~ “I hope we once again have reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There’s a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: as government expands, liberty contracts.” Ronald Reagan.
On the afternoon of October 14th, 2012, TSA agents in terminal four at the Phoenix Airport forced me into a private room where their ‘enhanced screening’ included pressing down repeatedly upon the front of my vaginal area.
It began after I was ‘randomly selected’ for an additional screening which consisted of swabbing my hands with paper strips. The strips were then taken to a machine for analysis and an alarm sounded. TSA agents determined that I had a suspicious, possibly explosive, residue on my hands and required another, ;enhanced screening.’
Putting nothing past Barack Obama and Janet Napolitano it would not surprise me in the least to learn that every Conservative pundit and blogger is on the DHS’s domestic terror list.
Ruth Sherman, 88, says she was violated at a Kennedy Airport security checkpoint. "I felt like I was invaded," she told WCBS in an interview. Photograph courtesy of WCBS/NYDN.
“A second elderly woman claims she was humiliated in a strip-search by Transportation Security Administration agents at Kennedy Airport.
Ruth Sherman, 88, told the Daily News on Monday that she felt “degraded” after screeners at the JetBlue terminal took her to a private area to check the bulge from her colostomy bag.
‘They made me pulled down my sweatpants and my underwear,’ the Sunrise, Fla., widow said.
‘I couldn’t believe it. I said, as a joke, ‘I don’t have a bomb in there.’
Sherman said the agents let her pull down the clothing herself, but the experience left her shaken.
‘I went on the flight and my eyes were crying all the time,’ she said. ‘I was degraded…’”
Ruth Sherman is the second senior citizen, female, to complain that the TSA at JFK Airport assaulted her fourth amendment rights, denigrating and humiliating her person in a matter of days.
Issuing an apology to Zimmerman, the TSA also denied that Zimmerman was strip-searched stating that any invasive procedures forced to endure by Zimmerman was in accordance with TSA guidelines.
Is that dismissive enough for you?
Am I wrong to have the impression that the TSA’s response to Zimmerman’s claims was more of a “Who are you going to believe, the TSA or the rantings an 85 year old woman?”
Am I wrong to feel that the TSA stopped just short of saying that such claims by the elderly should not be taken seriously?
Their response is business as usual when it comes to anyone in the Obama administration being called out for infringing upon the liberties of Americans.
So how ironic is that not even 24 hours later another senior citizen, female, has come forward with the exact same claims.
Coincidence? I think not.
In their heads? I think not.
Someone is abusing and taking advantage of our senior citizens and it so happens that the freak(s)predator(s) are TSA employees stationed at JFK Airport, among other locations.
Talk about the perfect job and workplace for a sexual predator. Take note America. JFK Airport is not the only location where these sexual assaults are occurring.
The enhanced body pat downs and full body scanners are offensive, unconstitutional, invasive and traumatic as intended to be. The intention of these invasive procedures has nothing to do with thwarting terrorism.
Its purpose is to denigrate, humiliate, intimidate and to oppress Americans thereby breaking crushing our spirit one by one.
Furthermore, these procedures provide sexual predators under the employ of the TSA with an open platform to openly rape and molest innocent men, women and children in the light of day and with the blessings of a Marxist government.
Back in the 80’s there was a song out by the group, Whodini, called The Freaks Come Out at Night. With the TSA, the the freak(s)predator(s) are out all of the time and all over the place.
Seriously, this is not a song, a dance or a joke.
Wake up America. These procedures are unconstitutional and unacceptable and Americans should not be sitting back like a bunch of sheep and allowing these injustices to occur time after time after time.
“A unanimous three-judge panel ruled that the TSA’s failure to provide notice and allow sufficient time for comment before adopting the technology as a primary passenger-screening tool was unlawful.‘[M]uch public concern and media coverage have been focused upon issues of privacy, safety, and efficacy, each of which no doubt would have been the subject of many comments had the TSA seen fit to solicit comments upon a proposal to use [advanced imaging technology] for primary screening,’ the court said.
Specifically, the TSA’s actions violatedthe Administrative Procedure Act, which requires federal agencies to provide notice and opportunity for comment when implementing a rule that affects the rights of the public….”
