As the investigation of Hillary Clinton and her private email scandal is winding down, it’s just been discovered that Michelle Obama may have been involved in an email scandal of her own.

The American Medical Association (AMA) released an obesity study last year that revealed that rates have actually changed less than they did in the previous decade. Rather than processing that information, Michelle’s reps decided to claim that obesity in children between ages 2 and 5 fell from 13.9% to 8.4%. Newly released emails show the White House pressuring the CDC…

More to the point, the obesity rate for children between 2 and 5 years of age fell from 13.9% in 2003-2004 to 8.4 percent in 2011-2012.

The Daily Caller received emails in response to their FOIA request indicating that the White House may have directed the CDC and Health and Human Services to place emphasis on the above point while ignoring the rest of the report, the purpose of which was give to credit “Let’s Move” cementing Michelle Obama’s legacy.

The problem with Michelle O’s legacy initiative like everything else in the Obama administration consists of a compilation of fuzzy math, selective data and half-truths.

According to a February 26 email by CDC’s senior press officer, Karen Hunter, the press release giving Michelle O’ credit was skewed “to highlight the good news per HHS request.”

Scientists inside out of the CDC concluded that “Let’s Move” which began in 2010 played no role in the decline in childhood obesity rates.

$4.5 billion in funds diverted from SNAP to Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” Program

On November 1^st, SNAP recipients received a cut in their monthly SNAP allotment. Barack Obama diverted $4.5 billion in funds from SNAP to Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” Program and the timing coming a few weeks before Thanksgiving could not be worse for the poor.

… Some 76 million meals a year will vanish from this city — poof! — partly because the president diverted money from SNAP to the first lady’s signature program, part of her Let’s Move anti-obesity initiative — the bean-sprout-heavy, $4.5 billion Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act.

The rest of the $5 billion annual food-stamp cuts was taken when 2009 stimulus funds dried up….

Obama giveth, Obama taketh away

For the record, this is not the first time that Obama has diverted funds from SNAP.

In 2009, increased SNAP by 13.6% for all participating households.

The latest cuts hatchet job would see the monthly food stamp allotment for a family of four reduced from $668 to $632.

Enter 2013, one year after millions of Americans voted for free stuff, enter SNAP cuts.

As reported by the indirectly Soros funded Center on Budget and Policy Priorities,

… It seems unlikely that Congress will enact legislation to remedy this problem, as President Obama and some members of Congress have proposed. Consequently, states need to prepare for the benefit cuts …

Between January 2009 and November 2012, 14.7 million people were added to the food stamp rolls rightfully earning Obama the title of food stamp king. During that time, only 194,000 jobs were created.

Let us also not forget Obama’s collaboration with Mexican authorities to provide illegal aliens food stamps (“Case Worker: Illegal Aliens Got Food Stamps by the “Vanload”) which leads me to wonder if Obama who is courting illegal aliens and promising them amnesty has cut funding Mexico’s food stamps program as well?

Food Bank for New York City’s CEO and president, Margarette Purvis, told Salon,

…If you look across the world, riots always begin typically the same way: when people cannot afford to eat food Monday….We were all told that these cuts for November 1 would not happen…they decided they were going to take from some of the increases to food stamps? to fund First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” program….

Food Bank for NYC is one of the many hunger organizations begging Congress to push through legislation by year’s end that would restore funding to the SNAP program to shore up government dependency.

Inflicting pain on the poor while blaming the Republicans.

Like the crack dealer on the corner, Obama pushed government dependency on millions of Americans and now hooked; Obama has diverted the funding to a preferred agenda while dangling SNAP in the face of the government dependent as a bargaining chip against Congress.

Obama will demand additional funding for SNAP. He and his fellow extortionists holding a gun to the head of Republicans will become rabid, threaten chaos and blame Republicans for the suffering of the poor.

There will be no mention, of course, that Barack diverted SNAP funding to MO’s “Let’s Move” program.
