What sticks out about the parade of talking heads and the “take a knee” movement in the NFL is their age.

And their high-jacking the term “racism”.

You see, the central “take a knee” issue in the NFL issue is all about race as seen from its proponents.

Didn’t know that? Well, just like the first Civil War where Midwest farm boys enlisted to fight a war to end slavery while deep south farm boys enlisted to defend their “rats”, neither side of the shooting end of that war was entirely sure what the war was all about beyond their one belief. Although Abraham Lincoln was almost monotonous about “preserving the Union”, that was never a topic of fireside conversation in places where soldiers camped.

Take-a-knee was most definitely about race, specifically cops shooting “innocent” black men, only most NFL players don’t know that. It was about race because Colin Kaepernick said it was about race, in the August, 2016 pre-season, when he took that first knee.

“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color,” Kaepernick said, via NFL.com. “To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.”

None of what CK said is so, but hey, almost nothing Black Lives Matter tells us is ever so, and obviously, Kaepernick is very impressionable, especially if the BLM position is pleaded to him by a beautiful young woman.

2016 was an election year, and BLM was supposed to have had an impact. It didn’t. But as with 25 years of shakedowns by Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, the unwillingness of corporate America to speak out against it in dozens of venues should have given us some clue as to what was bound to happen once a man like Donald Trump came into office.

We should have known how the NFL and owners might react.

A few facts about police shootings and race.

In most blue cities, but especially Chicago, the city governments don’t really care if young black men kill each other. (After all, they’re almost all gang-bangers.) In Chi-town and New York this is holdover thinking from the mob days of the 30s when mostly Italian and Irish gangs did the same thing, only dressed in suits, fedoras and white spats, armed with Thompson machine guns, blazing away while standing on the running boards of a ’31 Buick. How cool is that!…to an 18-year old gang-banger?

Jesse Jackson, Family of Dallas Ebola Patient Claiming Unfair Treatment – $$$

The moment I saw a photograph of Jesse Jackson with Nowai Korkoya, mother of Thomas Eric Duncan (who hasn’t seen her son in 12 years), it was clear that Jackson was confident that he’d found a payday.

Duncan who died yesterday of the Ebola virus, lied on his Liberian exit application about his exposure to the virus and traveled to the United States putting hundreds, maybe thousands at risk hoping to save his own life. Unfortunately, for Duncan, his actions backfired.

Duncan’s family grieving the loss of a loved one and under the direction of Jackson, are upset with the alleged quality of medical care Duncan received.

Weighing a lawsuit, they are claiming “unfair” treatment that translates to Duncan who is Black and Ashoka Mukpo, who is Caucasian received different medical care.

Duncan’s nephew Joe Weeks told ABC News that he felt uncle had received “unfair” medical treatment and that Duncan did not receive the same treatment as Ebola patient Ashoka Mukpo who is currently undergoing treatment in a Nebraska hospital.

He said the family questioned why Duncan was not moved to Emory University Hospital, where two American health workers were successfully treated after becoming infected with Ebola in Liberia.

‘No one has died of Ebola in the U.S. before. This is the first time,’ Weeks told ABC News. ‘We need all the help we can get.’

Weeks said hospital officials told the family they had all the experience needed to treat Duncan.

Weeks also said the family was frustrated that Duncan was not given donated blood from Ebola survivors. Weeks said hospital officials told the family ‘that the blood wasn’t a match.’

“No one has died of Ebola in the U.S. before. This is the first time…” While I recognize that Joe Weeks is grieving, he missed the boat on this one and goes back to the mindset that people in Africa and some here in the United States believe that America brought the Ebola virus to their shores.

While Duncan’s nephew accuses the hospital of not having the experience to treat his uncle, other family members spoke highly of the community and support groups (although some may be backtracking about now).

‘We feel he didn’t get the medicine and treatment for the disease because he’s African and they don’t consider him as important as the other three,’ said Josephus Weeks, his nephew.

Not so, the hospital says.

Since the drugs are still experimental, individual hospitals have to file the paperwork with the Food and Drug Administration for permission to use them….

First, if the family under the guidance of one looking for a payday pursues this, they are in for one heck of a fight.

Second, Duncan lied on his exit documents in Monrovia, Liberia.

Third, this is new territory for doctors in the United States.

Fourth, anyone receiving medical treatment for the Ebola virus at this time in the United States is nothing more than a lab rat.

Five Americans contracted the Ebola virus, two died, three survived.

As for the medication ZMapp, there is none but Jackson as expected is questioning the veracity of those claims in spite of the fact that for weeks there have been numerous media reports on the shortage of this treatment.

Rev Jackson claimed that the treatment Duncan received contributed to his sad end.

He questioned whether there was really no more ZMapp left and why Duncan has received a drug that had never been tested on Ebola patients before, instead.