Please join the Campaign for Liberty for the Ban the Scan Rally at Union Square Park to promote legislation to eliminate whole image body scanners and pat-downs from all of NYC. A large showing in NYC will help create national awareness of the violation of our human rights and the 4th amendment.
In November 2010, Councilman David Greenfield (D – Brooklyn) with ten other Council members proposed legislation to effectively ban whole image body scanners throughout all of NYC, including airports, courthouses and public buildings.
The scanners and pat-downs violate our most basic human rights of privacy, personal safety and security of our own bodies. The Transportation Security Administration’s enhanced security procedures have an ineffectiveness rate of 70% in detecting bomb-making materials and are counterproductive.
Whole image body scanners and pat-downs are akin to a strip-search and increase health, safety and security risks by exposing residents to harmful radiation (more than 10 times the manufacturer’s estimate), crowding people at security check points and encouraging children to accept adults feeling their groin area.
The Transportation Security Administration’s policies are unconstitutional and violate local and state assault and child molestation statutes. If a private security firm exercised similar conduct, employees would face criminal charges.
Body scanners capture and store nude images of citizens on TSA hard-drives despite the TSA’s claims that hard drive are not used. Images of passengers have been transferred and multiplied electronically and the alternative ‘pat-down’ searches are equally invasive, as the TSA policy forces passengers to submit to an intimate, near-sexual assault or miss an important flight.
We encourage members of Campaign for Liberty to join to show our concern regarding this important issue.
The event starts at 4:30 PM and will feature guest speakers:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
What are we talking here? We are talking TSA, TYRANNY all in the name of BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA.
How much more America?
How much longer?
How much longer will we stand idly by and allow Barack Hussein Obama, America’s first tyrant, to desecrate our flag and the United States Constitution?
How much longer will you stand idly by while strangers terrorize, molest and sexually assault your children? Now they’re drug testing America’s children without receiving our permission IN OUR FACES.
Anyone who abducts and sexually molests a child is hunted down, arrested and thrown in jail. Pedophilia is illegal, even when the molester is a TSA agent.
TSA agents do not have the right to put their hands on our children for any reason.
SOUND FAMILIAR? DOES THE INDIVIDUAL DESCRIBED IN THE ABOVE VIDEO REMIND YOU OF ANYONE?
And then, of course, there is nothing like Obama’s propranda tool to place things in perspective because as they put it, we are just confused.
Do not allow the TSA to skate away from the fourth amendment violations. Take a stand sheeple. It is now or never.
Tell Congress no more dog and pony shows, defund and abolish the TSA.
Why is the TSA now molesting passengers as they depart trains upon reaching their destination? There is simply no excuse for this treatment from TSA thugs.
As we near the vacation season, the TSA will step up its sexual assault of travelers. Americans must take a stand against our person and our children being molested by TSA brown shirts.
“WASHINGTON — In late February, the Transportation Security Administration took over the Amtrak station in Savannah, Ga., and thoroughly searched every person who entered. None of the passengers got into trouble, but the TSA certainly did — big time.
Amtrak Police Chief John O’Connor said he first thought a blog posting about the incident was a joke. When he discovered that the TSA’s VIPR team did at least some of what the blog said, he was livid. He ordered the VIPR teams off Amtrak property, at least until a firm agreement can be drawn up to prevent the TSA from taking actions that the chief said were illegal and clearly contrary to Amtrak policy.
‘When I saw it, I didn’t believe it was real,’ O’Connor said. When it developed that the posting on an anti-TSA blog was not a joke, ‘I hit the ceiling.’ Video of the screening is available at: www.liveleak.com.
O’Connor said the TSA VIPR teams have no right to do more than what Amtrak police do occasionally, which has produced few if any protests and which O’Connor said is clearly within the law and the Constitution. More than a thousand times, Amtrak teams (sometimes including VIPR) have performed security screenings at Amtrak stations. These screenings are only occasional and random, and inspect the bags of only about one in 10 passengers. There is no wanding of passengers and no sterile area. O’Connor said the TSA violated every one of these rules….”
