Houston, TX – Operation Rescue has learned new information, some published in a report today by the Associate Press, which indicates the grand jury indictments against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were likely in retaliation against Operation Rescue for filing a complaint against Houston abortionist Douglas Karpen, which led to a grand jury investigation of him in 2013.
In fact, sources tell Operation Rescue that Planned Parenthood was never the focus of the Harris County investigation.
Josh Schaffer, attorney for Planned Parenthood, informed the news organization that “the grand jury never even voted on possible criminal charges” against Planned Parenthood, according to the AP report.
“No vote means no investigation,” said Cheryl Sullenger, Senior Vice President of Operation Rescue. “The people are entitled to an unbiased investigation into the serious allegations of illegal conduct by Planned Parenthood. That does not appear to have happened.”

McGinty, Prosecutor for Cuyahoga County a little while ago held a press conference where he broke the news that a grand jury has declined to bring criminal charges against police officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback in the 2014 shooting death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice (photo above).
An Ohio grand jury has decided not to return an indictment in the 2014 police shooting death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, prosecutor Tim McGinty said Monday.
A recent FBI video analysis shows Tamir “was drawing his gun from his waist as the police slid toward him and Officer Loehmann exited the car,” McGinty said. After the shooting, officers discovered it was in fact a toy gun.
To charge Officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback even in a situation which was “undeniably tragic,” McGinty said, “the state must be able to show that the officers acted outside the constitutional boundaries set forth by the Supreme Court of these United States” […]
Within hours of the Grand Jury’s decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson, 20-year-old DeAndre Joshua was found shot dead inside his white Pontiac not far from where Michael Brown was shot and killed last August in an altercation with Wilson.
Joshua was a friend of Dorian Johnson[i], witness and friend of Michael Brown. Rumor has it that Joshua murdered during the rioting and bonfires in Ferguson Monday night may have been a Grand Jury witness (as not being reported by the mainstream media).
The murder bore some earmarks of a hit. The young man was found behind the wheel of his white Pontiac Grand Prix, shot to death through the driver’s side window. There also was possibly something unique about him…
The implication is that someone rubbed him out because he talked — or because it was thought he did. As UniversalFreePress.com’s Dave Gibson wrote, ‘While officials would not say if Joshua was in fact, a witness to the shooting death of Michael Brown, nor if he actually provided testimony to the grand jury which ultimately cleared Officer Darren Wilson of any wrongdoing in the shooting, his murder does point to a retribution-type killing….’
As reported by Conservative Treehouse, the witnesses warned not to talk were afraid for their lives.
Many, if not all, of the witness statements outlined in police reports, FBI reports, and later in Grand Jury testimony -who testified to the factual events as outlined by officer Wilson, and whose testimony fit the physical and forensic evidence- were threatened by the local Canfield Greens community….
Joshua states on his Facebook page that he was an employee of Walmart. In addition, the amount of money that Joshua is flashing in several photographs also on his Facebook page is of no significant amount and does not prove or disprove that he is a drug dealer.
What is questionable is that someone chose a years old photograph to provide to the media of Joshua instead of current photographs dating back to October 2014.

One last thing, painted on Quik Trip, the night of the protests, Joshuha’s murder, someone sent this message:
The odds are that we will never learn who is responsible for Joshua’s death but the community will blame that on the police as well while ignoring the above threat, i.e., business as usual in Black America Everyone demands justice when a Black person is killed by law enforcement but remain silent when the killer is Black. In other words, that chant by Marxists that Black lives matter is just a transparent chant with no teeth.
While I am not accusing anyone of anything, was Louis Head’s (Michael Brown’s stepfather) emotional outburst a dog whistle to protesters and others?
Finally, was the murder of Joshua an attempt to flesh out Dorian Johnson out of hiding?