‘All I do know is that Mr Duncan received late treatment and not the best drug. They say that there is no more ZMapp. It’s hard for me to believe that there’s only enough ZMapp to treat two people in all of America….

If Duncan had died without receiving the other treatment (brincidofovir), Jackson would still be out there spewing racist nonsense.

The race baiter, desperate for relevance, is starting something; we do not need people flying in from Africa or crossing our borders hoping to get in on a payday.

Finally, it takes several months to make ZMapp, which by the way is not a cure for Ebola; are these people in this country legally; and Jesse, why aren’t you taking on Black on Black crime.

Oh, I forgot. There’s no profit to be made in Black men killing each other.

Dear Mr. Holder:

I’m writing you on behalf of BOND Action, a national nonprofit organization committed to “uniting the races with truth, instead of dividing them with lies.” In the aftermath of the shooting death of 17-year old Trayvon Martin by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman, we’ve seen racial tensions fueled by the New Black Panther Party, Rev. Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, Rev. Jesse Jackson and others.

The New Black Panther Party has put a $10,000 bounty on Zimmerman’s life and have distributed flyers calling for his capture “dead or alive.”

Even though George Zimmerman is now in custody and has been charged with second-degree murder, the blood lust and inflammatory remarks by New Black Panther Party leaders still rages. As you know, the New Black Panther Party is a racist organization—similar to the Ku-Klux-Klan.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has recently been roundly criticized for being too lenient with New Black Panther members. In 2008, your department dismissed charges against one of their members and narrowed charges for another even after video surfaced showing New Black Panther thugs intimidating white voters with batons at a polling station in Philadelphia.

The decision to dismiss has led to allegations that this Department of Justice under the Obama administration is unwilling to prosecute blacks for civil rights violations and hate crimes against whites.

And now during the investigation into the shooting of Trayvon Martin, New Black Panther Party members have taken it upon themselves to seek vigilante justice by placing a bounty on George Zimmerman’s life.

As the leading law enforcement official in this nation, you know that every American is guaranteed due process and should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The New Black Panther Party is pouring gasoline onto an already inflamed situation in Sanford, Fla. Their bounty could motivate someone to murder George Zimmerman before the trial. This is a domestic terrorist group and they should be rounded up and arrested for federal civil-rights crimes.

In addition to the bounty, New Black Panther leaders have shown their propensity for violence and desire to incite a race war:

• As reported on FOXNews.com, New Black Panther Party leader, Hashim Nzinga, who announced a $10,000 bounty on Zimmerman, was arrested last month for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

• Michelle Williams, Chief of Staff for the New Black Panther Party, made the following heinous remarks during an interview regarding the Trayvon Martin case:

“Let me tell you, the things that’s about to happen, to these honkeys, these crackers, these pigs, these pink people, these —- people. It has been long overdue.” “…My prize right now this evening … is gonna be the bounty, the arrest, dead or alive, for George Zimmerman. You feel me?” She added later: “It’s in me to fight. It’s in me to raise up soldiers. It’s in me that every time my feet touch the ground [in] the state of Florida—these crackers—they scared.”

• Malik Zulu Shabazz, Chairman of the New Black Panther Party said, “We’re going soon within a few weeks [to Sanford, Fla.]…. We have to raise up an army of black men and black people who will patrol and defend the community and we have to have a ministry of defense in Florida.” With all this, I was shocked to see you appear with Al Sharpton last week at his National Action Network’s (NAN) annual convention praising him for his work. Al Sharpton, along with the New Black Panther Party, has been a leading agitator in inflaming racial tensions in this case. He’s organized several rallies in Sanford and has threatened that his group would “move to the next level if Zimmerman isn’t arrested.” Your appearance is tantamount to a white Attorney General praising David Duke.

During your address at NAN you announced that the DOJ had opened an investigation looking into the shooting. You stressed that the department “will examine the facts and the law” surrounding this case. You also said, “If we find evidence of a potential federal criminal civil rights crime, we will take appropriate action….”

That’s encouraging to hear. On behalf of thousands of Americans of all races, I’m asking that the Department of Justice examine the facts and arrest The New Black Panther Party for civil-rights violations and hate crimes against George Zimmerman and the white citizens who are being intimidated in Sanford, Fla. We’ve launched a petition drive to demonstrate the concern and outrage of law abiding citizens regarding this issue (Insert link).

The New Black Panther Party has been emboldened by the Justice Department’s refusal to prosecute them for past and current crimes. They must be stopped now before their incitement to violence and bloodshed becomes a tragic reality in Florida and across this nation. Swift and aggressive action by your office would show that the DOJ is still committed to protecting the civil rights of all Americans, not just blacks, and that you’re seeking justice for all parties involved in this unfortunate case. I hope that you’ll do the right thing. The nation is watching.
