Former NBA player, Charles Barkley, called out Ferguson “scumbag” protesters who took to the streets of Ferguson rioting, looting and burning down businesses following the Ferguson Grand Jury decision not to indict Officer, Darren Wilson, in the killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

“We have to be really careful with the cops because if it wasn’t for the cops, we’d be living in the wild, wild west in our neighborhoods…”

Wake up Black America, you cannot crucify law enforcement on Monday and call them to save your lives Tuesday. To do so is a hypocrisy of the community’s existence.

While not a fan of Barkley, one must admit that the man is dead on.

There are many in the Black community who want to attack and take down law enforcement one day; then when an emergency surfaces or a crime is committed, they want the police to rescue them.

The first thing they do is dial 911 for police assistance and if their arrival is not timely or service is less than satisfactory, Blacks scream to high heaven, many levying claims of racism. You cannot have it both ways.

In the meantime, Barkley is under assault (again) by those who sleep with the race card under their pillows, push the lie that police murder Blacks in overwhelming numbers because that’s what police do.

These same individuals consider discussions of Black on Black crime the equivalent of a mosquito buzzing overhead.

The same individuals whose finances and success are incumbent upon perpetrating a lie while insisting what happens in the Black community remains so classifying anyone who begs to differ as a racist, Uncle Tom, Miss Ann or traitor to his or her race.
