Prestonwood Baptist Church in Dallas (Plano), along with the Faith and Freedom Coalition, invited all presidential candidates to participate in a forum at Prestonwood. Six GOPers came. Zero Democrats accepted. Senator Ted Cruz, Rick Santorum, Mike Huckabee, Ben Carson, Jeb Bush and Carly Fiorina spoke to a crowd estimated at 7,000. The event spanned over four hours. Most reporting on this story singled-out Donald Trump for not attending but did not mention that Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, John Kasich, Lindsey Graham, George Pataki, Bobby Jindal and Chris Christie were absent.
