A petition from an Arlington, Texas man, launched Nov. 9 via the Obama White House website’s “We the People” tool, had more than 58,000 signatures. That’s more than twice the 25,000 it had Monday morning, a number required to trigger an automatic White House review, according to the administration’s own published rules.
A similar petition from a Louisiana native crossed the 25,000 threshold as Monday drew to a close on the East Coast.
Launched Nov. 7, the day after Obama won re-election, the Pelican State’s spark set off an Internet-driven cascade of disaffected tea partiers and other conservatives looking — as one petition organizer told The Daily Caller via a ‘direct message’ on Twitter — ‘just to do something, anything, to show we’re not going away quietly….
As of this posting, Maine, Vermont and Washington are the only three states without succession petitions.

Florida 25,741
Tonight Georgia should pass the 25,000 threshold followed by TN and then NC. NY should be 1/2 way there (NY has 2 petitions, the largest should be 1/2 way there).

Texas NEVER JOINED the Union, we were “annexed in”.
The leaders that agreed with Lincoln never to secede gain…never knew about Obama!
And, that is exactly WHY Obama has been grabbing ALL the power with his Executive Orders in order to Over-ride State’s Rights!
THEY HAVE GRABBED too much power because OUR Representatives DID IT “TO US”.

Perry “almost”..didn’t make it back in. We really didn’t want him. However, Bill White, his opponent, wanted to take the guns away from Texans. Can you believe that crap!
IF someone will run against Perry and leave the damn guns alone, he will be defeated. I am sure he is pee peeing in his panties right now because he was too chicken chit to stand UP with Jan Brewer when she faced off against the President BY HERSELF.
We built a Toll Road all around Dallas and it heads towards Oklahoma…out of TEXAS $$…the Toll Road then begins making $$, and he gives that $$ to Spain!

I, too, was shocked when I saw 47 states. i even double-checked, then triple-checked it to make sure that it wasn’t an error.
If Obama wasn’t such an ideological buffoon, he would realize that HE is the PROBLEM.
Just goes to show that it’s not really that most Americans are against this Marxist crap. If only they would tune off their cellphones, MSNBC and clan, Xbox and Facebook long enough to learn something.

I think your word “buffoon” is too kind. Although it is VERY hard to find a word to define this man and his actions AGAINST the USA.
This man has committed Treason already selling weapons to terrorists (Libya) then working to cover it up; then defrauding the American People AGAIN to get back into office to continue his own work to do whatever he can to finish OFF the USA as a Country.
