Barack Obama is negotiating a climate change treaty in secret. He is not discussing the treaty with congress but with some of the world’s most oppressive foreign leaders in the U.N. The treaty would require the U.S. to donate resources and wealth to the world’s developing countries to be distributed by the statists in the U.N.

If this happened six years ago, we might say it’s pure fiction, but it’s not and it’s the world we now live in under Barack Obama.

Congress will be bypassed and the Senate has already shown its willingness to cede its authority over treaties to Barack Obama. They are doing it in the case of the Iran nuclear deal.
