How many times have you asked yourself, how is it that the media almost ALWAYS happens to be in the perfect line of vision at the right moment?

We’ve seen this before and apparently we will see it again in and around the RNC Convention next week in Cleveland OH, the following week at the DNC Convention in Philadelphia PA, and at every protest between now and the end of the year (don’t forget tomorrow’s Day of Rage).

With the exception of the same faces, screaming, shouting, spitting, cursing, taking a face full of pepper spray along the outer perimeters (props for photo ops) of so-called displays of outrage or stepping out of the crowd to approach a police officer who arrests the individual while the cameras roll to catch an obvious well-scripted moment, the crowd is fake.

While the stakes are high, the Progressive dog and pony show is nothing more than an illusion. H/t Lady Raven.

Jon Rappoport’s Blog

This isn’t one company looking for actors and extras to protest against Trump in the streets of Cleveland, during the Republican National Convention next week. This is much bigger.

This is a year-long recruitment drive for extras.

You can’t have violence from just a few lone individuals on a quiet street in a city. It doesn’t play well for the media.

No, you need lots of extras and dupes and know-nothings to be there—people who commit no violence themselves, but give the impression of supporting it, people the cops can attack when the going gets nasty, people who will scream and scatter and run in every direction and throw trash and destroy cars. You need a full-blown theatrical production. For the news.

So we’ve had the US Attorney General, the US President, and Hillary Clinton meeting with Black Lives Matter (BLM) leaders. We’ve had major media promoting BLM. We’re seeing violent street protests against police violence across the country, and we’re seeing violence against the police.

This pumps up recruiting for the RNC Cleveland Convention next week, in a city where local officials seemed to have just awakened to the scope of the problem they’re going to face. A few months ago, they put in an order for a several hundred bicycles for cops. Cops on bikes? Really? How about cardboard barriers, too, and free marshmallows?

On the one hand, in Cleveland, we have DHS and FBI and Secret Service officers visiting the homes of “activists,” asking them what their plans are for the Convention—a clear attempt at intimidating them. On the other hand, city officials are still trying, at this late date, to work out arrangements with other cities, so policemen can be brought in to ramp up security.

Clearly, there are agent provocateurs of various persuasions, blending in and among the BLM and pro-immigration groups. These agents would commit the incendiary violence. They would strike the match. To say they are a rerun of the old FBI Cointelpro operation is an oversimplification[…]

Enter 21st century as the psyches of millions of useful idiots are twisted and manipulated to accept what they appearances laid before them as fact as delivered by those who are not all paid crisis actors or were astroturfed in for a free meal, but agent provocateurs. It’s all an illusion.

In May 2016, an entity that calls itself Guccifer 2.0 hacked into the DNC’s computers and leaked online the Progressive propaganda campaign including costs to co-opt the message coming out of the RNC convention not to mention protests and other theatrics that will be on display in front of the RNC Convention Hall in Cleveland, Ohio.

Excerpt:

“Our operation will consist of a campaign on the ground in Cleveland, from headquarters, and in battleground and other states to amplify a message that sets the record straight on what viewers will see at the convention…

We will also lay the groundwork with state parties to hold events that include notable officials and real people in their key markets to echo our message and set themes of the day. We will integrate these activities into a social media campaign to deliver content about everything we’re doing to as large an audience as possible…”

Guccifer2.0 has a treasure trove of goodies on his website which can be viewed here.

Lyin’ Ted Mulling Over Re-Launching Campaign, Moving to Commandeer RNC Platform

“It’s important that this not appear as though we are pulling a stunt at this convention” Ken Cuccinelli to the New York Times “This is about protecting movement conservatism.”

BE FUNKY Ted Cruz Commandeering 2016 GOP Convention border cropped

Actually, it has nothing to do with conservatism, everything to do with winning since the voters has spoken, and Ted Cruz having suspended his campaign one week ago while in the process of siphoning off delegates is talking about unsuspending his campaign.

The Cruz crew working behind the scenes with the Senator from Texas holding on to his delegates through this summer’s Republican Party Convention this July in Cleveland, Ohio is moving to commandeer the RNC platform thereby wrestling the presidential nomination from the presumptive nominee, Donald Trump.

