Leon Panetta could not have been more right when he said that Barack Obama leads by crisis if he leads at all [my emphasis].

Two of Obama unaccompanied illegal alien children teens, claiming asylum escaped a detention center in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Their next move was to car jack a 91-year-old Navy veteran’s vehicle.

The teens planned to make their way to California where one of the thugs has family members living there.

The incident has prompted the federal government to order a security review at all 139 shelters across the country that house illegal immigrant minors, MailOnline can exclusively reveal.

The boys, age 16 and 17, were able to walk away unchallenged from Maryville Academy in Des Plaines, Illinois, outside Chicago, on Wednesday morning and carjack two victims before they were arrested more than 225 miles away outside Iowa City, Iowa, according to authorities.

Police say they targeted an elderly man in Moline, Illinois, who was picking up his prescription at Walmart.

They threatened him with violence, forced him out of his car and then sped off with his Buick LeSabre. …

When federal officials began looking for places to house the tens of thousands of minors, governors and local politicians around the country said no, fearing an uptick in crime over rumors that some of the refugees has ties to Central American gangs.

According to reports, most of the illegal alien children that crossed the U.S.-Mexico borders have been placed in homes. Those unable to be placed in homes or adopted remain in government detention facilities. That leads one to believe that the thug who claims to have family in California is not welcome by them or lying about the type of “family” waiting for him in California.

Now at the point where the Obama administration can no longer deny or hide the perils (but to whom) that come with the presence of his and Nancy Pelosi’s poor, mistreated innocent unaccompanied children, the Office of Refugee Resettlement plans to take “immediate steps to ensure that all (refugee resettlement) programs continue to provide a safe and secure environment.”

ICE Reveals Locations of Convicted Illegal Aliens it Freed

As not reported by the mainstream media, ICE has released information to the Center for Immigration Studies providing the locations from which more 36,000 “convicted criminal illegal aliens” were released across the United States in 2013.

Released from 96 different localities across the United States, many were convicted of sexual assault, kidnapping, aggravated assault, drunk, drugged driving, etc.

The 169 aliens with homicide-related convictions who were freed by ICE in 2013 were booked out of detention facilities in 24 different states, with the largest number in California, according to information provided to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). ICE records show that these convicted killers were associated with 96 different cities and towns across America. The city with the largest concentration was Miami, with seven convicted murderers freed by ICE, followed by Los Angeles with six.

ICE provided the information to Sen. Grassley in response to concerns based on a CIS report revealing that ICE freed 36,007 aliens with criminal convictions in 2013, an occurrence that Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas) called “the worst prison break in history.” Sen. Grassley asked ICE for more details, particularly on the 169 criminal aliens with homicide convictions, including the reason for release, the location of release, and the zip code of the alien’s last known address. …

Two Illegal Aliens Kill Off-Duty Border Patrol Agent in Front of His Family

Border Patrol Agent, Javier Vega, Jr. was killed in an attempted robbery by illegal aliens, Gustavo Tijerina and Ismael Hernandez while on a fishing trip with his family (screenshot).

 

Border patrol agent, Javier Vega Jr. was shot and killed Sunday by two illegal aliens while on a fishing trip with his parents, wife and three children in the Rio Grande Valley.

The border patrol agent was fired upon during an attempted robbery when the two illegals noticed a gun in his holster.

Border Patrol spokesman Omar Zamora told CHANNEL 5 NEWS the agent was shot in the chest Sunday night after an attempted robbery… Willacy County Sheriff Larry Spence said another person was also injured in the shooting. That person was identified as one of the Border Patrol agent’s relatives….

Father of the deceased border patrol agent, Javier Vega, Sr. was shot in the hip but survived.

Illegal aliens (referred to by the media as Mexican nationals) Gustavo Tijerina, age 30 of La Villa, Texas and Ismael Hernandez, age 40 of Weslaco, Texas have confessed to the crime and will be booked today.

