During Barack Obama’s final days in office, Obama revised the procedures (Executive Order 12333) for handling sensitive bits of raw intelligence.
Obama opened the door to White House leaks, through raw surveillance guidelines of which were signed and signed December 15, 2016 by James Clapper, DNI and approved by former AG, Loretta Lynch.
The new rules significantly relax longstanding limits on what the N.S.A. may do with the information gathered by its most powerful surveillance operations, which are largely unregulated by American wiretapping laws. These include collecting satellite transmissions, phone calls and emails that cross network switches abroad, and messages between people abroad that cross domestic network switches…

…Technically, a FISA warrant is required to intentionally target the communications of American citizens or people inside the U.S.
When the NSA does get a warrant from the FISA court it can resemble a blank check.
In the case of a 2010 warrant obtained by the London Guardian, the warrant was only one-paragraph long and did not contain detailed legal rulings or explanations….

FISA WARRANTS, SPYING ON CIVILIANS, TRUMP TOWER.
As pointed out in an article earlier today by Redstate, the odds are that Barack Obama gave intelligence the tools and the order to go after then civilian, Donald J. Trump in Trump Tower.
It seems virtually certain that FISA warrants were requested. The only thing we really don’t know is whether the warrants were granted. We do know that the FISA court rejects 0.03% of warrant requests. So it is safe to presume that if the warrant was requested it was granted.
And, if we are being honest, Trump is now in a position to know the answer to that question because his Attorney General can answer it. Hence, we have to treat Trump’s tweet-storm on this as more than bluster, it is more akin to an on-the-record statement of fact than a mere accusation….
Less than 24 hours after Barack Obama’s meeting with Trump last December, the Obama administration went into hiring mode meaning that a hiring freeze agreed upon between Obama and Trump the day before, Obama never intended to honor. Obama lied.
Both hires would interfere with AG, Jeff Sessions’ Department of Justice on several levels. Furthermore, both hires might suggest that Obama does not expect to be away from the White House for long. Just saying and as for those breadcrumbs that Obama left behind, they had nothing to do with Obama being a good American and everything to do with Obama preserving his legacy to which President Trump has taken a sledgehammer.
