Below is Tuesday’s testimony of Department of Justice Inspector General, Michael Horowitz before the Full House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

The subject of the hearing was “Oversight of the FBI and DOJ Actions in Advance of the 2016 Election” and boy was it lively and long.

Despite a lunch break, five hours into the hearing, I imagined the Inspector General upon conclusion of the hearing making a “B” line to the nearest bar for a double shot of anything that is 80 proof.

PURPOSE:

To examine the findings and recommendations contained in the DOJ OIG’s report on the events leading up to the 2016 election.

The Senate Judiciary Committee holds a hearing to review the Justice Department inspector general’s findings into whether the FBI mishandled the Hillary Clinton email probe and other matters leading up to the 2016 presidential election.

Tillerson Sits on 76,000 Clinton Docs, Mueller Sets Up an Alternate Justice Department

There are those days when I believe that the leadership of both Houses are biding their time and stalling their agenda until the day that they no longer have to work with President Donald Trump.  Robert Mueller building alternate Department of Justice might have something to do with it.

These people must be stopped.

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday that the Tillerson State Department is sitting on 76,000 Clinton documents and won’t release them until the year 2020. Conveniently an election year.

Judicial Watch found out about the existence of the documents during a federal court hearing in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

According to Judicial Watch, they have yet to process 40,000 of the 72,000 pages.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wants to know why the administration elected to drain the swamp is stalling the process.

“Secretary Tillerson should be asked why his State Department is still sitting on a motherlode of Clinton emails. It is disheartening that an administration elected to ‘drain the swamp’ is stalling the release of documents to protect Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration”…

AG Jeff Sessions awarded Honorary Membership by the Sergeants Benevolent Association of New York City

This morning, the Sergeants Benevolent Association of New York City (approx. 12:14 of video) presented AG Jeff Sessions with an Honorary Membership award for his support of American law enforcement.

Sessions graciously accepts the award and confirms the Trump administration’s support of law enforcement.

During his speech, he announces the rollback of the Obama’s DOJ prosecution and sentencing guidelines.

If you want proof the Democrats and their compatriots in government agencies and in the court system are at war with those on the right, you only need to follow judges’ rulings and state governments’ decisions against the travel ban, sanctuary cities, and most recently, the water rule. The California U.S. attorney is ignoring the new executive order repealing the EPA water rule. He’s rejecting the authority of the new leadership in the EPA under Scott Pruitt.

The Democrats are completely lawless and have abandoned the constitution – the rule of law – so they can have full control. Daniel Greenfield’s article, Wednesday, The New Civil War, capsulizes our situation perfectly:

“A civil war has begun.

This civil war is very different than the last one. There are no cannons or cavalry charges. The left doesn’t want to secede. It wants to rule. Political conflicts become civil wars when one side refuses to accept the existing authority. The left has rejected all forms of authority that it doesn’t control.”

They simply say, Trump is not the rightful president.

When the former president was in office, the federal government made all the decisions but now that Donald Trump is in office, the states are to make the decisions with California in the lead.