They will likely face charges of “capital murder, attempted capital murder, four counts of aggravated robbery and tampering with evidence.”

It is with extreme sadness that the National Border Patrol Council announces the murder of Border Patrol Agent Javier Vega last night in Santa Monica, TX. Border Patrol Agent Vega was spending his time off with his family when two criminals attempted to rob him. Agent Vega was armed and fought back to protect his family. During the course of the ensuing firefight Agent Vega’s father was hit in the leg and Agent Vega was mortally wounded. After Agent Vega fell, his family members continued to fight back.

Agent Vega’s actions were in keeping with the finest traditions of the United States Border Patrol and his will be a place, deserved of honor and glory, when the final story of the United States Border Patrol is written. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and colleagues in the Rio Grande Valley Sector.

We want to commend the Border Patrol agents and other law enforcement officers involved in the manhunt for Agent Vega’s killers. It is through their professionalism and tenacity that the wretched animals who committed this crime will face the full measure of Texas justice.

Cesar Chávez believed ferociously in the border of the United States — because that border protected his union. So ferociously did he hold this view that the New York Times ran a story detailing an accusation that the union Chavez founded, the United Farm Workers, set up a 100 mile ‘wet line’ to keep ‘wetbacks’ and ‘illegals’ — yes, all of those are Chavez’s words — out of the United States. So let’s go back in the time machine to the period when Chavez was rocketing to fame….

Below is a 1974 article from El Malcriado, the farm workers underground newspaper which was founded I believe in 1964 entitled, “Chavez Assails Use of ‘Illegals’ in Mendota Rally” – El Malcriado – Voice of the Farm Worker July 31, 1974, pg. 3)

Mendota, Calif. — Cesar Chavez urged fellow farmworkers at a rally here to circulate petitions to tell legislators in Washington, D.C. to stop the large flow of “illegal aliens”, who are depriving the farmworkers of their jobs.

The followers, only a. few in number four years ago, are now a .large UFW organizing group in Mendota, a campesino town ‘that primarily harvests melons.

Chavez Said, ‘1 Illegals are invading the country because the Nixon Administration is permitting it.” He added that they come not only from Mexico, but from Costa Rica, San Salvador, the Philippines and the Arab nations in the hundreds and thousands and take away our jobs.

Chavez pointed out that the growers who hire the “illegals,” are closely tied to the Immigration Department, the Justice Department, and the Federal Government.

Chants of “huelga, huelga, huelga” came in an uproar When Chavez remarked in Spanish “that the only cure for this sickness of exploitation of the farm workers by the growers, is a medicine called, “HUELGA!”

 

Mark Levin is on point; Progressives from Barack Obama to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus to the Congressional Black Caucus who repeatedly pretend to honor Cesar Chavez are (i) engaging in Progressive revisionist history and (ii) spitting on the grave and legacy of Cesar Chavez.  H/t Give Me Liberty.

Medical staff warned: Keep your mouths shut about illegal aliens or face arrest

A government-contracted security force threatened to arrest doctors and nurses if they divulged any information about the contagion threat at a refugee camp housing illegal alien children at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, sources say.

In spite of the threat, several former camp workers broke their confidentiality agreements…

A former nurse at the camp told me she was horrified by what she saw.

‘We have so many kids coming in that there was no way to control all of the sickness – all this stuff coming into the country,” she said. “We were very concerned at one point about strep going around the base.’

Both the counselor and the nurse said their superiors tried to cover up the extent of the illnesses.

‘When they found out the kids had scabies, the charge nurse was adamant – ‘Don’t mention that. Don’t say scabies,’’ the nurse recounted. ‘But everybody knew they had scabies. Some of the workers were very concerned about touching things and picking things up. They asked if they should be concerned, but they were told don’t worry about it….’

The nurse told me she became especially alarmed because their files indicated the children had been transported to Lackland on domestic charter buses and airplanes….
