This country’s biggest nightmare would be (is) the likes of Orlando Islamic terrorist, Omar Marteen, having enough security clearance to smuggle Islamic jihadists into the United States.

Over the weekend, as details emerged about Omar Mateen’s background, the biggest surprise was the identity of his employer: as we reported on Sunday, it was none other than UK-based G4S plc, the world’s largest security company, where Mateen had worked ever since 2007. But what was even more surprising, is that as we had also noted several days earlier, it is the same G4S that according to a Judicial Watch investigation was implicated in transporting illegal immigrants from the Mexican border to Phoenix and “releasing them without proper processing or issuing court appearance documents.”

As we wrote at the time, the government classified this specific set of illegals as Other Than Mexican (OTM) and in just that specific week around 35 were transferred 116 miles north from Tucson to a Phoenix bus station where they went their separate way. Judicial Watch was present when one of the white vans carrying a group of OTMs arrived at the Phoenix Greyhound station on Buckeye Road.

Furthermore, one specific security company contracted by the U.S. government was driving the OTMs from the Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector where they were in custody to Phoenix. The firm is the abovementioned G4S.

The involvement of Mateen with a company that was directly tasked with not only capturing and transporting illegal immigrants, but also had taken far broader liberties with its mandate and was seemingly unloading them at will, raised many eyebrows, and led to various questions, chief of which was the following: could Mateen have helped illegals immigrants and/or potential terrorists cross the border.

Last night at the grocery store the man waiting to pay (behind me) was way over the line suspicious with his inquiries of my Thanksgiving plans! Why – just the amount he was revealing of his own upcoming turkey day was more than any stranger needed to know – and the woman behind him holding a ten pound bag of sugar – he offered her a cup from his own stash! Pervert? Stalker? Potential kidnapper? Terrorist for sure as there are plenty in who he would instill fear!

Gotta tell you – there is a real conflict invading my psyche on this day meant to give thanks so I shall just do the “happy” part?

Jeh Johnson’s Stunning Statements on Sanctuary Cities and Immigration Law

Jeh Johnson warned Congress not to pass any laws to stop sanctuary cities. He also made it clear he won’t use the tools available to him to return criminals from countries who don’t want them back.

It’s not just hardworking men and women crossing the southwest border, but drugs, weapons, victims of human trafficking and people with terrorism ties, as well. The border is not secure and we don’t have a southern border, according to testimony in March of this year by border agent Chris Cabrera.

Jeh Johnson was asked about it on Tuesday and evaded the questions, answering with diversionary responses. Johnson did say he does not want to see nor does he want to enforce any law against sanctuary cities. Nor will he use the powers he has as DHS Chief against countries who refuse to repatriate illegal aliens from their country. He will talk with them instead.

ICE is releasing hardened illegal alien criminals to sanctuary cities, knowing the city won’t cooperate, knowing they don’t honor detainers. Jeh Johnson agreed the practice “doesn’t make sense” and “there should be some discretion built in.” However, he will not support federal law to force sanctuary cities into compliance with federal law.

When asked about municipalities that refuse to cooperate, Johnson said he will “evaluate” and “build in some discrimination.”

Johnson warned congress against trying to pass laws forcing cooperation from sanctuary cities, saying it could conflict with the Constitution, and it won’t win over the hearts of reluctant communities.

“My hope is that jurisdictions like San Francisco County will cooperate with our new [Priority Enforcement] program,” he told the House Judiciary Committee. “I’m making the rounds with a lot of jurisdictions.

Johnson claims he has a “tremendous backlog” and has to “prioritize” the worst and most recent entrants. Unless the individuals commit a serious crime in this country, they will not be deported and even in some of those cases, they have not been deported….

Murrieta Mutiny: Border Patrol “Will Not Obey Unlawful Orders” From Homeland Security and White House

As the Department of Homeland Security and The Department of Health and Human Services scrambled to find food, medical care and shelter for up to 60,000 illegal immigrants making their way into the United States over the last several months, they came up with the idea of shipping thousands of undocumented migrants to detention centers in Murrieta, California.

Americans showed up in droves to protest the proposed drop-offs. So much so that the gatherings made national news. Swarms of Americans, many of whom hailed from foreign countries themselves, stood in the middle of the road blocking scores of buses as they attempted to reach their destinations at makeshift refugee camps set up by DHS and HHS.

Given the recent history of such brazen actions by American citizens exercising their First Amendment rights, it was believed that the federal government would step in and begin detaining protesters in free speech zones or temporary holding facilities so that the buses could get through.

But that never happened.

Now, a highly credible insider speaking with GMN in a recorded interview has shed some light on what happened, and according to him things could have gone a whole different direction.

According to the whistleblower, who has thus far remained anonymous for fear of reprisal, the Department of Homeland Security on orders from the White House was preparing to disperse the protesters with physical force if necessary. Federal riot police were being mobilized, complete with riot gear, body armor and armored personnel carriers.

When local law enforcement and border patrol agents, many of whom live in Murrieta, got wind of the plot they reportedly pushed back against the Federal government and themselves protested behind closed doors.

In an exclusive expose regarding the immigration standoff in Murrieta, California, it was revealed by a confidential informant inside the Murrieta U.S. Border Patrol facility that the real reason busses stopped delivering illegal immigrants was due to a virtual mutiny within the U.S. Border Patrol ranks.

A recorded telephone interview with a highly credible and prominent Murrieta community leader on Sunday July 14, 2014 when it was revealed that frontline U.S. Border Patrol agents threatened to stand down if the Department of Homeland Security executed a plan to use force upon protestors [sic] if they impeded buses transporting undocumented immigrants into the Murrieta processing facility.

…

Most of the Border Patrol agents here at this facility are residents of Murrieta, and when they found out that the DHS was going to come in with riot gear, the agents declared that they would not obey any unlawful orders which violate the Constitutional rights of peaceful protestors.” said the informant.

“Our contact inside the U.S. Border Patrol told us that we do not even realize how impactful the protest was….it was a shot heard around the world….all the way back to Guatemala; Mexico, and not just the U.S. Government….the influx of immigrants coming over the border has decreased from 1500 per day down to 800 per day…cut almost in half as a direct result of what we’ve done.”

The front line U.S. Border Patrol agents are essentially refusing to perform any unconstitutional act upon the protesters, and they let their intentions be known to their superiors.  As a result, the Department of Homeland Security could not proceed with delivery of another busload of illegal immigrants to Murrieta due to the lack of support by Murrieta Police Officers, as well as Border Patrol Agents who are stedfast in upholding their oath to defend and support the Constitution of the United States.

The reports have yet to be verified because numerous reports indicate that anyone who discusses what’s happening inside of detention facilities or with the immigration process is being threatened with arrest.

However, the federal government backed down surprisingly fast when protesters started blocking roadways, which adds credence to this report because without local law enforcement or border patrol support, it would have been a difficult undertaking for the White House.

In recent years the government has been working to hybridize local policing agencies and personnel by placing their command and control infrastructure under the directive of federal agencies like Department of Homeland Security. If this report is accurate, and all signs indicate that it is, then we have just witnessed how easy it is to take the bite out of federal authorities attempting to overstep their Constitutional bounds.