The latest Ted Cruz talking point is that if the senator from Texas wins the Nebraska GOP primary today, he will jump back in.

What shall we deduce from said statement? Ted Cruz only appeared to suspend his campaign, something that will please Cruz supporters…only? (Lyin’ Ted Cruz?)

The Hill by Ben Kamisar

Ted Cruz floated the possibility of restarting his presidential campaign if he wins Nebraska’s GOP primary on Tuesday and avoided saying whether he supports Donald Trump‘s bid for president.

Cruz, who suspended his White House run last week, said he does not expect to win Nebraska’s primary but is leaving the door open.

‘We launched this campaign intending to win. The reason we suspended our campaign was that with the Indiana loss, I felt there was no path to victory,’ he said Tuesday on conservative host Glenn Beck’s radio program.

‘If that changes, we will certainly respond accordingly.’

Cruz demurred on supporting Trump, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, because the Republican National Convention and general election are still months away.

‘This is a choice every voter is going to have to make. I would note, it’s not a choice we as voters have to make today,’ Cruz said when asked about supporting Trump. …

It is not about the voters. The voters have spoken. Cruz was obviously smarting from his exchange with Trump supporters last week; a nightmarish two weeks followed by his loss in Indiana but having regrouped its business as usual.

Now about stacking the deck against Donald Trump.

New York Times by Jonathan Martin

Senator Ted Cruz’s supporters are mounting an effort to seize control of the Republican platform and the rules governing the party’s July convention, the first indication that Mr. Cruz will not simply hand his delegates over to Donald J. Trump.

In an email sent Sunday to pro-Cruz convention delegates, a top aide to the Texas senator wrote that it was “still possible to advance a conservative agenda at the convention.”

“To do that, it is imperative that we fill the Rules and Platform Committees with strong conservative voices like yours,” wrote Ken Cuccinelli, who was the campaign’s former delegate wrangler and a former attorney general of Virginia. “That means you need to come to the national convention and support others in coming, too!”

Mr. Cruz is planning a Monday evening conference call where, as Mr. Cuccinelli writes, Mr. Cruz’s former officials plan to “discuss what we can do at the convention to protect against liberal changes to our platform, and how we can right the wrongs in the rules from 2012!”

The “wrongs” Mr. Cuccinelli was referring to are the changes pushed through at the last convention by supporters of Mitt Romney that would have made it harder for a candidate’s name to be placed in nomination.

But Mr. Cruz’s supporters and other conservative activists are also deeply concerned about Mr. Trump’s general election agenda, and want to ensure that he does not alter the party’s platform. Since locking up the nomination last week, Mr. Trump has made clear he intends to run a populist campaign against Hillary Clinton, the presumptive Democratic nominee, indicating he is open to higher taxes and an increase in the minimum wage.

The party’s convention rules and policy platform are determined every four years by temporary committees comprised of a select group of convention delegates. The rules and platform are then ratified or rejected by all the delegates at the convention.

With the assumption that the party’s nomination would not be decided on the first convention ballot, Mr. Cruz spent considerable time this spring electing delegates favorable to him to the July convention in Cleveland. So while he is out of the race, many of his supporters will still be delegates. And while many convention delegates are bound to support Mr. Trump on the first ballot, they are free to vote their conscience on matters relating to convention rules and the platform. …

Except that Cruz is not out of the race. He merely put forth the illusion of same.

… The email, which carries the “Cruz-Fiorina” logo, was forwarded to The New York Times by a convention delegate.

Reached by telephone, Mr. Cuccinelli authenticated the message. As for Mr. Trump’s rhetorical shifts in recent days, he said, “nothing I’ve seen since a week ago has been surprising to me.”

But Mr. Cuccinelli said Mr. Cruz, who has been silent since withdrawing from the race last Tuesday, had no intention of trying to rewrite convention rules in an effort to deny Mr. Trump the nomination….

Beck has obviously refilled his meds over the weekend. Below is this morning’s exchange between Glenn Beck and Ted Cruz.

No coincidence that Beck interviews Cruz on the morning of the Nebraska primary.

What about last week’s televised press conference where Cruz announced that he was suspending his campaign? Oh, that….which pretty much means that everything that has occurred since within the Republican Party can be chalked up to nothing more than a distraction and an opportunity for Ted Cruz to catch his breath while continuing to work behind the scene.

