Analysts on the CENTCOM/DIA team were told they could not include information from the bin Laden documents in finished intelligence products. As word of the contents of the documents began to circulate informally in intelligence circles, one official on the team was summoned to Washington and ordered to quit analyzing the documents. To date, only a fraction of the document collection has been fully exploited, and fewer than 150 of the documents have been declassified and released.

This is a scandal. And those involved believe that it reaches into the White House.

If you like your Obamacare plan, you may or may not be able to keep that either, that is according to new regulations proposed by HHS as revealed in the Obama administration’s latest Friday night document dump.

Grubergate Continued

The new regulations proposed by HHS scheduled to go into effect in time for the 2016 re-enrollment period are as follows:

…Under current rules, consumers who do not take action during the open enrollment window are re-enrolled in the same plan they were in the previous year, even if that plan experienced significant premium increases. We are considering alternative options for re-enrollment, under which consumers who take no action might be defaulted into a lower cost plan rather than their current plan. We are considering allowing states to pursue these sorts of re-enrollment alternatives for coverage in 2016. The [federal exchange] is exploring such an approach for coverage in 2017….

Another next step in the Obamacare power and money grab, i.e., fear mongering to justify HHS dismissing the voice of Americans while shoving unwanted healthcare plans down the throats of Americans (sound familiar), filching our pockets down to the last speck of lint and delivering very little.

Translation: For the reason that the Communist elites know better. Just ask Jonathan Gruber who boasted often enough:

“Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass.”

Given how difficult it was to enroll people in Obamacare last year, particularly after the wave of technical problems, HHS wants to make sure it doesn’t have to redo all the hard work it takes to renew individual policies every year. So that explains the desire to automatically renew everybody who already has a plan — unless they want to change their policies….

So now HHS is proposing to fix this with another rule that would bump people off their Obamacare plans into plans that, while cheaper, may not meet their needs in terms of deductibles, choice of doctors, or a litany of other factors that drive health insurance choices — unless they navigate the Obamacare exchange each year to pick a new plan….

Clearly, thinking that he’d distract Americans with his unconstitutional executive amnesty, Barack Obama is not done flipping Americans off and deceiving us. As usual, he thought this document dump would go over our heads and as usual.

Backfire: Americans can walk, talk, chew gum and expose government tyranny at the same time.

2015 Prediction: By next summer, it will be official, “If you like your Obamacare plan, you can’t keep it.”

Nov. 14, 2014 – 7:32 – FBN’s Melissa Francis says she was silenced by CNBC when challenging the Obamacare math.

I said on the air that you couldn’t add millions of people to the system and force insurance companies to cover their preexisting conditions without raising the price on everyone else. I pointed out that it couldn’t possible be true that if you liked your plan, you can keep it. That was a lie, and in fact, millions of people had their insurance cancelled. As a result of what I said at CNBC, I was called into management where I was told that I was “disrespecting the office of the President” by telling what turned out to be the absolute truth….

This, Fox Business, is the only network – and Fox News not complicit in the campaign to keep you in the dark. Don’t trust the other guys. I can tell you firsthand, they are willing participants in the campaign to keep the economic truth from you. Don’t let them do it….

Even though we were already aware that the mainstream media is complicit in the Obama deception, it is refreshing when one who is part of the mainstream media exposes their lack of ethics and credibility. H/t Patrick Dollard.

The word is out to the general public on one aspect of common core: fuzzy math. From a reader in Missouri and her experience in church today about Matthew 18:21-22 (I tried my hand on this new math and found it tiresome and pointless):

Funny happenings in our church sermon this morning! The preacher was speaking on forgiveness and the mention of how many times. Jesus says not seven times, but seven times seventy. Here comes the funny part….”now back when we could do math the easy way, that would come to 490 times.” Bahahaha! The best part….one of our Kindergarten teachers that I have gone toe to toe with…

The 411 on Obamacare’s 6 mil enrollment figure touted by Sebelius

“More than 6 million Americans have now either signed up for a private health insurance plan through the Marketplace or for Medicaid coverage. Enrollment in the federal Marketplace in December was seven times greater than the cumulative October-November reported federal enrollment number….” Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary, Health and Human Services, 01132014

Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said in a blog post Monday that ‘More than 6 million Americans have now either signed up for a private health insurance plan through the Marketplace or for Medicaid coverage.’

But the numbers are somewhat misleading. Here are the figures:

— 2.1 million Americans signed up for private health insurance through the federal and state exchanges through the end of December.

— 3.9 million people learned they’re eligible for Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) in October and November.

The squishiness lies in the Medicaid number. The 3.9 million figure includes people who were already on Medicaid and are just renewing, as Marilyn Tavenner, the administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services noted in a blog post late last month. So not all of these folks have coverage due to Obamacare….

Lying comes so easy to these people.

As of last Friday (01/10/2013), nearly 6.3 million people have lost their private healthcare and still they lie to us.

Or can it be that the 6 million number as is being floated by Kathleen Sebelius supposed to cancel out the wrongs that the Obama administration has put into play against millions who have thus far lost and the tens of millions yet to come who will lose their private healthcare insurance because of this train wreck?

Regardles of how it is framed, the Obama administration continues to lie.  Talk about zero credibility.
