Obama holdover, Lori Scialabba, Acting Director at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and open border who last month defied President Donald Trump’s presidential directive has submitted her letter of resignation.

The open border ideologue will be leaving the Department of Homeland Security at the end of the monkeepth.

Scialabba was number one on the list of eight Obama holdover bureaucrats identified by Breitbart News that President Trump “can fire or remove at Homeland Security.”

According to a source within the Department of Homeland Security, Scialabba sent the following message to her colleagues at USCIS about her resignation on Tuesday:

Dear Colleagues,

After almost 33 years of public service, I will be retiring from the federal government at the end of March. I consider myself very fortunate to have worked with USCIS for over 10 years, first as the associate director of the Refugee, Asylum and International Operations Directorate, and then serving as your deputy director for nearly six years. Below is the letter in which Scialabba intentionally countermanded the President’s directive instructing her staff to continue processing documentation for refugees from countries explicitly named in the executive order.

Personal suggestion to the President, at once rescind Scialabba’s credentials. Instruct security to escort this woman to her desk, pack her boxes and walk her out of the building but not before her phone is scanned and its contents downloaded for further investigation.

I know what about this woman’s privacy. Screw that. Scialabba’s loyalties are not in the interest of the United States. Allowing her access to her offices until the end of the month is a threat to American security and interests.

Should we be surprised after Janet Reno and Jeh Johnson and that is just the Department of Homeland Security. DHS creates a “new breed of terrorism”

According to Courthouse News (CN) article, DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson warned law enforcement of a new breed of terrorism that sees people “self-radicalize.”
“As I have said many times, we are in a new phase of the global terrorist threat, requiring a whole new type of response,” Johnson said. “We have moved from a world of terrorist-directed attacks to a world that includes the threat of terrorist-inspired attacks.”
DHS propaganda is so unbelievable, they even have a guide book called “Terminology To Define Terrorists” which instructs them on how to use appropriate terminology when describing the latest terrorist threat.

DHS’s handbook exposes the war on terror for what it truly is; propaganda. Below are a few excerpts taken from DHS’s guide book “Expert Recommendation 7” section.

The experts we consulted suggested defining the challenge of our times as “A Global Struggle for Security and Progress.” It is unlikely that this phrase will replace existing monikers such as “the war on terror” or “the long war,” which are more widely used both within and outside the government.

Moreover, as a comprehensive descriptor, the phrase may not sufficiently reflect the need to promote public vigilance and rally support for the USG’s anti-terrorism mission.

…the experts we consulted debated the word “liberty,” but rejected it because many around the world would discount the term as a buzzword for American hegemony. But all people want to support “progress,” which emphasizes that there is a path for building strong families and prosperity…

DHS wants police to detect terrorists in America.
“Given the current threat environment, it is the cop on the beat that may be the first to detect the next terrorist attack in the United States,” Johnson said, quoting his speech at a New York City police graduation in December….

Just like the Jews in Germany during World War II, the REAL ID will give us all a gold star in the corner of our document (but not our arms). Don’t bother telling me it’s not the same thing. I know the history well and unlike many, I don’t forget. I also know that those majorities who do forget history doom us all to repeat it. The REAL ID Act became Public Law 109-13 in May 2005. It became law without Congress voting on the issue of instituting a “REAL ID,” but rather voting to fund our military –– “emergency” legislation. The REAL ID Act was attached to a military spending bill. Before getting into how you receive a REAL ID and what it regulates, you need to know that whatever the form your state’s REAL ID takes, it will have a “chip” in it, “machine-readable technology,” otherwise known as RFID. The REAL ID Acts takes local control of your Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to issue the driver’s license approved by the state, away and does what the federal government tells it to do. If Homeland Security can implement this law, (implementation has been set back numerous times –– but a serious push is on now) the two biggest issues, other than privacy, is your inability to enter federal buildings, nuclear sites, military installations and board commercial airlines. Can’t board a commercial airline? Now that’s serious. One other thing you need to know is that the REAL ID in no way enhances border security, lessens illegal alien crimes or illegal voting. REAL ID CANNOT be used to verify U.S. citizenship, and WILL NOT serve as a Voter ID. While a voter ID is decried as an enormous inconvenience, the REAL ID is plenty convenient, according to DHS…..

TSA to Require “Real-ID Compliant Licenses” for Domestic Air Travel in 2016

Tyranny Alert: Beginning in 2016, the TSA will require that travelers (age 18 and over) present a “Real ID compliant license” aka enhanced driver’s license (also referred to as a “DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license.”) in order board domestic flights or enter federal buildings “where ID is required without showing a passport or other documentation.”