While dismissing his behavior and that of the #NeverTrumpsters these past months, Beck on today’s radio program (audio at bottom of post),Beck accused the GOP of using Alinskyite tactics (which they are but they’re not alone) against conservatives.

Interestingly enough, while sharing his newfound revelations, Beck mentioned that Rience Priebus was in negotiations with someone at Mercury in the hopes of meeting with Beck and scheduling an on-air interview. However, since Cruz suspended his campaign, Priebus backtracked and is no longer taking or returning calls from Beck’s people.

Teachable moment: While Beck never mentions it, it does seem that he was burned by his establishment collaborators.

Jeb Bush, Lindsey Graham Renege on Loyalty Pledge — Who’s Next?

2016 Presidential Election, 2016 RNC convention, Donald Trump, Jeb Bush, Lindsey Graham, loyalty pledge, Paul Ryan

On Friday, both Jeb Bush and Lindsey Graham reneged on their loyalty pledge to support the Republican Party’s 2016 presidential nominee.

Jeb Bush:

After being endlessly ridiculed by Donald Trump and rejected by American voters, Jeb remains in denial.

BEFUNKY screenshot jeb bush 004 time to cut the rope

As far as Jeb and his family are concerned, Donald Trump and millions of stupid American voters denied him that which Jeb believes is rightfully his. Thus, it because Jeb believes that he has been wronged that Jeb is reneging on the loyalty pledge that the signed with the Republican Party to support its 2016 presidential nominee.

Jeb Bush Facebook post reneging on loyalty oath

….and tremendously frustrated by the abject failure and inability of leaders in Washington, D.C. to make anything better.

American voters have made it clear that Washington is broken, but I’m not optimistic that either of the leading candidates for President will put us on a better course.

The American Presidency is an office that goes beyond just politics. It requires of its occupant great fortitude and humility and the temperament and strong character to deal with the unexpected challenges that will inevitably impact our nation in the next four years.

Donald Trump has not demonstrated that temperament or strength of character. He has not displayed a respect for the Constitution. And, he is not a consistent conservative. These are all reasons why I cannot support his candidacy.

Hillary Clinton has proven to be an untrustworthy liberal politician who, if elected, would present a third term of the disastrous foreign and economic policy agenda of Barack Obama.

In November, I will not vote for Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, but I will support principled conservatives at the state and federal levels, just as I have done my entire life. For Republicans, there is no greater priority than ensuring we keep control of both chambers of Congress. I look forward to working hard for great conservatives in the Senate and House in the coming months.”

Source: Facebook.

For some reason, I still expected more of Jeb Bush. That is until I remembered that Jeb is of the establishment, an elitist and one who believed that the 2016 presidential election was his turn at bat.

Lindsey Graham:

screenshot lindsey graham republican jewish coalition forum 12032015 002

Ditto much of the above for that establishment grease ball, Lindsey Graham who polled at times near zero.

On Friday, Graham posted the following statement to his Facebook page:
Lindsey Graham Facebook Post Reneging on Loyalty Pledge

“…our nation cannot afford to continue those failed policies at home or abroad.

I also cannot in good conscience support Donald Trump because I do not believe he is a reliable Republican conservative nor has he displayed the judgment and temperament to serve as Commander in Chief.

After the election, regardless of who wins the presidency I will do everything I can to help our new President deal with the many challenges facing our nation. The next President will inherit a mess and will need all the help they can get.

I will enthusiastically support Republicans for other offices in South Carolina and throughout the country. I will focus my time, energy and effort on raising resources and advocating for our Republican majorities in the House and Senate. It is imperative that we have strong, reliable conservatives acting as a check and balance against excesses in government. I strongly encourage Republicans and Independents to vote even if you are disappointed in your choice for President.

Finally, I do not plan to attend the Republican convention in Cleveland this summer.”

Graham and Bush’s talking points to justify their not voting for Donald Trump are that Trump is not a Conservative.  (Expect other former candidates to renege on their loyalty pledges using the same talking points.)

Okay but how Conservative is it to dismiss the votes of millions, malign and rebuke an angry constituency that dared to vocalize its dissatisfaction with the Washington political machine that continuously aligns itself with big money donors, the Chamber of Commerce, globalists and others with an anti-American agenda?  Is that Conservatism?  I think not.

