Contrary to reports spun by the mainstream media that Iran signed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iran unsurprisingly rejected the text contained in Barack Obama’s nuclear deal and negotiated this past summer with U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Russia and China.
Instead, less than 48 hours before Obama plans to sign JCPOA, the Iranian parliament has written and approved by a vote of 161-59 its own version of the Iran nuclear deal.
Breitbart by Jordan Schachtel
the majilis approved their own version of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), creating a situation where the Iranian government simply hasn’t signed on to the accord that Obama and Democratic Senators obligated the United States to uphold.
Western media incorrectly reported that the majilis approved the actual text of the JCPOA, according to experts.
New York Post columnist Amir Taheri has explained in a series of social media posts that Iran’s version of the deal calls for the cancellation of sanctions against the regime in Tehran.
He also noted that Iran’s version of the nuke deal calls for the dismantling of Israel’s nuclear weapons program, citing Iranian parliamentarian Kazem Jalali….
In other words, there is no deal but watch Obama, John Kerry, the State Department and the White House Press Secretary spin a tall tale while Obama signs a piece of paper that is meaningless.

inAccording to senior U.S. officials in the Obama administration, Barack Obama’s implementation of his legacy achievement, the Iran nuclear deal is in violation of a federal law Obama signed back in 2012.
Fox News by James Rosen
At issue is a passage tucked away in ancillary paperwork attached to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA, as the Iran nuclear deal is formally known. Specifically, Section 5.1.2 of Annex II provides that in exchange for Iranian compliance with the terms of the deal, the U.S. “shall…license non-U.S. entities that are owned or controlled by a U.S. person to engage in activities with Iran that are consistent with this JCPOA.”
In short, this means that foreign subsidiaries of U.S. parent companies will, under certain conditions, be allowed to do business with Iran. The problem is that the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act (ITRA), signed into law by President Obama in August 2012, was explicit in closing the so-called “foreign sub” loophole….
“Existing U. S. statutes trump executive agreements.” Obama must be challenged on this.
Only a lawless petard like Barack Obama would sign a law and then violate it three years later.
The Office of the Commander in Chief will never be the same.

inAt the last moment Monday, two passages of anti-United States rhetoric found its way into Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s speech to the United Nations General Assembly and AFTER formal text of the speech was submitted to the UN.
Times of Israel By Times of Israel staff
The extra sentences were included in Rouhani’s address only after the formal text had been submitted to the UN. They therefore are not contained in the text of the speech as it appears on the UN’s website; the UN posted the text, as is its custom, shortly after the speaker had completed his address. …
By contrast, the added passages appear to reflect a harder-line rhetorical style, more typical of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and other Iranian officials who repeatedly declaim against warmed relations with the United States….
Rouhani who spoke after Barack Obama one-ups Obama again by starting his speech with Iran’s version of We are the World and ending with a pesh-kabz to the gut.
Trump was spot on when he stated, “Never, ever EVER in my life have I seen any transaction so incompetently negotiated as our deal with Iran. They take our money. They make us look like fools and now they’re back to who they really are. They don’t want Israel to survive. They will not let Israel survive with incompetent leadership like we have right now….We are led by very, very stupid people…”

in≈ Comments Off on Remembering 9/11 in the Age of Obama #NeverForget
Last year on 9/11, my remembrance post looked at how our political class, led by Barack Obama, seemed to have forgotten every lesson learned from 9/11. Under his aegis, I pointed out, our borders were meaningless, the always dangerous Middle East was a swirling mass of chaos, and ISIS was cutting a bloody swath through that benighted land. This year, things are worse.
Obama’s Middle Eastern policies — policies that systematically destabilized Iraq, Libya, Yemen, and Egypt, and that enabled anarchy in Syria and ISIS’s rise — have led to the largest migrant crisis since Rome’s downfall. Note that I don’t say “refugee” crisis. The people moving on Europe contain a small percentage of refugees, but most are Muslims seeking a better life in the West.
Some of these migrants are people who genuinely want that better life. Too many, however, seem to be people who, parasite-like, want to take advantage of Western welfare and generosity, without caring that they’ll soon kill their host….
