Just three and a half years after being found guilty on eleven ethics charges and Congressman Charles Rangel having learned nothing is under investigation again, i.e., this time for an all expenses paid trip to China last year that greasy Chuck failed to report.

Rangel failed to report an all-expense paid trip to China last August with nine other lawmakers from the Congressional Black Caucus, the National Journal reported.
The 84-year-old New York Democrat was the only lawmaker who failed to report the trip, a violation of House rules….
On a final note, it is only fair to point out that Rangel who just a week ago urged his constituents to come out one last time to vote for Harlem’s Original Gangster (or Gangsta’) has been investigated in the past on account of all expense paid trips to the Caribbean.