It is the right of every voter(s) to choose a candidate based on his or her convictions.

Self-serving bureaucrats, who repeatedly turn their backs on their constituency, have broken their Constitutional Oath, infringe upon the liberties of Americans, align themselves with special interests and foreign entities, dismantle the U. S. Constitution, degrade our national sovereignty and combat effectiveness of our U. S. Military thereby compromising national security and nudging Americans into government dependency through the elimination of jobs have no convictions. Thus, their justification for reneging on a loyalty pledge which none should have signed in the first place is a fallacy.

Furthermore, since each candidate willingly signed a loyalty pledge, allow me to point out that a man’s word is his bond. After all, when all else is lost, at least one’s honor and good name shall remain intact.

View this document on Scribd

What happened? Sour grapes.

There is no exception clause containing stipulation(s) in the loyalty pledge under which the candidate could be released if the signatory chooses not to honor his or her pledge. (Pardon the rant, too much caffeine.)

And so the door swings open for Trump who rightfully calls out those who in spite of their refusal to stand with the presumptive nominee (including Paul Ryan) remain honor bound.

The Hill

…Trump said. “A pledge means something. Jeb Bush, a very low-energy individual, signed the pledge. While he was signing it, he fell asleep, so maybe that’s his excuse. The only reason I speak badly about him is that he speaks badly about me.”

He blasted Graham for also coming out against him this week, calling him a “total dope” and a “lightweight like I’ve never seen.”

“So Jeb Bush is not an honorable person, Lindsey Graham is not an honorable person,” he continued. “Because when you sign a pledge, that’s supposed to mean something….”

Remember when the two failed presidential candidates, Lindsey Graham and Jeb Bush, signed a binding PLEDGE? They broke the deal, no honor!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 7, 2016

How odd is it that the media, pundits, establishment elitist goons and most of all the Republican Party leadership have only concern[ed] themselves with the possibility of Trump reneging on the pledge?

The primary not leading a candidate to the winner’s circle is not justification enough to renege on a pledge to which one is legally bound.  H/t Bullright.

Finally on the subject of Paul Ryan and his refusal to support Donald Trump:

Our first @SpeakerRyan interview story is up: Ryan says he would step down as convention chair if Trump asks: https://t.co/2Q0xIcuagw

According to Real Clear Politics, Donald Trump is currently polling at 45.7% in California compared to Ted Cruz who is polling at 28.3% and John Kasich 18.0%.

There is a message in there but Cruz and Kasich whose latest act of collusion is failing along with the #NeverTrump loons, Super PACS and the GOPe are not listening.

Acting in collusion, all of the above are plotting the takedown of Donald Trump in the California primary on June 7th.

On Sunday the Cruz and Kasich camps formed the Cru-sich Alliance to stop Donald Trump.

The two campaigns announced the development on Twitter.

Now Republican establishment funded Super PACs are joining forces to take down Trump in California.

Our Principles PAC (OPP) bought over $16 million in ads against Donald Trump so far this year. The group also admitted that they were working to steer Republican delegates away from Donald Trump.

This week OPP announced they are colluding with the anti-Trump Victory California to take down Trump in California.

The Los Angeles Times reported:

A national group that is trying to stop Donald Trump from winning the GOP nomination is combining forces with a California anti-Trump group on a seven-figure effort expected to start in early May in the state….

GOPe Responsible for Ted Cruz Sex Scandal Smear Job

GOP moving pieces on a chessboard

Stop and turn your attention to the Republican Party establishment who

  • Pushed a Ted Cruz sex scandal (who cares if its’ true or false, just push it)
  • Blame Donald Trump for the sex scandal; and
  • Created a wives’ war between the candidates.

Endgame:  To ensure that neither Ted Cruz or Donald Trump reaches 1237 delegates by the 2016 RNC Convention in Cleveland, Ohio this summer.

Unleash the smears on social media, then let social media do the rest.

Gawker by Gabrielle Bluestone

This week, the National Enquirer published a story claiming Ted Cruz may have been involved in as many as five extramarital affairs. But the general allegations are nothing new. People have been talking publicly about, well, something involving Cruz for weeks….

