There are those days when I believe that the leadership of both Houses are biding their time and stalling their agenda until the day that they no longer have to work with President Donald Trump.  Robert Mueller building alternate Department of Justice might have something to do with it.

These people must be stopped.

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday that the Tillerson State Department is sitting on 76,000 Clinton documents and won’t release them until the year 2020. Conveniently an election year.

Judicial Watch found out about the existence of the documents during a federal court hearing in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

According to Judicial Watch, they have yet to process 40,000 of the 72,000 pages.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wants to know why the administration elected to drain the swamp is stalling the process.

“Secretary Tillerson should be asked why his State Department is still sitting on a motherlode of Clinton emails. It is disheartening that an administration elected to ‘drain the swamp’ is stalling the release of documents to protect Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration”…

Senators Calls on State Dept. to Investigate Obama Admin’s Meddling in Foreign Elections

Republican Senators Bill Cassidy (LA), David Perdue (GA), Jim Inhofe (OK), Mike Lee (Utah), Ted Cruz (TX) and Thom Tillis (NC)  sent a letter to Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson asking for an investigation into the funneling of U. S. taxpayer dollars by Barack Obama’s State Department to Communist organizations connected to George Soros that would push a globalist agenda, sway elections and the “media environment” of foreign nations, i.e., Macedonia, Albania, Latin America, and Africa.

A group of leading senators is calling on newly installed Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to immediately launch an investigation into efforts by the Obama administration to sway foreign elections by sending taxpayer funds to “extreme and sometimes violent political activists” that promote leftist causes, according to a copy of the letter….

Political leaders from a range of nations spent months informing the lawmakers about these activities.

“Over the past few months, elected officials and political leaders of foreign nations have been coming to me with disappointing news and reports of U.S. activity in their respective countries,” Lee said in a statement. “This includes reports of diplomats playing political favorites, USAID funds supporting extreme and sometimes violent political activists, and the U.S. government working to marginalize the moderates and conservatives in leadership roles.”

“This sort of political favoritism from our missions around the world is unacceptable and endangers our bilateral relationships,” he said[…]

IG Report: Hillary Clinton’s private email account exploits FOIA loophole

EXCLUSIVE: Hillary Clinton’s unorthodox use of a private email account and personal server for government business exploited a loophole in the State Department’s FOIA, or Freedom of Information Act, process, according to the findings of the first Inspector General report to stem from her email scandal.

Congress asked the Office of Inspector General, the State Department’s independent watchdog, to investigate the issue following the revelation that Mrs. Clinton did not use a government email account while secretary of state.

Fox News reviewed the 25-page report and its findings before they were made publicly available.

The report reads in part:

‘FOIA neither authorizes nor requires agencies to search for Federal records in personal email accounts maintained on private servers or through commercial providers (for example Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail.) Furthermore, the FOIA Analyst has no way to independently locate Federal records from such accounts unless employees take steps to preserve official emails in Department record keeping systems.’

The report strongly suggests that it relies on employees at all levels to follow the regulations, and when personal email is used, to forward copies to a State Department account so that it can be captured….

Rules to which Hillary Clinton along with her minions in the State Department felt she was the exception, which explains failure or refusal to respond in a timely fashion, to FOIA requests.

They knew. They ALL knew and were party to the lack of transparency/cover up.

Department leaders ignored one request for Mrs. Clinton’s schedules “for several years,” and in another instance insisted it couldn’t find any records relating to Mrs. Clinton’s other emails — even though at the time, “dozens of senior officials” were aware of her unique email arrangement….

The FBI has seized four State Department computer servers as part of its probe into how classified information was compromised on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email system, according to people familiar with the investigation.

The four servers, which were located at the State Department’s headquarters building, were seized by the FBI several weeks ago. They are being checked by technical forensic analysts charged with determining how Top Secret material was sent to Clinton’s private email by State Department aides during her tenure as secretary from 2009 to 2013, said two people familiar with the probe. The people spoke on condition of anonymity because it is an ongoing investigation….

Obama administration attorneys attempting to distance themselves from the Clinton email server cover up are arguing that Clinton’s email server was a personal server and not under the purview of the State Department.

Judicial Watch, a conservative public interest law firm pursuing the emails, told a federal judge Tuesday that it would argue that the email account and the server Mrs. Clinton kept at her home in New York were always government property, so the State Department — not Mrs. Clinton — has an obligation to go through the emails and decide what should be released to the public….
