In a White House often accused of being stacked with loyalists, President Obama’s national security adviser said Wednesday there are too many white people in key government posts, endangering national security because they think alike.
Speaking at Florida International University’s commencement, Susan E. Rice, who is black, said a diversified government workforce is more likely to yield “better outcomes” than a predominantly white one.
Referring to criticism that the U.S. national security workforce is “white, male and Yale,” Ms. Rice told the graduates, “In the halls of power, in the faces of our national security leaders, America is still not fully reflected…”
Rice’s speech was purely ideological full of Progressive platitudes. From diversity to globalism to diversity, at 07:13 of video, begins her “too many white people in key government posts” spiel.
“…By now, we should all know the dangers of ‘groupthink,’ where folks who are alike often think alike,” she said. “By contrast, groups comprised of different people tend to question one another’s assumptions, draw on divergent perspectives and experiences, and yield better outcomes.”
Her comments were reminiscent of Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who said in a speech in 2001before Mr. Obama appointed her to the high court, “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life….”

Utter hypocrisy that Rice would speak of “groupthink” when she plays a major role in an administration that condones mic checks, safe spaces and fear mongering not to mention physical, and verbal attacks on opposing voices intended to crush their will and squash their free thought and speech.
A lousy commencement speech for students and family, a great speech for Marxists.

A friend of the family opened a new daycare-and after school care for children. It was in Denton, TX. That is about a 45 min. ride. She hadn’t hired anyone yet, so my daughter and I pitched in to help until she got it on financial solid ground.

I went into the first “after school daycare.”
There were 7 little Black Boys having a loud argument. I asked them what they were arguing about.
They were playing cops and robbers.
The argument was: “NO ONE wanted to play the part of the cops!”
That is learned at home. The mothers picking them up were all in “brand new cars…expensive clothes” — yet, the state of Texas was paying for the daycare!!!

I started work for the City of Dallas the first year Affimative Action was declared. I was in the Department of Planning and Developement for the City of Dallas.
There were 57 women in the department; and only apx. 7 of us were white. We were assigned a specific amount of women to train for their new jobs. I learned very quickly to keep a hand-held recorder in my jacket pocket. Yes, it was that tense.
All of the tires on my car were slashed 3 times. I had to start parking behind City Hall. It was dark sometimes when I left the office. I had to start taking my flashlight to work with me.
So I have no respect at all for Blacks who complain about “Black Lives Matter.
I was walking to the ladies room when this Black woman (with about 50lbs on me). She jerked me into the stairwell, slamming me into a brick wall. She held her elbow at my throat pinning me to the wall/ She then took her index finger and began tapping me between the eyes with her Double Form Acrylic fingernail. I reached down in my pocket and turned the recorder on.
What was it about? The Mayor had an opening on her staff. She asked me to apply.
The Black lady who had me pinned DIDN’T WANT THE JOB because it was a lot of OT; and you didn’t get paid for it.
When she finally let me go, I took the recording to Personnel. Want to know what happened to her? She received TWO hours of counseling.
THAT WAS IT!
