color of her hair, the scoop of her neckline, or the paint on her face, the crime will be determined solely by the cuts and bruises, torn clothes, and bodily fluids gathered by medical examiners.

Evidence.

Police may never catch the guy, and the pimps might, each with their own rules of judicial process. But if the cops ever do, he will be convicted and punished.

That the assault began as a business deal gone bad will never even come up in a court room, if bodily injury or invasion is involved.

2) As we also know, even sluts, also known as “easy women”, can be raped.

Again, certain rules apply so that society can protect the innocent and punish the guilty.

Sluts sleep around only within their class. Their territory. Again, if some boy from the Village should try to touch some Buttercup from the High Castle in any offensive way, she will cry bloody murder…and not even wait until next Wednesday to report it, much less years.

But she will almost never come into social contact with a boy from the Village on his turf. Girls from the High Castle do not mix socially with boys from the Village any more than they do Portuguese wharf rats. So the chances of them ever coming into contact with one another in the first place is slim and none[…]

CNN’s Forum of Women re Kavanaugh Allegations Deliver Unexpected Results (for CNN)

Progressives, even their comrades in the Communist media complex simply do not get that not everyone fits into their box of identity politics/victimhood.

Case in point, a panel of women interviewed and queried by the Communist News Network on their feelings surrounding allegations of attempted rape or rape (depending on the propagandist doing the reporting) of Christine Blasy Ford thirty-six years ago by Brett Kavanaugh.

Let’s just say that the forum didn’t go as CNN hoped it would.  The women didn’t parrot the left’s talking points on of victimhood, identity politics, the MeToo movement.

About the allegations levied Ford, the panel had their own views as not espoused by the feminazis and their alliances working overtime to control the narrative. (Now THAT must’ve hurt.)

So much for swaying the minds of the public.

Below is video of the full block surrounding the panel.  Btw, how certain are we that the women on the panel are all Republicans? Or is that how CNN chose to label the panel on account of the fake news channel not receiving the desired results?

The John Wayne Brand and it’s Silent Reply to His Enemies

For close to ten years, in the late 60s and early 70’s, the most hated man in Hollywood was John Wayne. That’s right, the Duke. It was all about the Vietnam War, about which you never saw one contemporaneous film released except for Wayne’s “Green Berets”, a 1968 film released just as public sentiment was turning against the war because (take note) the American media, especially Walter Cronkite and CBS News, decided it was a war that could not be won, and who then took great strides to make their analysis came true.

Like the Vietnam War, Hollywood, New York and Washington were largely of one sentiment about John Wayne, only, the rub is, the rest of America loved him. And in a contest of numbers, that matters. Throughout the war period he was America’s top box office draw. He had established a “brand” by the 1960s that lives on today, and nothing those anti-war leftists could say would diminish it. And yes, Donald Trump’s presidency is in part a result of the resiliency of that brand.

It’s simple math, actually. A point that will be driven home shortly in a different context, Richard Grenier, in his 1979 elegy to John Wayne, wrote:

“But Richard Dreyfuss and Robert de Niro are known to only a small proportion of the people who knew Gary Cooper and John Wayne.”

With that alone, John Wayne could protect his brand by not having to say a word. All he had to do was continue about his business in a way that silently said “Screw you” to Hollywood and the political left, and let his brand speak for itself.

The beat goes on. Because Americans demanded such heroes, he and Coop were succeeded by others, men such as Clint Eastwood, who began his Dirty Harry franchise in 1971 after a string of spaghetti Westerns had established him as a quiet but deadly gunslinger. Over the years Eastwood’s “brand” also grew as an anti-liberal, law and order patriot, and is still an icon today.

A director and producer himself, I’ll bet Clint even knew of Harvey Weinstein. “He knew” as the feminists like to proclaim in their “j’accusing” tone. After all, Harvey Weinstein was the prototype of Hollywood Babylon since before talkies. And John Wayne had been there since the 1930s[…]
