Notice that the above institutions are “facing” investigation.
Sexual assault on college campuses has been going forever and very little effort has been made by university officials or bureaucrats to deal with sexual assaults on college campuses.
Moreover, it does not go unnoticed that Progressives, throwing everything into the pool including the kitchen sink just in time for the November 2014 elections has released the aforementioned report.
And yes, I am saying that it is all about politics and retaining the Senate.
