Workers at a Volkswagen factory in Tennessee have voted against union representation in a devastating defeat for the United Auto Workers union’s effort to make inroads in the South. The 712-626 vote released late Friday was surprising for many labor experts and union supporters who expected a UAW win because Volkswagen tacitly endorsed the union and even allowed organizers into the Chattanooga factory to make sales pitches…….
Chattanooga, Tenn. (February 14, 2014) – Volkswagen Chattanooga employees have voted in a secret ballot election against United Auto Workers (UAW) representation. Participation in the election was 89 percent. 53 percent of the eligible employees who voted decided against the UAW as their bargaining representative in an election conducted by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) between February 12 – 14.

… ‘I was trying to salvage some of my stuff but my friend, he works at the Capitol, he said, ‘Don’t worry about that. You gotta get out of there,’’ Tarver said. ‘So, I crawled out of the tent as they cut it. My tables were being spilled and stepped on. It was all just destroyed. I just couldn’t believe what I was hearing and seeing.’…
As reported by MICHIGAN LIVE, Linda Tarver, wife of Clint Tarver stated on Facebook that:
….union protesters called her husband ‘an Uncle Tom [n-word]’ when he attempted to retrieve his equipment from the collapsed tent….
…Community members have rallied in support, raising more than $10,000 to replace Tarver’s damaged equipment and offset losses.
‘We’re just overwhelmed by the outpouring of prayers and donations and generosity,’ she said.
As for her husband, he is fine, she said.
‘He really showed to me a great restraint and humility,’ she said. ‘He didn’t get in a fist fight; he didn’t let the loss … really take the best of him….
Indeed, Mr. Tarver showed a great deal of restraint and humility. After the occurrence of this vile incident, he and his wife prayed.
Besides destroying Tarver’s catering equipment, products and hurling racial epithets, union thugs felt no remorse for their actions. “…They said he deserved what he got and he was on the wrong side….”
The reporting of violence committed by the KKK aka union members in Lansing, Michigan by Progressive news outlets is troubling.
In spite of the many reports and videos that clearly tell the story, leaving nothing to doubt, Progressive media outlets report feign ignorance by reporting to the public “Details are still unclear, but the AFP tent was torn down and destroyed around noon.”

RACISM AND CLASS WARFARE
Even more unnerving is that the vicious assaults on Tarver, a working American, businessman, Black American, true patriot and on other Conservatives remind me very much of the handling of the racist attacks and lynchings by the KKK back in the day by many in the media.
The violence, chaos and verbal assaults that took place in Lansing, Michigan by Progressives this week are no different.
In the past, financial gain and the ability to establish political and economic control was a motive for lynchings.
Today, the same is a motive for union goons and comrades to attack the liberties of those of us who will fall into line with their agenda and power grab.
CALLING FOLKS OUT
As witnessed in the many videos, the majority of protesters were Caucasian, however, there were plenty of Black people visible throughout the crowd who allowed the thuggery to unfold as many did 100 plus years ago when Blacks were set on fire and lynched.
The difference is that 100 plus years ago, Blacks were unable to rescue those in danger out of fear for their own lives and that of their loved ones.
However, one hundred plus years later, the Blacks who were present Tuesday were not only witness but party to the heinous actions of the KKK aka unions.
I am calling out every Black man and woman who backed the unions at Tuesday’s protest and the assault against Mr. Tarver.
I am calling out those individuals who witnessed and/or participated in Tuesday’s attacks against Conservatives, in particular all consider themselves victims and oppressed.
I am calling out Jesse Jackson who was at the capital in Lansing, Michigan on Tuesday.
I am calling out Al Sharpton, Sheila Jackson, Lee, Jesse Jackson, Jr., James Clyburn, the NAACP, Tavis Smiley, Cornel West, Michael Eric Dyson, Jamie Foxx, MSNBC Touré and the rest ofObama’s overseers and race baiters.

In the video, one actually witnesses the wolf pack working itself into a rabid frenzy.In the first video, one witnesses the huge crowd of union slugs surrounding the Americans for Prosperity tent at today’s protest in Lansing Michigan just prior to the destruction of the tent, which at the time of destruction was fully OCCUPIED.

…By authorizing a union to collect fees from nonmembers and permitting the use of an opt-out system for the collection of fees levied to cover nonchargeable expenses, our prior decisions approach, if they do not cross, the limit of what the First Amendment can tolerate. The SEIU, however, asks us to go farther. It asks us to approve a procedure under which (a) a special assessment billed for use in electoral campaigns was assessed without providing a new opportunity for nonmembers to decide whether they wished to contribute to this effort and (b) nonmembers who previously opted out were nevertheless required to pay more than half of the special assessment even though the union had said that the purpose of the fund was to mount a political campaign and that it would not be used for ordinary union expenses. This aggressive use of power by the SEIU to collect fees from nonmembers is indefensible…
…Which side should bear this risk?
The answer is obvious: the side whose constitutional rights are not at stake. “Given the existence of acceptable alternatives, [a] union cannot be allowed to commit dissenters’ funds to improper uses even temporarily.” Ellis, 466 U. S., at 444. Thus, if unconsenting nonmembers pay too much, their First Amendment rights are infringed. On the other hand, if unconsenting nonmembers pay less than their proportionate share, no constitutional right of the union is violated because the union has no constitutional right to receive any payment from these employees. See Davenport, 551 U. S., at 185. The union has simply lost for a few months the “extraordinary” benefit of being em- powered to compel nonmembers to pay for services thatthey may not want and in any event have not agreed to fund.
As we have noted, by allowing unions to collect any fees rather than opt-in schemes when annual dues are billed, our cases have substantially impinged upon the First Amendment rights of nonmembers. In the new situation presented here, we see no justification for any further impingement. The general rule—individuals should not be compelled to subsidize private groups or private speech—should prevail.
Public-sector unions have the right under the First Amendment to express their views on political and socialissues without government interference. See, e.g., Citizens United v. Federal Election Comm’n, 558 U. S. ___ (2010). But employees who choose not to join a union have the same rights. The First Amendment creates a forum in which all may seek, without hindrance or aid from the State, to move public opinion and achieve their politicalgoals. “First Amendment values [would be] at serious riskif the government [could] compel a particular citizen, or adiscrete group of citizens, to pay special subsidies for speech on the side that [the government] favors.” United Foods, 533 U. S., at 411. Therefore, when a public-sectorunion imposes a special assessment or dues increase, the union must provide a fresh Hudson notice and may not exact any funds from nonmembers without their affirmative consent…
