Senator Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) was not shy about sharing how he felt about Barack Obama’s plan to close Guantanamo Bay, another chapter of Obama’s legacy, by transporting somewhere between 30 and 60 of the 91 remaining Islamic terrorists to prisons on American soil.

Between 30 and 60? Bull!!!! Obama as usual is engaging in fuzzy math. The figures given are nothing more than a dog whistle. Before Americans can blink an eye, all 91 Islamic terrorists will have been transferred to prisons on U.S. soil where they will be lauded as heroes thus opening the door that would boost the radicalization of inmates throughout our prison system.

Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) responded to President Obama’s plan on Tuesday for closing the military prison at Guantanamo Bay by throwing the proposal in the trash.

‘This is what I think of the president’s plan to send terrorists to the United States,’ he said in a video posted on Twitter.

He then crumpled up the paper and threw it in the trash….

Not parsing words here, Obama has repeatedly asserted that Gitmo serves as a recruiting tool for Islamic jihadists. THAT IS A LIE.

What is not a lie is that the release/transfer of Gitmo jihadist into the American prison systems is THE RECRUITING TOOL.

Gitmo’s “Most Dangerous” Detainees Permitted to Phone Home

Permitted to transmit and receive correspondence via the IRS,the Obama administration is now allowing fifteen “high value” of the most dangerous Guantanamo Bay detainees to phone home (double face palm) via Skype. H/t Stars and Stripes.

Allegedly monitoring both sides of the conversations, the calls are being strictly monitored. Yeah sure.

A U.S. defense official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss prison operations, confirmed the calls took place in ‘near real time’ and were subject to security screening.

‘We have concluded that increasing family contact for the High Value Detainees can be done in a manner that is consistent with both humanitarian and security interests,’ Lt. Col. Myles Caggins III, a Pentagon spokesman, said in a statement. He said Pentagon officials now planned to expand the calls to the 13 remaining high-value detainees….

Among the jihadists permitted to phone home or send video-recorded messages to their families are:

Abu Faraj al-Libi (Mustafa Faraj Muhammad Muhammad Masud al-Jadid al-Uzaybi), a Libyan national and proof that enhanced interrogation techniques do work, “played a key role in finding ‘safe havens’ for bin Laden and lived in the military town where he was finally found.”

Accused of orchestrating a 2006 plot to bomb an airplane, Al-Libi was operational chief of al-Qaeda with ties to both Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri.

Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri (Abd al-Rahim Hussein Muhammed Abdu Al-Nashiri) is the mastermind of the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole in which 17 U. S. sailors were killed and 39 injured. Nashiri, a Saudi Arabian also had ties to OBL.

Mustafa al-Hawsawi’s (Mustafa Ahmad al-Hawsawi) legal counsel asked that their client on trial for his role in the 9/11 Islamic terrorists attacks be permitted a phone call with his family.

Al-Hawsawi, a Saudi Arabian, was a financier of the September 11^th Islamic terrorist attacks and member of Al Qaeda.

Waleed bin Attash (Walid Muhammad Salih bin Roshayed bin Attash) from Yemen, believed to be a former bodyguard to OBL ran an al-Qaeda training camp in Logar, Afghanistan, where two of the September 11^th hijackers were trained.

The general population of detainees at Gitmo has been phoning home on landlines since 2008 and Skype since 2009.

Plans are in the works to allow at least ten other of Gitmo’s most dangerous detainees to phone home.

In the meantime, the traitors representing them (legal counsel) are now complaining that the restrictions placed on these jihadists hamper communications.

We have a bunch of idiots running this country.

Barack Obama’s jackboot of tyranny is depriving more Americans of their liberties every day. At the same time, he lavishes enemies of the Republic with that which he denies citizens.

…Desperate to empty the Guantanamo Bay prison by the end of his term, Obama quietly is giving “get out of jail free” cards for the flimsiest of excuses.

One al Qaeda suspect captured in Afghanistan is considered reformed because he took up yoga and read a biography of the Dalai Lama. Another is eligible for release because of his “positive attitude.”

And one longtime detainee, a former bodyguard for Osama bin Laden, is now harmless because he’s going to start a ‘milk and honey farm….’

On May 31, a scandal-ridden Barack Obama announced the Taliban had released Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl after five years of captivity. His release follows negotiations in which the Obama administration agreed to trade five prisoners from Guantanamo Bay for Bergdahl.

As pointed out in one of Thor’s tweets, in 2008, the Taliban had been officially ordained “high risk,” what has changed since then???

Below are other tweets by Thor that further questions the release of Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl and rightfully so when one takes into consideration that Bergdahl decision to go AWOL was premeditated, his release occurs at a time when Barack Obama is viewed as weak, engulfed in the VA scandal that leaves at least 40 veterans dead and the fact that Obama’s popularity is at an all-time low. Considering this young man’s views about his country and the war at the hour of his desertion, his capture and duration of his captivity, while I am pleased that his family is getting their son back, what are the chances that this soldier may have been radicalized?

Merely exercising my right to free speech and free thought, I pray not, for the sake of his parents and the nation.

As for Barack the Weak’s decision to negotiate with terrorists will soon come back to bite all of us.

Obama Returns Two Gitmo Prisoners Back to Sudan

Barack Obama recently released two Al Qaeda terrorists from Guantanamo Bay returning to their homeland of Sudan and as time will show Al Qaeda. (I know the Obama administration prefers the term “detainees” but I prefer to call them “prisoners”, something which they should have remained.)

Ibrahim Othman Ibrahim Idris escorted off plane by US Military for release to Sudanese government, Khartoum.

“…US military personnel helped Mohammed Noor Uthman and Ibrahim Othman Ibrahim Idris onto the exit stairway of a US Air Force transport plane after it landed in Khartoum.

Both former prisoners wore Muslim skull caps, and the bearded Idris smiled as a Sudanese official greeted him. The United States announced on Wednesday that it had transferred the two men from the controversial prison at a US naval base on the southeastern tip of Cuba. Uthman, 51, and Idris, 52, were both considered by the US military to be members of al Qaeda. The transfers came as Obama accelerated repatriations of Guantanamo detainees to meet his campaign promise to close the prison built to house terrorism suspects captured around the world….