On Twitter, conservatives have been discussing the scandal, in vague (and sometimes less-vague) terms since March, using the hashtag #thething, which seems to have originated, or at least gained popularity, around March 11, with the Stop Trump Super PAC twitter account and GOP strategist Rick Wilson. (Given that many tweets on the subject have since been deleted, it’s difficult to track down the actual origin of the term.)

Those tweets, at least initially, suggested the existence of some sort of video….

I wish I had control of The Thing https://t.co/sQXqQ9xNGa

— Rick Wilson (@TheRickWilson) March 11, 2016

Dear media outlets in possession of The Thing; I know you’re scared about legal. Have an intern post it on YouTube and then “discover” it.

— Rick Wilson (@TheRickWilson) March 11, 2016

Ironically, appears the real source for the National Enquirer #CruzSexScandal wasn’t Trump, but the Stop Trump PAC https://t.co/fwrTzObh3g

So the REAL scandal about the #CruzSexScandal is how many people knew about it & for how long as #TheThing pic.twitter.com/Q7F7OuH9yt

The Progressive establishment of both parties are having a ball watching the supporters of both candidates implode and rip each other apart while Ted Cruz and Donald Trump do likewise. Deny them.

swamp of alligators

Rick Wilson wrote an op-ed in the Daily Beast this past January in which he said of Ted Cruz:

“His smug Poindexter affect, his smarm, sanctimony, and general derpiness all grate on me. There’s no doubt he’s smart, but while smart is necessary, it’s not necessarily sufficient.

That said, I’d rather Ted Cruz serve as leader of the free world for eight years than have Donald Trump in that role for eight minutes. Yet the inevitable, bloody conflict between Cruz and Trump that broke to the surface after the last Republican debate raises real questions about Cruz’s political judgment that Republican voters need to examine….”

Translation: Ted Cruz will be used as the lynch pin to stop Donald Trump from advancing after which Wilson will his sights on Cruz.

…In August of last year, I described Cruz’s behavior toward Trump as “feeding the alligator in hopes that it eats him last.” As painful as it is for his fans to admit it, there’s only one person to blame for the situation in which Cruz now finds himself and that’s Ted Cruz….

If successful, Cruz will receive his comeuppance courtesy of the alligators planning to eat him last.

…As much as Cruz touches conservative hot buttons, his record of not reading the political landscape properly and his inability to correctly identify risks should make anyone pause when considering a contest against Hillary Clinton….

It appears that the GOP establishment if successful, plans on savoring the moment.

Moving on…

Fanning the flames are the likes of Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Amanda Carpenter, Ben Shapiro among other self-anointed voices who have for years mouthed off against the GOP establishment yet under the cover of darkness bedded down with one and the same to beat some sense into the heads of voters refusing to follow the lead of the self-anointed and because they (the self-anointed) know better. Funny how the voters always had a choice until now, so say the establishment and their trusty sidekicks. Deny them.

Did this alleged sex scandal not reek of the establishment’s handiwork? Did the image posted online of Melania Trump which was made to appear as the lynch pin to getting the ball rolling not reek of the establishment’s handiwork?

Do people realize that the establishment of both parties are huddled in the backrooms of D.C. enjoying a good laugh as they mock the gullible, the little people, the peons?

Regardless of which candidate one prefers, please stop permitting the Establishment to move us about like pieces on a chessboard enabling them to come that much closer to their endgame and to say to themselves, “See, I told you. Stupid American voters. Every one.” DENY THEM. After all, this about we, the People, our children, our children’s future and country not the paychecks, bonuses, open doors for and feather in the caps of the establishment.

Washington Times

GOP PAGE 347 x 212

Top Republicans will try to force more transparency at the party’s national convention in July, aiming to scrap their 1,500-page rule book in favor of simpler procedures that they hope will head off arcane maneuvers designed to deny Donald Trump the presidential nomination.

The changes wouldn’t guarantee Mr. Trump the nod but would make it easier for all sides to see what sorts of changes anti-Trump factions are attempting.

Some members of the Republican National Committee want to ditch the massive rule book, which is based on the parliamentary handbook of the U.S. House, and instead use Robert’s Rules of Order to govern floor action at the convention….
