Murrieta Mutiny: Border Patrol “Will Not Obey Unlawful Orders” From Homeland Security and White House

As the Department of Homeland Security and The Department of Health and Human Services scrambled to find food, medical care and shelter for up to 60,000 illegal immigrants making their way into the United States over the last several months, they came up with the idea of shipping thousands of undocumented migrants to detention centers in Murrieta, California.

Americans showed up in droves to protest the proposed drop-offs. So much so that the gatherings made national news. Swarms of Americans, many of whom hailed from foreign countries themselves, stood in the middle of the road blocking scores of buses as they attempted to reach their destinations at makeshift refugee camps set up by DHS and HHS.

Given the recent history of such brazen actions by American citizens exercising their First Amendment rights, it was believed that the federal government would step in and begin detaining protesters in free speech zones or temporary holding facilities so that the buses could get through.

But that never happened.

Now, a highly credible insider speaking with GMN in a recorded interview has shed some light on what happened, and according to him things could have gone a whole different direction.

According to the whistleblower, who has thus far remained anonymous for fear of reprisal, the Department of Homeland Security on orders from the White House was preparing to disperse the protesters with physical force if necessary. Federal riot police were being mobilized, complete with riot gear, body armor and armored personnel carriers.

When local law enforcement and border patrol agents, many of whom live in Murrieta, got wind of the plot they reportedly pushed back against the Federal government and themselves protested behind closed doors.

In an exclusive expose regarding the immigration standoff in Murrieta, California, it was revealed by a confidential informant inside the Murrieta U.S. Border Patrol facility that the real reason busses stopped delivering illegal immigrants was due to a virtual mutiny within the U.S. Border Patrol ranks.

A recorded telephone interview with a highly credible and prominent Murrieta community leader on Sunday July 14, 2014 when it was revealed that frontline U.S. Border Patrol agents threatened to stand down if the Department of Homeland Security executed a plan to use force upon protestors [sic] if they impeded buses transporting undocumented immigrants into the Murrieta processing facility.

…

Most of the Border Patrol agents here at this facility are residents of Murrieta, and when they found out that the DHS was going to come in with riot gear, the agents declared that they would not obey any unlawful orders which violate the Constitutional rights of peaceful protestors.” said the informant.

“Our contact inside the U.S. Border Patrol told us that we do not even realize how impactful the protest was….it was a shot heard around the world….all the way back to Guatemala; Mexico, and not just the U.S. Government….the influx of immigrants coming over the border has decreased from 1500 per day down to 800 per day…cut almost in half as a direct result of what we’ve done.”

The front line U.S. Border Patrol agents are essentially refusing to perform any unconstitutional act upon the protesters, and they let their intentions be known to their superiors.  As a result, the Department of Homeland Security could not proceed with delivery of another busload of illegal immigrants to Murrieta due to the lack of support by Murrieta Police Officers, as well as Border Patrol Agents who are stedfast in upholding their oath to defend and support the Constitution of the United States.

The reports have yet to be verified because numerous reports indicate that anyone who discusses what’s happening inside of detention facilities or with the immigration process is being threatened with arrest.

However, the federal government backed down surprisingly fast when protesters started blocking roadways, which adds credence to this report because without local law enforcement or border patrol support, it would have been a difficult undertaking for the White House.

In recent years the government has been working to hybridize local policing agencies and personnel by placing their command and control infrastructure under the directive of federal agencies like Department of Homeland Security. If this report is accurate, and all signs indicate that it is, then we have just witnessed how easy it is to take the bite out of federal authorities attempting to overstep their Constitutional bounds.

HOUSTON, Texas — Breitbart Texas obtained internal federal government photos depicting the conditions of foreign children warehoused by authorities on U.S. soil on Wednesday night. Thousands of illegal immigrants have overrun U.S. border security and their processing centers in Texas along the U.S./Mexico border. Unaccompanied minors, including young girls under the age of 12, are making the dangerous journey from Central America and Mexico, through cartel-controlled territories, and across the porous border onto U.S. soil.

The photos illuminate the conditions of the U.S. Border Patrol’s processing centers, as well as the overwhelming task Border Patrol is facing.

Border Children Reportedly Sickened byFood in US Facilities, Throwing in Trash

…Many of the minors at one facility — which only opened on Friday — are reportedly being sickened by the food — and throwing the food in the trash.

Tony Banegas, consul of Honduras to Arizona, told local media outlet KPHO-TV, ‘This morning they switched to burritos, but they complained the eggs were cold. They couldn’t eat them and even made them sick. They complained they had a burrito but had to throw it in the trash.’ He said, ‘What happened today is they added four showers. Some of the girls were able to take their first shower in 10 days. They’re planning to build 60 in the next few days.’

According to CBS Houston, ‘vendors are being contracted to provide nutritional meals.’ In addition to this, recreational activities and counseling programs will be provided to the children at an unknown cost. …

Obama Seizes 500,000 Acres of New Mexico Land for Drug Cartels and Goats

…In the great big give-away to environmentalist organizations and the tourism industry, Mr. Obama has designated half a million acres to Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument under the 1906 Antiquties Act, though half the land will remain a wilderness area. Republicans in Congress suggested he designate 50,000 acres to the park but Mr. Obama rejected that in favor of this enormous land grab along the Mexican border. It will be impossible to keep the drug cartels from using the land as a refuge and a portal for smugglers.

He has the support of the two Democratic senators of New Mexico.

This land grab will also shut off grazing rights for many ranchers. It will take the land off the tax rolls and out of potential developers hands which falls in line with the goals of The Wildlands Project. The Wildlands Project plans to preserve half the land in the United States for plant life and animals. Humans will of necessity be moved into congested urban habitats.

The Organ Pipe land in Arizona is already filled with drug dealers and it’s almost identical to the planned New Mexico park. The forest fires being started in these areas are almost always started by the bad guys to either distract the border patrol or to be rescued.

There is no way to protect the area from cartels and potential terrorists. There is no doubt that this is the case because the land is already a haven for them.

The Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument had the following warning posted on its website ‘Due to our proximity to the International Boundary with Mexico, some areas near the border are closed for construction and visitor safety concerns.’ The warning goes on to list roads that are closed indefinitely to vehicle traffic. It also noted on another page that ‘visitors should be aware that drug smuggling routes pass through the park.’

Federal court rules that non-criminal behavior can justify a “border stop”

A combination of non-suspicious driving characteristics can give rise to the suspicion of criminal activity in the opinion of the full Ninth Circuit US Court of Appeals. In a Christmas Eve ruling, the judges weighed whether Border Patrol agents were right to conduct a “border stop” of a red Ford F-150 pickup truck on Interstate 15 while 70 miles north of the border with Mexico.

Border Patrol Agent Luis Lopez spotted the Ford weaving through traffic without signaling, driving about 10 MPH faster than other traffic that day. Agent Jeffery Hays, in a marked Border Patrol vehicle, pulled next to the red truck, but its driver, Rufino Ignacio Valdes-Vega, kept his eyes watching the road ahead. Hays deemed that suspicious. In addition, Hays noted there were no other people in the Ford, which was clean and had Baja California license plates. Agent Hays pulled Valdes-Vega over, but not for traffic violations. He wanted to perform a search of the truck. When he did, he found drugs….
