With the underemployment rate in the United States for Americans at a miserable 18.4% plus and substantially higher in the Black community, the Obama administration has made a conscious effort to reach out to secure employment for Latino illegal immigrants by signing “partnership” statements with the ambassadors of Latino American nations.

Message to the American people, get to the back of the line and take a number; and to Black Americans looking for work whose blind allegiance to Barack Obama knows no bounds, “everyone must have skin in the game.”