 

 

Real ID compliant licenses will differ from regular driver’s licenses, which will be marked “Not for Federal Use.”

The Real ID compliant licenses will have a gold star in the upper right hand corner and contain biometric security features such as “a front-facing digital photograph of the passenger’s face, which is ultimately used with a facial recognition database.” (What are the odds that this has become an undertaking by the government to designate the “good sheep” from the “bad sheep?”)

Use of a passport remains acceptable; however, if the traveler does not have a passport, then the traveler must present the Real-ID Compliant License in order to board a domestic flight.

A choice….really? Not mandatory? I don’t think so. David Fierro is misrepresenting the facts.

How can anyone claim that Real-ID Compliant Licenses are not mandatory when the TSA website states clearly that all “Adult passengers 18 and over must show valid identification at the airport checkpoint in order to travel” and then presents a list of what the DHS has designated “valid” identification. Note: A permit for firearms (“weapon” is the term used on the TSA site) is not considered a “valid” form of id. A dig at firearm owners?

As noted on Nevada’s DMV website, Getting a Real ID License or ID Card:

You need to present proof of identity, lawful status, Social Security number, and two residency documents in person at a DMV office.

These are generally the same documents you used to obtain your Nevada license or ID the first time. You must show them again, plus two documents that show your Nevada residential address. You cannot obtain a Real ID card online or by mail.

You may upgrade to a Real ID license or ID at any time without a renewal. The fee is $8.25 or $12.25 for a commercial license…

…With the utmost sincerity and a deep conviction, I am quite confident that this bill, if you vote for it, you will be voting for a national ID card. I know some will argue against that and they say this is voluntary, but it really cannot be voluntary. If a State opts out, nobody is going to accept their driver’s license. So this is not voluntary.
As a matter of fact, even the House Republican Conference, which sent a statement around with some points about this bill, said “the Federal Government should set standards for the issuance of birth certificates and sources of identification such as driver’s licenses.”
This is nationalization of all identification. It will be the confirmation of the notion that we will be carrying our papers.
As a matter of fact, I think it might be worse than just carrying our papers and showing our papers, because in this bill there are no limitations as to the information that may be placed on this identification card. There are minimum standards, but no maximum limitations.
The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security can add anything it wants. So if they would like to put on our driver’s license that you belong to a pro-gun group, it may well become mandatory, because there may be an administration some day that might like to have that information.
But there is no limitation as far as biometrics and there is no limitation as far as radio frequency identification. That technology is already available and being used on our passports. This means that you do not have to show your papers. All you have to do is walk by somebody that has a radio frequency ability to read your passport or read your driver’s license. There is no limitation as to what they can put on these documents.
This bill also allows the definition of “terrorism” to be re-defined. There are no limitations.
In many ways I understand how well intentioned this is, but to me it is sort of like the gun issue. Conservatives always know that you do not register guns, that is just terrible, because the criminals will not register their guns. But what are we doing with this bill? We are registering all the American people, and your goal is to register the criminals and the thugs and the terrorists.
Well, why does a terrorist need a driver’s license? They can just steal a car or steal an airplane or steal a bus or whatever they want to do. So you are registering all the American people because you are looking for a terrorist, and all the terrorist is going to do is avoid the law. But we all, the American people, will have to obey the law. If we do not, we go to prison.

How long before these DHS designated “Real-ID Compliant License licenses” are required for Americans to get a job, go to school, enter a mall or walk the streets of America.

How long before Americans are divided into good Americans based on their compliance with government tyranny while others are designated outcasts for doing otherwise.

LUBBOCK, Texas — At least 13 men from Africa with terrorist-related records illegally entered Canada from the U.S. since 2010, according to a leaked Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Intelligence Information Report exclusively obtained by Breitbart Texas. The data pertains only to one small region of the vast U.S.-Canadian border.

The report reveals that as of September 9, 2014, there have been 155 encounters in the area ‘involving 344 ethnic Somalis, 21 ethnic Ethiopians, five ethnic Kenyans, two ethnic Djiboutians, two ethnic Nigerians, and one ethnic Sudanese and Congolese subjects who have attempted or succeeded in entering Canada illegally near the Pembina, ND Port of Entry (POE) since June 2010. Gee, it was just two weeks ago that Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson, shot down reports of terrorists crossing our borders, “‘I’ve heard reports to that effect. I don’t know the accuracy of the reports or how much credence to give them. But I’ve heard reports to that effect,’ Johnson said at the time.”
