“The first former Guantánamo detainee to be tried in a civilian court was acquitted on Wednesday of all but one of more than 280 charges of conspiracy and murder in the 1998 terrorist bombings of the United States Embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

The case has been seen as a test of President Obama’s goal of trying detainees in federal court whenever feasible, and the result may again fuel debate over whether civilian courts are appropriate for trying terrorists..

The defendant, Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani, 36, was convicted of one count of conspiracy to destroy government buildings and property.

The attacks, orchestrated by Al Qaeda, killed 224 people, including 12 Americans, and wounded thousands of others….”

SHOCKING!!!!! You just cannot make this stuff up.  No doubt, KSM must be celebrating about now.  In the meantime, Eric Holder should resign for epic failure and take Obama with him.

It is just bad call after bad call with this administration.  When will it end?

This blood thirsty terrorist faces a 20 year to life sentence in prison equivalent to a slap on the wrist for the crimes this murderous bastard committed.

No more civilian trials.  Why would Holder and Obama put these trials in the hands of civilians?

Terrorists all over the world are doing a jig tonight.  The message is that they can kill thousands of Americans, committing the most horrific of acts and receive a slap on the wrist, i.e., the jail time of which can be spent recruiting future terrorists.

ANOTHER OBAMA FAIL!
