Bad news for Benjamin Carson, a little more competition for Donald Trump as Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) takes the lead in Iowa’s latest polls in the 2016 Republican Party primary.
According to today’s Bloomberg Politics/Des Moines Register poll, the senator from Texas opened up a 10-point lead over Trump, polling at 31 to 21.
Dr. Benjamin Carson who has been hit hard these past few months courtesy of a major league smear campaign by the Progressive establishment of both parties is down from 28 points in October to 13 points in the latest poll followed by Marco Rubio at 10 percent and Jeb Bush at 6 percent.
This being the GOP establishment’s elimination season not so sure how much that means.

Ted Cruz has opened up a firm lead over rival Donald Trump in first-in-the-nation state Iowa, 31 to 21, according to a new Bloomberg Politics/Des Moines Register poll released Saturday.
The poll is closely watched by political analysts who consider it a reliable measure of Iowa caucus voters….
The poll results show Trump failing to solidfy a firm lead in Iowa, unlike in other states. The real estate mogul claimed Friday that he is in position to win the caucus….
“The poll is closely watched by political analysts who consider it a reliable measure of Iowa caucus voters.”
Closely watched and manipulated, as the GOP leaderships acts to destroy preferred candidates just as they did back in 2012, leaving one man standing, i.e., the “chosen.”
The attacks against certain candidates although given an appearance of emanating only from the left, leave no doubt as to who is spearheading the wave of assaults on “outsiders” aka non-politicians.
Finally, putting all of the above into proper perspective, nearly eight years of fuzzy math that fails to hold up from Washington, D.C. should have taught Americans something. Screw the polls.
