Homelessness is one of the many problems that have resurged under New York City’s mayor, Bill de Blasio’s tenure so much so that visitors from third world countries are aghast at what the City has become under de Blasio’s failed progressive reforms.
Diplomats from Third World countries say the area around the United Nations is crawling with more vagrants than their impoverished homelands. “America is the one of the richest countries in the world, and New York is one of the richest cities.
