We don’t remember any outrage from the media over the alleged roles played by Obama associates Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn in the 1970 bombing murder of San Francisco police officer Brian V. McDonnell. In fact, the media peddled the nonsense that Ayers and Dohrn, who helped launch Barack Obama’s political career, were “anti-war activists” who bombed a few buildings and never hurt anyone.

Since “domestic terrorism” is now a topic of concern for the media, in the wake of the attack on the Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado, can we expect the media to pressure Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch to gather new evidence in the McDonnell case? It’s not likely[…]

Robert Lewis Dear Jr., Colorado Springs Shooter

 

As expected, Progressives immediately jumped on the bandwagon that Robert L. Dear, Jr. the Colorado “Planned Parenthood” shooter was a White, Christian male. However, thanks to a little digging by Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit (h/t via Conservative Firing Line) Dear, age 57, identifies himself as a female.

Certainly throwing a wrench into the mainstream media’s narrative and their comrades on the left, Dear identifying himself as a woman may also point to some issues with Planned Parenthood but we will save that one for a later post.

Dear is from Hartsel, Colorado and registered to vote in Park County…as a woman.

According to Heavy.com, Dear is a real fruitcake (no pun intended, then again, who cares). Besides being a peeping tom, Dear has been arrested in North and South Carolina.

He has been convicted of several traffic offenses, but has been arrested multiple times on more serious charges.

“Since March 2002, he has been leering at Ms. Roberts on a regular basis,” the report reads, citing Roberts. “Memorial day weekend last year, 2001, was the first time that the Roberts noticed Mr. Dear in the bushes by their house.”

His convictions include seat belt violations, driver’s license violations, operating a vehicle in an unsafe mechanical condition and driving a non-registered vehicle.

Dear was charged in 2002 in Colleton County, South Carolina, with charges of “peeping Tom”/eavesdropping. That charge was dismissed. He was living in Walterboro, South Carolina.

A restraining order was also filed against Dear that year, by his neighbor….

Robert Lewis Dear, age 59, has been identified as the suspect in the shooting at a Planned Parenthood medical center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the Denver Post reports.

Dear surrendered and is cooperating.

Three people, including a police officer were killed in the shooting and nine others, including five police officers, were injured. It began just before noon on Friday, while the clinic was open and in operation. The suspect was taken into custody five hours later, just before 5 p.m.

He started firing in the parking lot, CNN reported, and one witness said he had a “cold stone face”. Armed with a long gun, he appeared to be following a man who was trying to crawl out the back door unseen.

After a victim hiding in the bathroom was reported as having been shot in the chest, police drove a BearCat armored vehicle through the clinic and began evacuating civilians.

The entire siege lasted six hours.

University of Colorado-Colorado Springs Police Officer Garrett Swasey, 44, has been identified as one of the victims killed in the shooting.

Dear came from South Carolina originally though he is a resident of North Carolina and it is not yet known when he arrived in Colorado Springs. He has an arrest record. He was charged with two counts of animal cruelty in 2002 but found not guilty. He has a series of traffic violations[…]
