Good question Rush. Nice to know that I am not alone in my observation of Obama’s dog and pony show last Friday.
Arriving back home Friday just in time to witness said dog and pony show in action, my first thoughts were that the media could not wait to interrupt programming just to give this fool airtime.
As I listened to the great divider spin, losing it I immediately fired off the following tweet:
“Much like the #Trayvon tragedy, #Pandering via #Aurora tragedy not beneath #Obama.”
Next, I typed the following note for future use.
“Now I acknowledge that I may be making much to do about nothing but I would love to hear just ONE speech from this man without the words ‘I,’ ‘Michelle and myself’ ‘me and Michelle,’ or ‘Sasha and Malia.’
In the meantime, Obama claims that today is not a day for campaigning. EXCUSE me? Say what? For Obama, it’s all about campaigning EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK and taking advantage of a good crisis. Just saying.”
Then out of respect to the victims, families, friends and those closest to the Batman massacre, I chose to refrain from any further comments (for a few days at least).

TODAY IS MONDAY SO LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.
Below is the video of Obama’s Batman massacre speech and beneath it a few quotes from the malignant narcissist himself along with my comments.
‘Michelle and myself’ (2:25)
That did not take long at all, yet I have no interest in anything relating to Michelle or Barack.
“My daughters go to the movies. What if Malia and Sasha had been at the theater as so many of our kids do everyday? Michelle and I will be fortunate enough to hug our girls a little tighter tonite….” (4:38)
Note to Rush Limbaugh: Yes, Obama made this ridiculous statement and what exactly is the likelihood of Malia and Sasha being at that theater?
NIL and should Malia and Sasha ever attend a movie in public, the Secret Service will be on hand ten-fold to ensure that nothing even close to Friday’s tragedy comes into play.
Less than two hours later, I bumped into two neighbors in the laundry room of my apartment building who were also displeased with Obama’s speech but for different reasons.
“This, I think is a day for prayer and reflection…for….so what I’d ask everybody to do, uh, I’d like us to pause in a moment of silence for the victims of this terrible tragedy and for the people who knew them and loved them, for those who are still struggling to recover and for all the victims of less publicized acts of violence that plague our communities every single day, so if everybody could just take a moment….” (5:26)
These women are Obama supporters (or so I thought) and Christians, therefore, when Obama mentioned “prayer and reflection,” they anticipated that Obama would lead in prayer.
They were not only disappointed but upset that after mentioning “prayer and reflection” Obama would instead “opt for a moment of silence.” (Their words not mine.)
Reminded that many in the Black community are taking a closer look at Obama, the conversation quickly turned to Obama’s support of gay marriage and the fact that he expected Black America to “just fall in line behind him.”
As one neighbor sat nodding her head, the other said, “I’m done with him. The gay marriage thing was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I can’t believe that he would speak on such a thing…openly like that IN PUBLIC and just expect us to accept it…. and just fall in line behind him. Uh-uh, I’m a Christian, he can’t do that and he can’t ask ME to do THAT. I won’t do it. I’m threw with him.”
TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A GOOD CRISIS
Back to the video, just before the moment of silence, Obama said the following words, “…for all the victims of less publicized acts of violence that plague our communities every single day…”
Considering that Obama turned a deaf ear to the countless pleas from those who lost loved ones to violence in the streets of Chicago during his tenure as junior senator, these words can only be described as step one towards the malignant narcissist taking advantage of a good crisis.
