Recent revelations that China hacked Hillary’s illegal email set-up for most of the years of her service as Secretary of State, and probably beyond, are being underplayed in the media.

For obvious reasons.

But it’s a game-changer, for no longer is Hillary the central bad guy in this little criminal escapade. In fact, she may even become the Democrats’ designated fall guy to protect even more culpable, and important crooks.

From the moment the world knew that Hillary was using an unsecured server, everyone knew of the security risks, and the possibility of a breach by the Chinese, the Russians, possibly even the Macedonians and Mongols. Even high school students could have listened in.

The cavalier indifference, not to mention criminality, was stunning.

And of course Barack Obama was part of those email exchanges, as well.

I don’t care if all Barack will admit to was telling Hilary about his hopes for own his daughters’ weddings someday, just as Hillary blathered on about daughter Chelsea’s, the salient fact is, now that they both have been caught in this public lie that they even corresponded, that it no longer matters what Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton discussed in those emails.

The fact that China and probably Russians, even those guys in Ulan Bator and Kavadarcii saw those conversations in real-time is just that…a FACT[…]

I’ll Only Say This Once About the IG Report. I’m Busy

The IG Report is just that, a report.

To the Attorney General.

Its opinions or recommendations do not carry the weight of law. Each piece of evidence found in it would have to undergo the same individual rules of evidence in being admitted in court as any other piece of evidence would.

The Attorney General can act on those findings by firing people, causing evidence to be shown to grand juries, or further the investigation by appointing a special counsel.

If charges brought against individual defendants involves political motive, as the hard evidence in the IG Report clearly indicates with at least two individuals, then that defendant or defendants will have ample opportunity to refute those motives in front of a jury. (That would be fun to watch.)

Take note, “political bias” is not an element of proof in the charge of perjury, for instance.

If the IG Report is a whitewash, it is up to the Attorney General to certify that it is by doing the least, rather than the most, to restore the FBI’s (and DOJ’s) good name in the eyes of the America people[…]

Tillerson Sits on 76,000 Clinton Docs, Mueller Sets Up an Alternate Justice Department

There are those days when I believe that the leadership of both Houses are biding their time and stalling their agenda until the day that they no longer have to work with President Donald Trump.  Robert Mueller building alternate Department of Justice might have something to do with it.

These people must be stopped.

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday that the Tillerson State Department is sitting on 76,000 Clinton documents and won’t release them until the year 2020. Conveniently an election year.

Judicial Watch found out about the existence of the documents during a federal court hearing in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

According to Judicial Watch, they have yet to process 40,000 of the 72,000 pages.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wants to know why the administration elected to drain the swamp is stalling the process.

“Secretary Tillerson should be asked why his State Department is still sitting on a motherlode of Clinton emails. It is disheartening that an administration elected to ‘drain the swamp’ is stalling the release of documents to protect Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration”…

DOJ Document Dump to ACLJ on Clinton Lynch Meeting: Comey FBI Lied, Media Collusion, Spin, and Illegality (UPDATED)

Everyone knew that the Obama administration and for AG Loretta Lynch’s talking points about the infamous not-so-coincidental meetup with Bill Clinton on the tarmac last year was a lie and thanks to the ACLJ, we now have proof.

The ACLJ has obtained a cache of documents about the notorious tarmac meeting. (Expect Crooked Hillary to cry “sexism” and Lynch to invoke the race card and cry “sexism” but the facts remain.

First, the Comey FBI lied to us. Last July, we sent FOIA requests to both the Comey FBI and the Lynch DOJ asking for any documents related to the Clinton Lynch plane meeting. The FBI, under the then directorship of James Comey, replied that “No records responsive to your request were located.”

The documents we received today from the Department of Justice include several emails from the FBI to DOJ officials concerning the meeting.  One with the subject line “FLAG” was correspondence between FBI officials (Richard Quinn, FBI Media/Investigative Publicity, and Michael Kortan) and DOJ officials concerning “flag[ing] a story . . . about a casual, unscheduled meeting between former president Bill Clinton and the AG.” The DOJ official instructs the FBI to “let me know if you get any questions about this” and provides “[o]ur talkers [DOJ talking points] on this”. The talking points, however are redacted.

Another email to the FBI contains the subject line “security details coordinate between Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton?”

On July 1, 2016 – just days before our FOIA request – a DOJ email chain under the subject line, “FBI just called,” indicates that the “FBI . . . is looking for guidance” in responding to media inquiries about news reports that the FBI had prevented the press from taking pictures of the Clinton Lynch meeting. The discussion then went off email to several phone calls (of which we are not able to obtain records). An hour later, Carolyn Pokomy of the Office of the Attorney General stated, “I will let Rybicki know.” Jim Rybicki was the Chief of Staff and Senior Counselor to FBI Director Jim Comey. Sorry Bill, Hillary Clinton being called out for her mishandling of government emails and then lying about it how many times and like the Energizer bunny, she’s still going is not “the biggest load of bull” you ever heard or that America has ever heard.

I am certain that if Potus 42 backtracked two decades, he’d come up with a freight yard of “bull” similarly debauched during Bill Clinton’s tenure in the Oval Office.

And then the hits just kept coming.

Clinton also said that the system pertaining to the emails classified and non-classified is “too complicated to explain to people,” i.e., stupid American voters.

Regardless of the manipulated polls, the Clintons are obviously feeling the heat.

Senator Rand Paul has resurfaced long enough to call Crooked Hillary out and the special treatment that she is receiving and why the crooked one “should be precluded her from really be considered from serving as commander-in-chief.”

A most deserving fate.

Tim Kaine is as bad a liar as Crooked Hillary.

This morning on “Meet The Press,” Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), was asked about Secretary Clinton’s claims that she “short-circuited” when asked about her emails last week on Fox News Sunday. At issue is Clinton’s claim that FBI Director James Comey said Clinton told the truth to the public. Politifact, Washington Post’s Fact Checker, FactCheck.org, and others all rated this statement false.

She unsuccessfully tried to clarify that lie on Friday at a joint meeting of the National Associations of Black and Hispanic Journalists. CNN reported on Clinton’s remarks:

“I was pointing out in both of those instances, that Director Comey had said that my answers in my FBI interview were truthful. That really is the bottom line here,” she said. “What I told the FBI, which he said was truthful, is consistent with what I have said publicly. I may have short-circuited and for that I will try to clarify.”
