On The Kelly File Tuesday, Former Presidential Speechwriter Marc Thiessen accused President Obama of plagiarizing the 2007 State of the Union he wrote for Bush, stating, “Barack Obama has gone from blaming George W. Bush to plagiarizing George W. Bush.”
