Expert Says TSA invasive procedures grooms children to cooperate with sex predators

As reported by Daniel Tencer of RAW STORY, the founder of Child Lures Prevention, Ken Wooden, is alerting parents to the dangers of the TSA’s enhanced patdowns.

Wooden indicates that such patdowns make young children an easy mark for predators.

Why?

Because the TSA during the patdowns often tells children that the fourth amendment violations/invasive procedures is a game.

As it turns out, this “game” is a popular tactic of sexual predators often used to ensnare innocent young children.

“…Ken Wooden, founder of Child Lures Prevention, says the TSA’s recommendation that children be told the pat-down is a ‘game’ is potentially putting children in danger.

Telling a child that they are engaging in a game is ‘one of the most common ways’ that sexual predators use to convince children to engage in inappropriate contact, Wooden told Raw Story.

Children ‘don’t have the sophistication’ to distinguish between a pat-down carried out by an airport security officer and an assault by a sexual predator, he said.

The TSA policy could ‘desensitize children to inappropriate touch and ultimately make it easier for sexual offenders to prey on our children,’ Wooden added.

Following an outcry last month over the use on children of ‘enhanced pat-downs’ — which involve the touching of genitals — the TSA announced a new ‘modified’ pat-down for children under 12. However, as the LA Times noted, the new rules are ‘unclear’ on whether TSA agents can touch children’s genitals….”

Should not the TSA have known better or is it that they do not care?

Such patdowns undermine parents forewarning to our children.

How many of us have repeatedly told our children, never to let anyone touch them there and if someone does, they must yell, scream, run, try like hell to get away from the person touching them to someplace safe and to immediately seek out assistance from an adult who can be of assistance to them?

 

Then one day along comes the TSA Nazi regime who expects parents to stand idly by as our children are groped “there” and told by strangers that it is just a “game.”

Am I the only one who sees our government as increasingly undermining the authority of parents?

Am I the only one infuriated by the disrepute of progressives?

These enhanced patdowns go against everything parents teach their children in the hopes of protecting them from sexual deviants who would try to seek them out to despoil their virtue.

Anyone who has been a victim of a sexual predator as a child or knows someone who has gets it.

In a word, the TSA, DHS in pursuit of an authoritarian agenda is unintentionally empowering sexual predators across the United States by violating the fourth amendment rights of our children, forcing upon them enhanced patdowns and putting them at risk.

Young children are incapable of differentiating between a so called well-intentioned TSA patdown and being baited by a sexual predator.

VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ABUSE

The TSA says that it will change the rules for victims of sexual abuse.  How insensitive can these dip wads be?

Do they think for a moment that victims of sexual abuse want to share such information with strangers, i.e., the TSA, DHS or anyone else for that matter? Even if the information about their experience is on a card?

How is that supposed to work with TSA agents who hold a sensitive rating lowere than those who work at the DMV?

WHAT THE F**** are in the minds of these out of touch power hungry bastards who have appointed themselves monarch?  (I apology for my choice of words.)

It is simply unacceptable for the TSA to force themselves upon any man, woman or child because they, the DHS and the Obama administration has ordained it to be so.

There is a reason these procedures are called gate rape.

Leave it to the liberal media to be all excited and act like the TSA is doing us all a favor.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

Sheeple wake up.  The more TSA invades your person and tramples upon your fourth amendment rights, the less free you are.  Don’t you get it?  That is the point of it all.

“The latest case of TSA tyranny to hit the headlines comes in the form of a young mother who was subjected to enhanced groping and then shut inside a screening box for almost an hour by agents after she refused to allow them to put her breast milk through an x-ray device, a legitimate request that is even written into the TSA’s own guidelines.

The ordeal, which took place at Phoenix airport earlier this year, was captured on security cameras, which Stacey Armato, who is also a lawyer, gained access to, but only after repeated requests and careful editing by the TSA had taken place.

After being told that her breast milk might have to be put through an x-ray scanner, Ms Armato attempted to show the TSA agents a print out of their own guidelines allowing non x-ray screening for breast milk. This act of serious disobedience resulted in the agent pushing Ms Armato into a glass cage, telling her ‘to be quiet if you know what’s good for you’, while calling for ‘back up’.

‘Standing 50 ft away are the same manager and supervisor I had dealt with the previous week.’ Ms Armato writes in her description of events, referring to a previous 30 minute delay at the security gate for the exact same reason.

After being shut in the box for some 20 minutes, in full public view of other passengers, Ms Armato began to cry and remonstrate with TSA agents. She was then approached by a police officer who told her that she had been singled out by TSA agents who recognized her because she had filed a complaint against them regarding the handling of her breast milk the previous week.

Ms Armato writes:

About 10 minutes into all this, a Phoenix PD comes to calm me down. I explain to him that there is no reason I should be treated this way and I have every right to be upset.

He then says ‘they’ (aka TSA) saw me coming, have it out for me (from my complaint against TSA the week before when they didn’t know the breast milk rules then either), and I should travel out of a different gate in future weeks.

He said TSA wants me to play along with their horse and pony show and if I don’t then TSA can have the Phoenix PD arrest me! Well, I wanted to get home to my baby and my flight was 30 minutes from departure so I ‘played along.’ Three Phoenix PD watched in the background…I could tell they all knew this was a waste of their time but I was happy to have them standing by in case TSA continued to act out of line.”

Let us cut to the chase here.  These atrocities are about forcing the American people to SUBMIT to the will of an OPPRESSIVE MARXIST GOVERNMENT.  Barack Obama has designated the TSA as animal trainers of the people.  Their job is to TRAIN THE MINIONS AS IF WE WERE DOGS to comply with a totalitarian government.

The TSA and DHS are out of control.  Their tactics are unjust, unconstitutional and an attack on the American people.  I find their existence offensive.

Islamic terrorists and illegal immigrants are treated better.

The TSA has put Americans on notice that we are the enemy.   No doubt, dictator Obama is extremely pleased with this police force.  Defund the bastards.

The only motivation behind the existence of the TSA/DHS is to dehumanize police and enslave Americans.

As you can see from the aforementioned video, the TSA overstepped its bounds.  There is nothing that will justify the TSA’s treatment of this young mother.

UPDATE:  According to an updated report from NEWSOK, the issue was finally resolved this morning when Banovac caught was allowed to board a 7 a.m. flight out of Oklahoma without incident.

Banovac clad again only in her undergarments brought with her a change of clothes that she put on after being the screening.

NEWSOK is reporting that TSA officers denied a Phoenix bound wheelchair passenger the right to fly yesterday.

Tammy Banovac, wheelchair bound and a retired surgeon clad in her underwear only  hoping to avoid a repeat episode of an overly invasive patdown like the one she was forced to endure two weeks earlier at the hands of TSA.

After more than an hour of enhanced patdowns, searches and interrogation, Banovac was informed that traces of nitrates were detected on her clothing and luggage.  She was then denied the right to board her flight.

There is clearly a problem with this report.  If nitrates were indeed detected on this woman’s clothing and luggage, the WHY was she released?

It is my opinion that TSA was exercising last week’s directive as dispatched by John Pistole and Janet Napolitano. See TYRANNY: TSA Administrative Directive Declares Opt-Outers ‘Domestic Extremists’.

“…Under the new labeling procedures, those who choose to opt-out or are perceived as being troublemakers will be detained, questioned and processed for further investigation:”

I might be reaching here but it’s my blog and I am entitled.

I strongly believe that unscrupulous out of control TSA officers seeing Banovac in a bra and panties immediately labeled this woman a “troublemaker” and made the call that the troublemaker needed to be dealt with, either that or they wanted the pleasure of seeing Banovac two days in a row, which I doubt.

TSA officers then immediately set about making this passenger’s life miserable.   To punish Banovac and teach her a lesson, the TSA embarked on a campaign to debase this woman.

After molesting the wheelchair bound passenger, trampling upon her fourth amendment rights for more than an hour and interrogating her, TSA then pouring salt into an open wound denied Banovac access to her flight.

Such actions by TSA and treatment of passengers have nothing to do with safety and everything to do with power, control and the degradation of an individual.

TSAs actions are shameful and unconstitutional and I am appalled that the media has not picked this up.

Of course, that is not how the media is reporting it or will continue to report it next week after the Thanksgiving holiday has ended.

Earlier this week at the same time that the TSA issued a directive stating that they would fine, arrest, detain, interrogate and investigate anyone who refused to allow TSA officers to violate their fourth amendment rights, the TSA began quietly deactivating full body scanners and modifying its patdown procedures..

Furthermore, with television cameras and news reporters set up throughout the terminals desperately waiting for anything to jump off, TSA officers have been on their best behavior with enhanced patdown procedures and fully body scanners absent for the better part of this holiday weekend.

I first began hearing word of these shutdowns and modifications mid-day Wednesday along with TSA’s continued denial that they indeed had blinked.  See Fliers Claim TSA Have Deactivated Body Scanners [Updated].**

TRANSLATION:  The TSA blinked!!

After all, for the TSA to divulge that they turned off the backscatters machines is a direct admittance of guilt, admission of unlawful activity and criminal violations by the TSA of the American peoples’ Fourth Amendment rights.

In a nutshell, the TSA chose instead not to challenge the WILL and POWER OF THE PEOPLE.

TSA Opts Out of Opt Out Day by Turning off Scanners

“Philadelphia, PA – Thanksgiving travelers opted out of commercial air travel in large numbers across the country on Opt Out Day as reports came in of eerily quiet airports, shorter than usual security lines, swamped bus and train stations and 94 per cent of travelers opting to drive instead of fly.

We Won’t Fly has received multiple reports of the federal government’s Transportation Security Administration (TSA) shutting down full body scanners, selecting fewer people for secondary screening, using less invasive patdowns and being unusually friendly and helpful to flyers.

‘Almost everyone is being sent through the metal detectors,’ commented flyer and We Won’t Fly fan Stephanie H. on Facebook. ‘Also, a huge bank of cameras that wasn’t there 2 weeks ago (also last week, everyone went through the scanners)….”

How many lines are TSA officers themselves, many of whom are American willing to cross?  Where is THEIR dignity, especially the WOMEN?

Clearly this does not sit well with the sisterhood and rightfully so.    This is as anti-American as any government entity can get and it has to stop.

In addition, it has come to light that TSA officers do not change gloves between enhanced patdowns of passengers.  YUCK!

Even with gloves, viruses such as syphilis, lice, gonorrhea, chlamydia, strep, papilloma viruses and staph infections are transferrable.
With the full awareness and outrage surrounding the spread of bacteria and diseases, I surmise that this particular procedure is a tool intended to dehumanize passengers.

“A female passenger has claimed that she was assaulted by TSA agents when she was ordered to be patted down because her sanitary towel showed up on the body scanner.

The woman was wearing a flannel panty liner, that evidently aroused suspicion, causing her to endure what she described as a ‘horrible’ experience.

Humiliated by her experience, the unidentified Army vet wrote to women’s health company Gladrags to detail what happened.

She said the invasive patdown was additionally humiliating because it brought back memories of a previously suffered sexual assault.

She wrote: ‘The TSA agents were doing their job, they were as delicate as they could be, etc., etc.

‘But what ultimately happened is that I was subjected to a search so invasive that I was left crying and dealing with memories that I thought had been dealt with years ago of prior sexual assaults….
